General Motors said Friday it had stopped sharing details of how people drove their cars with two data brokers that created risk profiles for the insurance industry.

The decision followed a New York Times report this month that GM had been sharing data on drivers’ mileage, braking, acceleration and speed with the insurance industry for years. The drivers were enrolled — some unknowingly, they said — in OnStar Smart Driver, a feature in GM’s Internet-connected cars that collected data about how the car was driven and promised feedback and digital badges for good driving behavior.

Some drivers said their insurance rates increased as a result of the data collected, which GM shared with two brokers, LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Verisk. The companies then sold the data to insurance companies.

As of Wednesday, “OnStar Smart Driver customer data is no longer shared with LexisNexis or Verisk,” GM spokeswoman Malorie Lucich said in an emailed statement. “Customer trust is a priority for us and we are actively reviewing our privacy processes and policies.”

Romeo Chicco, a Florida man whose insurance rates nearly doubled after his Cadillac collected his driving records, filed a complaint this month seeking class-action status against GM, OnStar and LexisNexis.

An internal document reviewed by The Times found that more than eight million vehicles were included in Smart Driver as of 2022. An employee familiar with the program said the company’s annual revenue from Smart Driver was in the low millions of dollars.

Kanye West is being urged to spend time with his wife Bianca Censori’s father in Australia, according to sources, who claim the architect is ‘hesitant’ to face her father’s wrath over her near-nude outfits and controversial relationship with the rapper.

DailyMail.com previously reported that Bianca’s father Leo was keen to confront his son-in-law – who married the Australian designer in December 2022 – just a month after finalizing his divorce from ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

Now Leo has reportedly requested that Kanye fly to Australia to meet him after his wife expressed fears about his “intimidating” attitude during her visit earlier this month.

“Kanye has been invited to go to Australia and Bianca is hesitant to make it happen because she knows how her father will react,” a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.

“Her father still plans to talk to Kanye, and Leo will not be intimidated by Kanye’s power or control. No one expects this to be all rainbows and family portraits.”

Bianca's mother Alexandra (pictured) and her father Leo have previously expressed their concerns

Bianca’s father Leo (left) and mother Alexandra (right) have previously expressed their concerns to loved ones about their daughter who married the rapper in December 2022

The demand comes after Bianca’s mother Alexandra flew to the US with the intention of ‘saving’ her child, but apparently failed to reach the couple.

“Bianca’s father wasn’t necessarily happy about his wife’s visit to see their daughter because he feels like she has enabled Bianca to keep doing what she does,” the insider continued.

“Yes, Bianca dressed provocatively while her mother was there, but that was nothing compared to some of the outfits she wore before and after the visit.”

Since her mother’s departure, Bianca has made headlines with her striking fashion choices.

Earlier this week, she showed off her bare bottom in a metallic silver micro mini skirt and thong, which she teamed with a triangle bikini top.

In another explicit outfit, she wore sheer, neon green tights, which she paired with a skimpy beige tube top.

The outfit became even more X-rated when her husband pulled down her pantyhose to reveal the top of her bum.

Bianca’s father is said to be disappointed by Alexandra’s inability to help her daughter see through Kanye’s influence, with the source adding: “Alexandra wanted to do this on her own and her father was under the impression that she was going to talk to her about how she introduces himself.

“She was so caught up in the attention and fame of it all that she became somewhat intimidated by Kanye’s influence.”

Earlier this month, Alexandra reportedly flew out “to see for herself” if her daughter is in control of her life.

“Bianca’s mother had to see it for herself after Bianca told her family she had this under control,” a source told DailyMail.com. ‘This was a great opportunity for Alexandra to spend time with Bianca and assess the situation for herself.’

The insider continued, “Alexandra was calm, believing she was coming to save her daughter. But this is not the case. Since the release of Vultures, Kanye has started to turn things around in the sense that he isn’t going on as many unhinged rants.

‘He also knows how to sweet talk a mother. This was a really good experience, and everyone is so relieved to see her with Alexandra.”

Despite the shock her antics would cause to loved ones, Bianca has reportedly claimed that 'she knows what she is doing and she has this under control'

Alexandra’s visit came days after sources told DailyMail.com that Bianca had insisted to her loved ones that she was not being coerced by her husband as many feared.

“Bianca has spoken to her family and she has been telling her friends the same thing since she was last home, which is that she knows what she is doing and she has this under control,” they said.

The architectural designer does indeed seem to have a goal in mind when it comes to what she will do with her new level of fame, and she is said to be making smart investments in her marriage.

While many believe the rising fashion star has simply become the Grammy winner’s “trophy wife,” Bianca has long been someone who worked with Kanye to build his empire.

In addition to leading the architecture for Kanye’s Yeezy brand, Bianca is listed as joint officer and manager of Oxpaha LLC, which Kanye founded in October 2023, as of November 2020.

However, her recent behavior has done little to reassure her father

A source explained:

A source explained: “Her father still plans to talk to Kanye, and Leo won’t be intimidated by Kanye’s power or control.”

“She has invested a lot in her marriage to Kanye and her plan is starting to become clear,” the source continued.

“She owns his clothing line, his music — she’s the only model in his latest video and on the cover of Vultures — his real estate investments, and more,” the insider added.

‘She’s a very smart woman and it seems she’s as involved in her outrageous outfits as he is.

“She’s always been daring, but she knows this is her minute and her minute won’t last forever.”

Kanye and Bianca have made significant moves through Oxpaha, with all of Kanye’s recent trademark applications – including garments used for his album release – filed under the company.

A 7,000-square-foot commercial building on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, which he is believed to use as a multi-use unit for his Yeezy fashion and music businesses, was also purchased last year under Oxpaha.

Bianca was given special power of attorney for the real estate deal, highlighting her importance within the rapper’s business activities.

She was also listed as a business partner in the VZW Acquisition Group for years before she first came into contact with Kanye.

In December, Leo and Alexandra were said to have worried that their daughter was simply a rebound in the wake of Kanye’s divorce from Kim Kardashian – which was finalized in November 2022, less than a month before he married Bianca.

THERE are good dates and there are horrible dates.

Unfortunately, the encounter with one woman will be rated as one of the worst.

She was baffled by her date’s strange behavior with his retainer.

That should have set alarm bells ringing to begin with.

Despite his unromantic actions, he still tried to kiss her, and it lasted two stomach-churning minutes.

Reeling from her date from hell, she continued to share her sad story Reddit.

She had met her potential suitor on Tinder and made an appointment.

But soon red flags were flying at their meeting.

“He said he forgot his wallet, but… [figured] the [restaurant] should take Apple Pay, so it would be good,” she said.

But he seemed to have an insatiable hunger.

“So we get to the sushi restaurant and this guy orders so much food for himself. And I only get one roll and a beer,” she wrote.

When they asked for the check, they were in for a surprise. The restaurant has not accepted Apply Pay.

She agreed to pay, but he promised he would pay her back.

The fine line: the limits or breaking points of love?

Dinner is over, he takes her home, and his charm offensive shows no signs of ending.

When the car is parked, the couple has a chat. But then he pulls the metaphorical rabbit out of the metaphorical hat.

“We were talking when he took out his braces, put them in his jacket pocket and went in for a kiss.”

I just looked away because it was awkward.

She takes aversive action and turns her cheek.

“[But] he gets irritated, takes out his brace and starts licking it like he’s cleaning it.

His seduction technique lasted a few minutes and she naturally looked away. It would almost never make her heart beat faster.

But then he did something outrageous and scary.

“I just looked away because it was awkward. Then he pulls out his dick and says, if you don’t want to kiss me, kiss this.”

Of course, she gets up and leaves and the next morning she realizes that he blocked her before getting her half of the bill back.

“What should I do?” she begs Redditors.

Tips for staying safe while dating

After Redditor’s date from hell, a commenter gave her some tips to stay safe for future hookups.

  1. Never let your date take you on the first date
  2. Always ask to split the check in advance at the beginning of the date
  3. Don’t sit in a parking lot with a guy you don’t know on a first date

“Life is about growing from your experiences. Call it a lesson learned, and move on from it,” was this commenter’s sage advice.

They were universally shocked by this man’s behavior.

“That’s fucking weird,” generally summed up the prevailing mood.

“I always lick my braces clean while thinking about showing my dick to a stranger. It’s completely normal, everyone does it,” was another’s tongue-in-cheek response.

“The amount of people who find this funny blows my mind. He literally pulled his penis out and tried to get her to suck his dick. It’s disgusting, disturbing and gross,” was the outraged response from one Redditor.

Another person agreed with her.

“It’s gross. It’s an incredibly intimidating and unpleasant experience and I’m sorry you went through that,” they said.

“The absurdity of this man’s absolute ignorance made me chuckle. But his behavior was completely reprehensible and clearly illegal,” another person insisted.

  • A Reddit user has wondered what the telltale signs are that someone is American
  • People on the internet flooded the comments section with their answers
  • Many said Americans always wanted ice cream and were “too friendly.”

People from around the world share how they recognize Americans in seconds – based on everything from their body language to the way they smile.

An unnamed social media user took to Reddit to ask people on the internet to show the telltale signs that someone is from the United States.

In the Ask Reddit subreddit, people flooded the comments section, sharing that the way Americans greeted, tipped, and even stood with each other were telltale clues that they were from the United States.

In addition to being too “friendly” and leaving tips, foreigners noted that they could always spot an American because they wanted “ice in their water.”

The anonymous user’s post read: “What’s a telltale sign that someone is American?”

People across the Internet – both from the US and abroad – took to the comments section to highlight the many behaviors they encountered.

Many users pointed out that Americans’ friendly greetings betray their nationality.

One user said: ‘In Salzburg I went to the drugstore to get something. While I was paying, I said hello to the cashier (I thought there was very little difference between how I said it and how Austrians say it). She immediately started talking to me in English and I asked her how she knew I spoke English.

‘She looked me in the eye with a straight face and said ‘hellloooo’. I almost died laughing as I am a very stereotypical friendly American who says hello exactly like that. One of my favorite memories of that trip.”

Someone else wrote, “The friendly grin you give to strangers when you make eye contact with them as you pass by, at least in the Midwest. [It] was not well received in Germany.’

One user added: ‘I dated a European man here in the US. When we walked together, I smiled every time I made eye contact with someone in our path, and they always smiled back.

‘My friend was so confused by all these strangers smiling at me. I kept asking if I knew all these people. It was hilarious.’

“They smile at strangers,” someone else agreed.

One user added: ‘Very receptive to socializing with strangers in environments like bars. Assertive, honest, curious, will get you back without knowing you too well. I have positive experiences.’

Other people on the Internet pointed out the American pattern of leaving tips – which was not common in many other countries.

Someone else added: I worked as a cashier in a tourist place in Paris, I always recognized Americans because they were quite friendly to me and they always gave tips.’

“They leave a tip,” one user said.

Others shared random behavior they noticed from Americans.

One person said: ‘An Italian told me that Americans are confidently walking in the wrong direction.’

Another user shared: ‘If someone asks how far away something is, an American will tell them how long it will take to get there, rather than a physical distance.’

“From what I’ve been told by European friends and travelers, our complete lack of an inner voice,” wrote a third.

“They want ice in their water,” someone else commented.

One comment read: ‘According to the CIA, training to become a spy requires you to unlearn how to lean. Americans tend to lean on things when they are standing still.”

Kenn Dahl says he has always been a careful driver. The owner of a software company near Seattle, he drives a leased Chevrolet Bolt. He’s never been responsible for an accident.

So Mr. Dahl, 65, was surprised in 2022 when the cost of his car insurance jumped by 21 percent. Quotes from other insurance companies were also high. One insurance agent told him his LexisNexis report was a factor.

LexisNexis is a New York-based global data broker with a “Risk Solutions” division that caters to the auto insurance industry and has traditionally kept tabs on car accidents and tickets. Upon Mr. Dahl’s request, LexisNexis sent him a 258-page “consumer disclosure report,” which it must provide per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

What it contained stunned him: more than 130 pages detailing each time he or his wife had driven the Bolt over the previous six months. It included the dates of 640 trips, their start and end times, the distance driven and an accounting of any speeding, hard braking or sharp accelerations. The only thing it didn’t have is where they had driven the car.

On a Thursday morning in June for example, the car had been driven 7.33 miles in 18 minutes; there had been two rapid accelerations and two incidents of hard braking.

According to the report, the trip details had been provided by General Motors — the manufacturer of the Chevy Bolt. LexisNexis analyzed that driving data to create a risk score “for insurers to use as one factor of many to create more personalized insurance coverage,” according to a LexisNexis spokesman, Dean Carney. Eight insurance companies had requested information about Mr. Dahl from LexisNexis over the previous month.

“It felt like a betrayal,” Mr. Dahl said. “They’re taking information that I didn’t realize was going to be shared and screwing with our insurance.”

In recent years, insurance companies have offered incentives to people who install dongles in their cars or download smartphone apps that monitor their driving, including how much they drive, how fast they take corners, how hard they hit the brakes and whether they speed. But “drivers are historically reluctant to participate in these programs,” as Ford Motor put it in a patent application that describes what is happening instead: Car companies are collecting information directly from internet-connected vehicles for use by the insurance industry.

Sometimes this is happening with a driver’s awareness and consent. Car companies have established relationships with insurance companies, so that if drivers want to sign up for what’s called usage-based insurance — where rates are set based on monitoring of their driving habits — it’s easy to collect that data wirelessly from their cars.

But in other instances, something much sneakier has happened. Modern cars are internet-enabled, allowing access to services like navigation, roadside assistance and car apps that drivers can connect to their vehicles to locate them or unlock them remotely. In recent years, automakers, including G.M., Honda, Kia and Hyundai, have started offering optional features in their connected-car apps that rate people’s driving. Some drivers may not realize that, if they turn on these features, the car companies then give information about how they drive to data brokers like LexisNexis.

Automakers and data brokers that have partnered to collect detailed driving data from millions of Americans say they have drivers’ permission to do so. But the existence of these partnerships is nearly invisible to drivers, whose consent is obtained in fine print and murky privacy policies that few read.

Especially troubling is that some drivers with vehicles made by G.M. say they were tracked even when they did not turn on the feature — called OnStar Smart Driver — and that their insurance rates went up as a result.

“GM’s OnStar Smart Driver service is optional to customers,” a G.M. spokeswoman, Malorie Lucich, said. “Customer benefits include learning more about their safe driving behaviors or vehicle performance that, with their consent, may be used to obtain insurance quotes. Customers can also unenroll from Smart Driver at any time.”

Even for those who opt in, the risks are far from clear. I have a G.M. car, a Chevrolet. I went through the enrollment process for Smart Driver; there was no warning or prominent disclosure that any third party would get access to my driving data.

“I am surprised,” said Frank Pasquale, a law professor at Cornell University. “Because it’s not within the reasonable expectation of the average consumer, it should certainly be an industry practice to prominently disclose that is happening.”

Policymakers have expressed concern about the collection of sensitive information from consumers’ cars. California’s privacy regulator is currently investigating automakers’ data collection practices. Last month, Senator Edward Markey of Massachusetts also urged the Federal Trade Commission to investigate.

“The ‘internet of things’ is really intruding into the lives of all Americans,” Senator Markey said in an interview. “If there is now a collusion between automakers and insurance companies using data collected from an unknowing car owner that then raises their insurance rates, that’s, from my perspective, a potential per se violation of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act.”

That is the federal law that prohibits unfair and deceptive business practices that harm consumers.

Mr. Dahl shared his experience on an online forum for Chevy Bolt enthusiasts, on a thread where other people expressed shock to find that LexisNexis had their driving data. Warnings about the tracking are scattered across online discussion boards dedicated to vehicles manufactured by G.M. — including Corvettes, a sports car designed for racking up “acceleration events.” (One driver lamented having data collected during a “track day,” while testing out the Corvette’s limits on a professional racetrack.)

Numerous people on the forums complained about spiking premiums as a result. A Cadillac driver in Palm Beach County, Fla., who asked not to be named because he is considering a lawsuit against G.M., said he was denied auto insurance by seven companies in December. When he asked an agent why, she advised him to pull his LexisNexis report. He discovered six months of his driving activity, including many instances of hard braking and hard accelerating, as well as some speeding.

“I don’t know the definition of hard brake. My passenger’s head isn’t hitting the dash,” he said. “Same with acceleration. I’m not peeling out. I’m not sure how the car defines that. I don’t feel I’m driving aggressively or dangerously.”

When he finally obtained car insurance, through a private broker, it was double what he had previously been paying.

The Cadillac owner, Mr. Dahl and the drivers on the forums had all been enrolled in OnStar Smart Driver. OnStar is G.M.’s Internet-connected service for its cars and Smart Driver is a free, gamified feature within G.M.’s connected car apps (all part of OnStar, but branded MyChevrolet, MyBuick, MyGMC and MyCadillac).

Smart Driver can “help you become a better driver,” according to a corporate website, by tracking and rating seatbelt use and driving habits. In a recent promotional campaign, an Instagram influencer used Smart Driver in a competition with her husband to find out who could collect the most digital badges, such as “brake genius” and “limit hero.”

In response to questions from The New York Times, G.M. confirmed that it shares “select insights” about hard braking, hard accelerating, speeding over 80 miles an hour and drive time of Smart Driver enrollees with LexisNexis and another data broker that works with the insurance industry called Verisk.

Customers turn on Smart Driver, said Ms. Lucich, the G.M. spokeswoman, “at the time of purchase or through their vehicle mobile app.” It is possible that G.M. drivers who insisted they didn’t opt in were unknowingly signed up at the dealership, where salespeople can receive bonuses for successful enrollment of customers in OnStar services, including Smart Driver, according to a company manual.

The Cadillac owner in Florida said he had not heard of Smart Driver and never noticed it in the MyCadillac app. He reviewed the paperwork he signed at the dealership when he bought his Cadillac in the fall of 2021 and found no mention of signing up for it.

“When a customer accepts the user terms and privacy statement (which are separately reviewed in the enrollment flow), they consent to sharing their data with third parties,” Ms. Lucich wrote in an email, pointing to OnStar’s privacy statement.

But that statement’s section on “third-party business relationships” does not mention Smart Driver. It names SiriusXM as a company G.M. might share data with, not LexisNexis Risk Solutions, which G.M. has partnered with since 2019.

A driver who was surprised to discover that he was enrolled in Smart Driver posted a screenshot of his low score to an online forum for Corvette drivers in 2022.Credit…The New York Times

Jen Caltrider, a researcher at Mozilla who reviewed the privacy policies for more than 25 car brands last year, said that drivers have little idea about what they are consenting to when it comes to data collection. She said it is “impossible for consumers to try and understand” the legalese-filled policies for car companies, their connected services and their apps. She called cars “a privacy nightmare.”

“The car companies are really good at trying to link these features to safety and say they are all about safety,” Ms. Caltrider said. “They’re about making money.”

Neither the car companies nor the data brokers deny that they are engaged in this practice, though automakers say the main purpose of their driver feedback programs is to help people develop safer driving habits.

After LexisNexis and Verisk get data from consumers’ cars, they sell information about how people are driving to insurance companies. To access it, the insurance companies must get consent from the drivers — say, when they go out shopping for car insurance and sign off on boilerplate language that gives insurance companies the right to pull third-party reports. (Insurance companies commonly ask for access to a consumer’s credit or risk reports, though they are barred from doing so in California, Massachusetts, Michigan and Hawaii.)

An employee familiar with G.M.’s Smart Driver said the company’s annual revenue from the program is in the low millions of dollars.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, which retains consumers’ driving data for six months, has “strict privacy and security policies designed to ensure that data is not accessed or used impermissibly,” the company said in a statement.

Verisk provides insurers with trip data and a risk score “approved by insurance regulators in 46 states and the District of Columbia,” said a spokeswoman, Amy Ebenstein. Automakers that Verisk gets data from “provide their customers notice and obtain appropriate consents,” she said.

Some drivers who had Smart Driver turned on, though, said they did not even realize they were enrolled until they saw warnings on online forums and then checked their app. They quickly unenrolled themselves by turning off Smart Driver in their car app.

Omri Ben-Shahar, a law professor at the University of Chicago, said he was in favor of usage-based insurance — where insurers monitor mileage and driving habits to determine premiums — because people who are knowingly monitored are better drivers. “People drive differently,” he said. “The impact on safety is enormous.”

But he was troubled, he said, by “stealth enrollment” in programs with “surprising and potentially injurious” data collection. There is no public safety benefit if people don’t know that how they drive will affect how much they pay for insurance.

General Motors is not the only automaker sharing driving behavior. Kia, Subaru and Mitsubishi also contribute to the LexisNexis “Telematics Exchange,” a “portal for sharing consumer-approved connected car data with insurers.” As of 2022, the exchange, according to a LexisNexis news release, has “real-world driving behavior” collected “from over 10 million vehicles.”

Verisk also claims to have access to data from millions of vehicles and partnerships with major automakers, including Ford, Honda and Hyundai.

Two of these automakers said they were not sharing data or only limited data. Subaru shares odometer data with LexisNexis for Subaru customers who turn on Starlink and authorize that data be shared “when shopping for auto insurance,” said a spokesman, Dominick Infante.

Ford “does not transmit any connected vehicle data to either partner,” said a spokesman, Alan Hall, but partnered with them “to explore ways to support customers” who want to take part in usage-based insurance programs. Ford will share driving behavior from a car directly with an insurance company, he said, when a customer gives explicit consent via an in-vehicle touch screen.

The other automakers all have optional driver-coaching features in their apps — Kia, Mitsubishi and Hyundai have “Driving Score,” while Honda and Acura have “Driver Feedback” — that, when turned on, collect information about people’s mileage, speed, braking and acceleration that is then shared with LexisNexis or Verisk, the companies said in response to questions from The New York Times.

Honda says driver data will not be shared without consent, but the user needs to read through a 2,000-word “terms and conditions” screen to see that the company is sharing data with Verisk.Credit…Honda

But that would not be evident or obvious to drivers using these features. In fact, before a Honda owner activates Driver Feedback, a screen titled “Respect for your Privacy” assures drivers that “your data will never be shared without your consent.” But it is shared — with Verisk, a fact disclosed in a more than 2,000-word “terms and conditions” screen that a driver needs to click “accept” on. (Kia, by contrast, does highlight its relationship with LexisNexis Risk Solutions on its website, and a spokesman said LexisNexis can’t share driving score data of Kia participants with insurers without additional consent.)

Drivers who have realized what is happening are not happy. The Palm Beach Cadillac owner said he would never buy another car from G.M. He is planning to sell his Cadillac.

Love is Blind star Jeramey Lutinski regrets how he behaved Sarah Ann Bick at season 6’s now infamous Lake Party.

“I do not approve of how I behaved in this,” 32-year-old Jeramey responded to a question on Monday, March 4. video posted on the official Love is blind Instagram account recapping the private conversation he had with 30-year-old Sarah Ann after breaking off his engagement Laura Dadisman. “I even look back at this like ‘WTF?'”

When a fan jokingly said, “Glad your mom got through to you,” in response to his change of heart, Jeramey confessed, “She definitely put me in my place.” Justifiably.”

While Jeramey came to regret his actions at the party, Sarah Ann, in turn, had a very different reaction when she reflected on the moment.

“Grab jet ski*,” she wrote in the comment section of the post with a sun, ocean wave and heart emoji.

Over the course of the show, Jeramey found himself falling in love with both Sarah Ann and Laura, 34. After going back and forth between the two, he eventually proposed to Laura. However, things took a turn for the worse when the couple returned home from a trip to Mexico and it was revealed that Jeramey’s heart might still belong to Sarah Ann after Laura discovered that the two had been secretly texting and spending time together. Jeramey and Laura had it out at the lake party and officially called it quits.

Shortly afterwards, Jeramey took off with Sarah Ann on jet skis, causing quite a stir among the rest of the partygoers.

Tuesday Love is blind Instagram post featured a carousel of different videos from the lake party, which took place during episode 11.

The first clip showed Jeramey playing with a soccer ball as he followed Sarah Ann as she expressed her frustration over the confrontation with Amber Desiree “AD” Smith about texting and meeting Jeramey despite being engaged to someone else.

“I’m not going to sit here and be treated like a piece of shit,” Sarah Ann told Jeramey in the Instagram video. “I know from my heart that it was never my intention to hurt anyone. Ever. They were never allowed to hurt anyone. That’s never what I wanted to do. This is nonsense. I’m not going to sit here and act like anyone can literally fuck themselves.

Although the premise of Netflix’s Love Is Blind is to help singles find their perfect match, the experiment wasn’t without drama. Multiple love triangles blossomed during season 2 of the dating show, which premiered in February 2022. In one corner Shayne Jansen connected with both Natalie Lee and Shaina Hurley, and in another corner Jarrette […]

The second video showed the couple sitting in chairs by the lake and continuing their discussion, while the third saw Sarah Ann saying she has been “100 percent true to herself” since joining the Season 6 pods.

In the final clip, Jeramey opened up about ultimately proposing to Laura in the pods, despite his connection to Sarah Ann. “I don’t regret talking to you last night,” he said of their late-night conversation, which led to his breakup with Laura. ‘I don’t regret that at all. I’ve said that to Laura several times in front of other people. All this to say that I… made the wrong decision in the pods, and I think you know it at this point. I had all the clues in front of me that you and I should have done this together. Every feeling, the things we talked about, like my emotions towards it.

While it’s unclear if Sarah Ann and Jeramey are still together since the show ended, fans can find out the status of their relationship on next week’s reunion show:

The Love is blind Eunie season 6 airs on Netflix on March 13.

A DIY fanatic has been brutally mocked after painting her kitchen worktop white – with some even thinking the makeover is such a crime she should be ‘sent to jail’.

Crafty Breeya Shade revealed the makeover on Instagram after she got tired of having to constantly ‘clean’ her brown kitchen countertops.

According to the woman, who is currently renovating her 1970s parsonage, not only was the granite a nightmare to care for, but it was also ‘difficult to keep looking clean’.

Although in an ideal world she would rather replace them completely, Breeya had to come up with a cheaper alternative because she still saves money.

Instead, Breeya, believed to be from the US, decided to paint over the granite with a special ‘marble countertop sealant’.

However, the DIY enthusiast was convinced that she would not be able to achieve the desired effect and stuck to a simple white background.

Sharing the makeover her pagesaid the woman, ”My ultimate plan is to replace them completely one day, but until we can save enough $$, this paint will do the job!

”I used @rust-Oleum marble countertop set, but I haven’t attempted marble veining because I know myself well enough to know that I wouldn’t like the faux marble look.”

According to Breeya, who said that the original granite look was the ‘bane’ of her ‘existence’, she was also not worried about the criticism that came her way.

“I don’t care what the haters say. This paint works so well and seemed durable enough.”

But while the crafty woman may have been over the moon with the transformation, social media trolls were anything but impressed.

Hundreds rushed to the comments in sheer horror, sharing their thoughts on the new worksheets.

My name is Pink, my kitchen is completely pink and I even make my eggs pink with PINK cheese

One judged: “Granite painting is psychotic behavior.”

Someone else agreed, adding, “It’s hard to bring down the value of a house these days, but damn, she did it tenfold.”

Another implored: “You have a hidden talent. Please keep it hidden.”

”Painting granite?!?! Straight to jail,” a fourth couldn’t believe his eyes.

Fortunately, it wasn’t all negative feedback, as there were also those who praised Breeya.

”Well done! All these people worrying about your kitchen when it’s YOUR kitchen. I think it looks great, love!” one fan hit back at the mean people.

Another thought she made the right choice by painting the countertops and writing: ‘Granite is really that ugly.’

Someone else was completely baffled: “I don’t understand how people can get so concerned about how someone else decorates and renovates THEIR house.”

However, people on social media were completely shocked and even said that this deserved a 'jail sentence'

Christian Horner has been acquitted of ‘coercive behavior’ after an investigation into the Red Bull team boss.

The 50-year-old husband of ex-Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has been accused of his behavior towards a female employee. It remains to be seen whether he will keep his £8m-a-year job.

In a statement, the team’s parent company, Red Bull GmbH in Salzburg, said: ‘The independent investigation into the allegations against Mr Horner has been completed and Red Bull can confirm that the complaint has been dismissed.

‘The complainant has the right to appeal. Red Bull is confident that the investigation was fair, rigorous and impartial.

‘The investigation report is confidential and contains the private information of the parties and third parties who participated in the investigation. Out of respect for all involved, we will therefore not comment further. Red Bull will continue to strive to meet the highest standards in the workplace.”

The accusations were made by a close colleague at Red Bull GmbH in Salzburg, who confirmed an internal investigation on February 5.

They appointed a London QC to lead the investigation. He heard 60 hours of evidence, including at least eight hours from Horner in one day, before producing the crucial 150-page report presented to the wider company’s board on Wednesday.

Horner was awaiting their verdict as he made the 3,000-mile journey from Britain to Bahrain on his private jet on Saturday for the opening race of the season.

He was said to be in good spirits during the day, hoping his name would be cleared upon landing in the Gulf Kingdom this afternoon. He didn’t show up in the paddock.

Former pop star Geri, mother of their seven-year-old son Monty, has been staunchly supportive throughout the ordeal. She is said to be ‘devastated’ by the shock to their lives, which they split between their farm (and stables) in Oxfordshire and a house in north London.

Horner has won 13 world championships since taking charge of the team in 2005 at the age of 31. He was the youngest team boss on the grid at the time, but now has the longest tenure.

He attended pre-season testing in Bahrain last week before returning home, with his position seemingly strengthening as the days progressed.

But he appeared to be struggling with forces within the organization moving against him, despite the veracity of the allegations.

Ford, which will have an engine partnership with Red Bull from 2026, led the calls for a quick conclusion to the saga. In a letter written last Friday, CEO Jim Farley expressed his dismay over the “unresolved allegations of inappropriate conduct by Red Bull Racing management.”

This call for clarity at the earliest moment was echoed by F1’s American owners, Liberty Media.

Horner’s position was also undermined, it seemed, by the death of the energy drinks magnate who gave him his big break at the helm of the new Red Bull team 19 years ago. Dietrich Mateschitz died of cancer in 2022, a tragedy that inevitably shook up the management structure, leaving executives jostling for position. A key driving force is said to have been Oliver Mintzlaff, the managing director and former CEO of RB Leipzig, who, it is said, hated Horner’s power base.

However, Horner retained the support of Red Bull’s Thai faction, led by Chalerm Yoovidhya, son of company co-founder Chaleo. Chalerm, as heir to the company fortune with a 51 percent stake, is estimated to be worth £30 billion. He occasionally appeared at races and was seen in long and friendly conversations with the Englishman, including when Verstappen won the third of his consecutive world titles in Qatar last October.

Another important voice was that of Dr. Helmut Marko, Red Bull’s 80-year-old motorsport advisor – an Austrian who was probably more in tune with Mintzlaff than with Horner.

“Marko got a contract extension last year but saw his money halved,” said a well-placed F1 figure. ‘There is a feeling that he wanted to take revenge on Horner and get him out.’

Faster then Gene Kelly Tap dancing in the rain, many species of poison dart frogs tap their middle toes on their hind legs so quickly that it looks like a blur.

Three laboratories in different countries recently set out independently to understand why. Their studies all suggest that the presence of prey affects these frogs' tapping, but the purpose of all that fancy footwork is still mysterious. The research could help explain similar behavior in other frogs and toads, as dozens of species make some sort of toe or foot flick while hunting.

The latest study, which was posted online last month but has not yet been published in a peer-reviewed journal, came from biologists at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. The researchers observed colorfully painting poison dart frogs tapping up to 500 times per minute, or more than three times as fast as 'Shake It Off' by Taylor Swift.”

When the frogs saw fruit flies in a petri dish but couldn't reach them, they tapped less often. This suggests that the tapping could be related to their ability to catch their meal.

But the team also found that toe tapping was not related to the frogs' success in catching prey. This “confused us a little bit, and we're still thinking about that,” says Thomas Parrish, who worked on the study as an undergraduate with Eva Fischer, a biology professor.

Although some mysteries remained, it became clear that the amphibians' dance floor mattered. The team of Dr. Fischer found that frogs tapped their toes the most when they were on leaves in an aquarium, compared to when they were placed on agar gel, soil or glass.

Because leaves transmit vibrations easily, this result supports the idea that the frogs might tap to encourage the prey to move and to more easily detect the tasty insects. (These frogs only click their tongues at live, moving insects.)

Another hypothesis that many scientists have considered is that the tapping vibrations could lure prey closer, similar to how turtles stick out their tongues to imitate worms and how deep-sea fishermen attract food with their glowing rod-like protrusion. But while Gulf Coast Toads Prey have been seen to move toward themselves with toe vibrations, but this has not been demonstrated in poison dart frogs.

A separate team of biologists set out to investigate the vibrations caused by tapping the toes. They used an accelerometer to record the tapping of yellow-striped poison frogs in a specially built tank.

“Here we are very Caribbean, so we imagine the frogs drumming,” said Luis Alberto Rueda-Solano, author of the study from the University of Magdalena in Colombia. The study, last published November in the journal Evolutionary Ecology and led by Natalia Vergara-Herrera, found that in about 37 percent of recordings, the frogs accelerated their toe taps before flicking their tongues to attack prey. Frogs with longer middle toes showed this acceleration more often.

The Magdalena researchers ultimately want to investigate whether the frogs sense the movements of their prey and other organisms through vibrations, with the signal going from their hind legs to their inner ears.

“It's a potentially very interesting example of a predator using sensory cues to manipulate the behavior of prey — at least that possibility exists,” said Reginald Cocroft, a biologist at the University of Missouri who worked on the study.

Does the size of the frog's meal matter? In a separate study Published earlier in 2023, Lisa Schulte and Yannis Köning of Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany experimented with green-black poison frogs at the Frankfurt Zoo, showing that both crickets and smaller fruit flies made the amphibians tick.

But other frogs' calls didn't inspire toe tapping, suggesting the behavior isn't just a general expression of excitement, said Dr. Schulte.

Dr. Schulte noted complementary results from each group's studies, which indicate a link between toe tapping and feeding in poison dart frogs.

All three groups plan to follow up on their findings and advance science toward finding out if toe tapping helps these frogs catch their food, or if they're just doing it for fun .

Megyn Kelly has criticized Meghan Markle after calling herself a feminist on her recently launched website.

Kelly, who was joined on the show by DailyMail.com columnist Maureen Callahan, hit back at the Duchess of Sussex over the comments on the couple's new website.

Sussex.com is minimalist in design and features a large photo of the couple on the homepage, as well as an information page that provides insight into the couple.

The Duchess of Sussex's profile begins: 'Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex is a feminist and advocate for human rights and gender equality.

“Her lifelong advocacy for women and girls remains a thread through her humanitarian and business ventures.”

Kelly responded, saying: “The amount of staff she has driven away, all women. Her tantrums, her rants.

'How is that even a feminist trying to uplift young women? She wants us to believe that she would never do that and that all she does is lift up young women.”

Callahan agreed with Kelly, saying, “If you're such a feminist, how about showing respect and true appreciation for the queen who gave her life?

'She didn't ask for it, she was born into it, she took it with the utmost seriousness. Instead, we got that deep mocking politeness with the Netflix special that exuded nothing but contempt and mockery. She's not a feminist.'

The biography continues to reference her advocacy work and her career in the entertainment industry starring in the TV series “Suits.”

It also includes mentions that she is a NY Times bestselling author of the children's books “The Bench” and “Together: Our Community Kitchen.”

Sussex.com is minimalist in design and features a large photo of the couple on the homepage, as well as an 'About' page that provides insight into the couple.

Their 'About' page reads: 'The Office of Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex is shaping the future through business and philanthropy.'

While launching the site, the couple have become embroiled in a new row with the royal family over the use of their Sussex title.

Sources have warned that their use of the title and their royal coat of arms for apparent commercial purposes could provoke complaints from the palace.

One said: 'They are going to have real problems using Sussex. It is a royal title and if there is even a hint of commercialism in it, it will be discontinued. It's just staggering that they can't see how gauche it is.

However, a source close to the couple said last night: 'Prince Harry and Meghan are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. That's a fact. It's their last name and family name.'

The launch of the website fueled speculation that they are looking to revive their media careers.

It is also claimed that the couple did not consult palace officials about the use of their Sussex titles on the site.

The Daily Mirror reported that the couple had not approached the palace to confirm they could use the titles.

Since officially leaving the royal family and moving to California in 2020, the Duke and Duchess have taken a number of different avenues to bring in income.

This includes Prince Harry's impressive memoir Spare, which he made as part of a $20 million deal with Penguin Books.

The couple also teamed up with Netflix to produce the docuseries Harry And Meghan, with the streaming giant reportedly paying the couple $100 million for the six-episode series.
