Southern Hospitality's Salley Carson and Joe Bradley talk about Shady Kiss

Salley, 28, joined the Bravo series for season 2 last month and quickly hit it off with a co-worker Joe Bradley. However, during the January 11 episode, she crossed a line by kissing TJ Dinchhis roommate, Gastonbefore going on a date with Joe – and then lying about it.
“You went to [Gaston’s house] and made out with him right before our date. That's like a serial killer,” Joe, 27, shouted at Salley as he stood outside their workplace, Republic Garden & Lounge. “That's just weird. It makes me sick.”
Salley denied it happened at the time, claiming Joe could call Gaston and he would support her. During the Thursday, January 18 episode, Joe confronted Salley again about the awkward moment.
“I'm fine. I just want to know the truth,” Joe told Salley, to which she replied, “That's why we're here. I just want to tell you everything.”

Joe then apologized for talking about the workplace drama earlier. “You came off so aggressive,” Salley claimed. Joe admitted, “My emotions got the best of me. I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable. I was just very angry.”
Salley admitted, “It was wrong of me to kiss him. I apologize for lying.” However, Joe couldn't understand why Salley would kiss another man and then come to his house.
“It was wrong, but it was a kiss,” she responded, noting, “We've known each other for three weeks.” The pair came to the conclusion that they would “grow up” and just be work friends. “Not only am I heartbroken and demoralized, but I also feel like an idiot. It's not smart to date coworkers,” Joe told the cameras.
The Southern hospitality cast previously teased that Gaston, who is dating Southern charm'S Taylor-Ann Green has been known as a ladies' man since the summer of 2023.

Joe, meanwhile, hinted at his and Gaston's conflict over Salley Us in November 2023: 'I like the guy, but [the past drama] it's more about a girl, and I'm not the kind of guy a guy is going to fight over [a] girl.” He added: “Charleston is getting messy. There's a reason there are two shows in a small town.”

Joe has since moved on Summer house'S Danielle Olivera after connecting to BravoCon in November 2023.
Salley, in turn, made her reality TV debut during season 26 of the series The Bachelor in January 2022. She raised eyebrows at the premiere when she revealed she was supposed to get married that weekend but canceled due to a “lack of confidence.” Before the limo arrived, Salley met Bachelor Clayton Echard at his hotel and although he offered her a rose at that moment, she decided to leave.
Salley then appeared on Bachelor in paradise in the summer of 2022. She left the series early in week two, which aired in October.
