She recently made the move from South Australia to Queensland with her new husband Jae Woodroffe and two children.

And fitness mogul Kayla Itsines, 32, soaked up the sun in her new neighborhood on Wednesday while running errands with her mum Anna on the Gold Coast.

The entrepreneur, who recently reacquired her multi-million dollar fitness empire Sweat, showed off her famous washboard abs in a low-cut brown crop top and black cycling shorts during the outing.

The brunette, dressed in a bronze shade, completed her look with white sneakers, crew socks and jewelry, including a necklace, earrings and her $100,000 engagement ring from Jae.

She appeared to wear minimal makeup for the off-duty outing and let her dark locks slide back into a high ponytail.

During the outing, Kayla was seen filling up her car before walking into the gas station with her mother to pay.

The sighting comes after internet sleuths discovered Kayla’s latest home renovation project in her former home state of Adelaide.

Instagram account in January Stay up to date with Australian influencers saw Kayla working on a property with the same builders she used for her last renovation in Malvern, SA.

Adelaide-based builder Morgan Build has added one of Kayla’s stories to their business page, featuring a stripped brick hallway.

The fitness influencer wrote about the video, “brick houses, built differently.”

The highlighted story on the build page also showed other images of a tradesman pulling up the floorboards.

These posts from the custom builder suggested that even though Kayla has moved her life to Queensland, she still keeps one foot in the south.

The fitness entrepreneur officially announced her move to the Sunshine State in early January.

‘We have officially MOVED TO QUEENSLAND!!!’ she informed her 16 million Instagram followers at the time.

“To be honest it doesn’t feel real because we really brought the whole Adelaide crew and both our families with us. So happyyyyy…. Ps Don’t worry, we still have a house in Adelaide and I HAVE to fly back every few weeks to see my family,” she added.

“Especially my grandparents who don’t want me to move… not because they love me too much… but because ‘too many mosquitoes.’

The fitness guru concluded her message: ‘HELLO QUEENSLAND FAM. We are so excited!!!’

Emily’s almost maxi-length skirt was styled with black heeled boots, while she carried her essentials in a chic handbag.

Emily’s outing comes hours after she put on a dazzling show on Tuesday as she donned a busty black dress as she stepped out for a fitting.

She cut a stylish figure as she showed off her ample cleavage as she went braless in a very low-cut black knee-length dress.

Her chic garment featured a cheeky slit down the middle, drawing attention to her toned legs, dressed in thigh-high open-toe boots.

The My Body author, who previously gave up her acting ambitions, kept her look elegant by pairing her outfit with a simple, shiny black clutch.

It was recently announced that Emily has returned to her passion for acting and is in talks to join the cast of Too Much. Variety.

She will play the ex-girlfriend of Will Sharpe’s Felix, who has entered into a new relationship with American ex-pat Jessica, played by Megan Stalter.

The show is the latest brainchild of Girls star Lena Dunham.

The model confirmed the conversations by sharing a copy of the article on social media, writing “excited” in the post.

Filming will take place in New York and London, where Emily was born.

Ricki Lake shows off her 30-pound weight loss during her recent health journey.

“Hi friends. I wanted to share with you what I’ve been up to for the past four months. On October 26, 2023, I promised myself to get healthier,” Lake, 55, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, February 24.

The former talk show host, who said she “admitted” she weighed about 170 pounds when she started, explained that she and her husband Ross Burningham have each lost more than 30 pounds. (The couple married in January 2022, almost a year after their engagement.)

“I really want to share it because we did this without having to rely on a drug. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that.) But neither of us had pre-diabetes and we both felt like we wanted to at least try it ourselves,” she wrote.

Lake admitted that at her age — and in “perimenopause” — she was “a little concerned” that her body wouldn’t lose weight like it used to.

“I am so very proud of us. I feel amazing. I feel strong,” she noted. “I’ll go into more detail about exactly what I did in another post, but suffice to say, this is the healthiest way I’ve lost weight in all my years.”

In addition to the caption, Lake shared several snaps, including one of her and Burningham on their “daily walk” and one of the two hugging while standing outside. In another photo, she posed for a mirror selfie, revealing her abs. The last photo showed a screenshot of Lake’s weight at 140 pounds.

Lake is no stranger to opening up to her fans and has been notoriously candid about her journey to embracing her body. In 2019, Lake shaved her head after years of suffering from androgenic hair loss. She told exclusively We weekly in 2021 that she started using Danish brand Harklinikke to grow her hair after losing her dark brown locks.

“It gave me my life back,” she said Us. “And I know these are big words, but honestly, anyone who has dealt with this knows what I’m talking about. It takes over your life. After a taxing 118-day strike, the Screen Actors Guild will be honoring the best performers in film and television at the 30th annual SAG Awards. 

Winners are determined by SAG-AFTRA members, who vote for their favorites across a number of categories.

Three of their stars are up for the same honor – Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin, and Matthew Macfadyen are among the nominees for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series.

Sarah Snook is also up for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series. 

It will also be competing for best ensemble in a drama series against The Crown, The Gilded Age, The Last of Us, and The Morning Show.

Comedy shows Ted Lasso and The Bear also received four nominations.

All three are up for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. 

Netflix will live stream the ceremony for the first time. Last year’s awards were streamed on Netflix’s YouTube account.

The awards come just months after SAG-AFTRA struck a deal with film studios following a months-long strike with pay in the streaming era and artificial intelligence top issues of concern.   

The strike began on July 25, 2023 and a tentative deal was struck on November 8. It formally ended on December 5, 2023 with a 78% yes in voting. 

Despite disagreements over the final deal, the outcome was a huge relief for union leaders and the entertainment industry following a grueling few months of strikes.
