Summer House’s Danielle Olivera provides insight into Robert Sieber Split
Danielle Olivera shares more insight into her breakup Robert Sieber.
“[This is] the way it turned out in the end,” Olivera, 35, said during the “Not skinny but not fat” podcast on Tuesday, December 26. “If someone breaks up with you… and then it turns out, ‘Oh no, you just wanted to date someone else.’ Why did you have to make me feel bad about that?’
Olivera further speculated that Sieber “had an emotional connection with someone he worked with,” which he denied when they were together. According to Olivera, he has been dating that person ever since.
Podcast host Amanda Hirsch said it appears Sieber was “gaslighting” Olivera near the end of their relationship.
“Yeah, I just hate the buzzword ‘king,’” Olivera said. Hirsch said, “But I think this one really means it.”
Olivera confirmed earlier this year that she and Sieber split over the holidays of 2022 after two years together.
“Robert and I were fine and wonderful and I was obsessed with him over the summer,” she explained Entertainment tonight in February, noting that Sieber would be in attendance Summer house season 7, which aired earlier this year. “Our demise happened after we stopped filming.”
She went on to say that they broke up “right before Thanksgiving.”

Olivera and Sieber started dating in 2020, and he became a recurring fixture Summer house during the time they were together. The two later turned to long-distance work due to Sieber’s career as a chef.
“It was just one of those things where we weren’t communicating very well and everything was bubbling and bursting,” Olivera said. AND. “I expressed my dissatisfaction with our relationship and the time we spent on it [on it] and stuff like that and going out together. And you know, he just experiences it at work, and that’s his priority.
She added, “He said he couldn’t make me happy anymore and so you just, like… oh God… that’s where it ended.”

During Tuesday’s podcast, Olivera said she and Sieber had been seeing each other after their divorce. Before she filmed Winter house Last March, she and a group of friends went to Aspen, Colorado, where Sieber works.
“It was a really big closure moment, and I had heard that he was seeing someone else that I had suspected during the breakup,” Olivera said on “Not Skinny But Not Fat,” noting that “more” details about her and Sieber’s divorce ‘ will come true [on] Summer houseseason 8, which will premiere in the new year.
