The 39-year-old actress showed off her abs in an all-black ensemble that featured a scoop-neck sports bra and high-waisted leggings.
After working up a sweat, she stepped out with a turquoise backpack as a gym bag and a water bottle in her hands.
She tied her brunette locks into a messy ponytail for her workout.
And the Don't Worry Darling director – who showed off her fit figure in a form-fitting unitard the day before – also rocked a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Underneath her choice of glasses, she appeared to be makeup-free, showing off her natural, bare skin.
The House alumna completed her look with a pair of black sneakers worn over bright red socks.
Two weeks earlier, Wilde opened up to People about her two children, whom she shares with ex Jason Sudeikis, 48.
On the opening night of Kate, a one-woman show written and performed by Kate Berlant, she told the outlet that son Otis, nine, and daughter Daisy, seven, are her “best friends.”
“They're so amazing,” she gushed about the two children they welcomed during their nearly decades-long relationship. 'They are huge and they are so healthy and happy.
“I already feel like they're huge teenagers, but we're having a lot of fun,” she continued. “They're my best friends.”
The Cowboys & Aliens star also revealed that Otis and Daisy inherited her and Sudeikis' athletic and creative talent.
“We have so much fun,” she explained, adding that her children are “so active.”

“They're musicians and athletes and they're just cool,” she continued.
“They both play drums and sing and we just have a great time,” she added. “We're a big karaoke family.”
Previously, Wilde and Sudeikis were together for about nine years before splitting in 2020.
They were engaged in 2013 but never married.
After their split, Wilde started dating singer Harry Styles, 29, when they met on the set of Don't Worry Darling.
They were together for two years before calling it quits in November 2022.
During their relationship, Wilde became embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with the Ted Lasso star, but now the pair are friendly exes who are amicably co-parenting.
