Tristan Thompson must pay Maralee Nichols to get child support back after allegedly missing several payments.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Thompson, 33, to pay Nichols, 32, $57,916, according to court documents obtained by The sun. The court alleges that Thompson missed several payments between September 2023 and January 2024.

Neither Thompson nor Nichols have publicly discussed the legal development or revealed the status of the NBA star’s child support payments.

The pair share son Theo, now 2, who was born in December 2021. Days before Nichols gave birth, news broke that Thompson had fathered her then-unborn baby when she sued him for child support. Thompson had initially denied her claims before a paternity test proved otherwise.

Thompson was dating Khloe Kardashian at the time and they had recently done an embryo transfer with a surrogate mother to conceive their second child together. They welcomed son Tatum in July 2022. (Thompson and Kardashian, 39, also share daughter True, 6. In addition, Thompson shares son Prince, 7, with ex Jordan Craig.)

Kardashian was unaware of Thompson’s history with Nichols before the fall of 2021, when she broke up with the Cleveland Cavaliers athlete for good.

After Nichols gave birth to Theo, she again turned to Thompson for support. We weekly confirmed in August 2022 that Thompson had paid support to Nichols. His attorney noted in a statement that Thompson “pays and has paid child support retroactively to Ms. Nichols to the date she gave birth to the child.”

This isn’t the first time Thompson has been accused of failing to pay child support. Craig’s sister alleged in October 2023 that Thompson had not paid child support for Prince, claiming he was ignoring his firstborn. Thompson never publicly made the allegations.

Thompson also has custody of his youngest brother Amari, who suffers from epilepsy, after their mother died in January 2023. Thompson and Amari, 18, briefly moved in full-time with Kardashian, True and Tatum due to construction issues.

“Tristan has a house that he is building and renovating. He was able to live there during the renovation, but we had crazy weather for California, like extreme rain. Tristan’s roof collapsed on his house and caused flooding,” the reality TV star explained during the season 3 finale of The Kardashiansairs July 2023. “So Tristan and Amari are now staying at my house until his house is repaired.”

Kardashian continued: “God has a plan and God doesn’t want him to be alone right now. And why should he be? I just think that’s what family does. When things get busy, all you have is your family and Tristan and I are family. We will be family for the rest of our lives.”

Despite co-parenting with Thompson, Kardashian has made it clear that she has no plans to rekindle a romantic relationship with him.

A mother has revealed she regrets adopting her daughter and feels she is only looking after someone else’s child.

The mother of three said doctors told her it would be difficult for her to conceive, so after undergoing IVF for her firstborn, she decided to adopt a daughter rather than undergo treatment.

“She’s fifteen now and I’ve never felt close to her.”

The mum revealed she found out she was pregnant four years ago and was so shocked it had happened naturally.

She said her hormones were “all over the place” during her pregnancy and she began to hate her adopted daughter.

She said: “I felt like if I had just waited, I wouldn’t have had to have her.

“When my daughter was born, everything just felt right.

I felt a good connection, just like with my son, and I bonded immediately.”

The mother continued: “I sound horrible, but adopting her was a huge mistake.

‘I wish I could go back in time.

‘I love her dearly, but unfortunately not as much as my biological children.

“I hate myself for it because I promised her parents I wouldn’t love her differently, and I feel like I let everyone down.”

The mother revealed that her husband does not feel the same way and has always said that he loves all his children equally.

Reddit users flooded the comments section with replies to the post, with many suggesting the mother should try therapy.

One person said: ‘I really hope your adopted daughter doesn’t know how you feel.

“Have you sought professional help for yourself to parse what’s going on and why you haven’t allowed yourself to bond?”

Another person said: “Because you already had a biological child, you shouldn’t have adopted him.

“I have heard many adoptees say that they have always felt like they were competing with the adoptive parent’s biological child.”

A third person said: ‘You should get therapy.

“Do not, under any circumstances, tell your daughter that you do not love her as much as you love your biological children.”

Surfing icon Kelly Slater and his longtime girlfriend Kalani Miller are expecting their first child, they revealed on Tuesday.

The 52-year-old athlete and the 36-year-old model and businesswoman shared their happy news in an Instagram video that revealed her burgeoning baby bump.

The new child will be the first the couple – who have been together for 16 years – will share, although Kelly also welcomed a daughter from a previous relationship in 1996.

The couple’s black-and-white video on social media featured stunning slow-motion footage of the two strolling together on a sun-drenched beach as Kelly wrapped one of his muscular arms around his lover.

Kelly – who hung out with Avengers star Chris Hemsworth in Perth last year – went shirtless with a swimsuit, while Kalani was decked out in a sleek black bikini that put her stomach on full display.

The clip, which was soundtracked by Ben Harper’s acoustic performance on The Three Of Us, featured close-ups of Kalani’s baby bump, as well as a sweet scene of the lovebirds hugging.

The images conveyed the story well enough, and the couple simply captioned their video with a white heart emoji.

The two were flooded with congratulations in the comments, including some sweet messages from other surfers and colleagues of Kelly’s.

“Huge congratulations,” wrote Mick Fanning, while Ben Thomson joked: “That baby is going to shred.”

Filipe Toledo said: ‘God bless! I’m happy for you.’

Nathan Florence himself added “congratulations,” and Kai Lenny responded with a praising hands emoji and a black heart.

This is the first time Kelly has expanded his family, as he and his ex Tamara Mitchell welcomed their daughter Taylor Slater-Kelleher in 1996.

Kelly and Kalani’s romance dates back 16 years, but the couple met two years before they started dating at a surfing fair in San Diego in 2006.

The two have resisted tying the knot, and they appear to have no plans to change that in the near future, although Kalani admitted that the professional surfer her ‘ride or die’ during a 2009 interview with Graham Bensinger.

She also delved into her first meeting with Kelly.

“At the time, me and my sisters worked for Roxy, Quicksilver’s female counterpart. And he was at the Quicksilver booth and he was in town for the trestles competition,” she explained.

She noted how strange it was that Kelly had been working with Quicksilver for over twenty years at that point, and that she had been with the company “for years and years,” but they had “never crossed paths, never saw each other [at] something.’

‘It was funny [how] so far we see each other,” she explained. ‘I remember exactly when I saw him for the first time and as if time really stopped.’

At the time, she was excited to possibly expand her family with Kelly.

“Hopefully,” she said of the prospect of welcoming a child or two to the surfer, though she said their upbringing in small families made her want something similar for herself.

‘I come from a family of four. He comes from a family of three. Now when I see people traveling with four children, I can’t imagine my family or anyone else doing that,” she admitted. ‘It’s crazy. I don’t know, maybe two or three.’

When asked if Kelly would consider retiring if they had a child, she said it was a “maybe.”

“I don’t know, because it would be interesting to see how he tries to balance both of those things and whatever, where he has to put his competitive nature aside and put a baby first,” Kalani said .

Slater has thought about possible retirement several times over the years, but he seemed to give the idea more thought during a post-race interview in February at the Hurley Pro Sunset Beach in Oahu, Hawaii.

Another missing cast member was Stephen Collins, who played Camden patriarch Eric.

Collins admitted in 2014 to “inappropriate sexual conduct with three female minors” in 1973, 1982 and 1994.

7th Heaven, which ran for ten seasons from 1996 to 2007, followed a Protestant pastor living in California with his wife and seven children.

The final episode aired on May 13, 2007.

Bachelor education alum Kant Morris has welcomed her first child Ryan John Nelson.

“Holy, I’m a mom,” Morris, 34, wrote via Instagram Story on Saturday, March 16. “That was one of the most special/craziest experiences ever.”

Morris and Nelson named their son Liam Lee.

Bachelor Nation first met Morris in 2016 when she competed on Ben Higgins‘ season of The Bachelor. Later that year, she appeared in season 3 of the series Bachelor in paradisewhich she got engaged to Grant Kemp, although they called it quits two months after the finale aired. A PREGNANT mother who sued Ikea over a kitchen installation ‘nightmare’ claims she is still owed more than £4,000 despite a court ruling in her favour.

31-year-old Jessica Holmes reportedly had a kitchen installed by the Swedish company two years ago, but was shocked by the ‘terrible’ workmanship.

She finally took legal action on February 5 and was overjoyed when she was told that Ikea would have to pay her £4,192 within 14 days, as well as her legal costs of £205.

But more than a month later, the teaching assistant says she still hasn’t received a cent and has ‘had enough’.

Mum-of-four Jessica, from Castleford, West Yorkshire, told The Sun: “It was an absolute nightmare.

“You wouldn’t think that a big company like Ikea would do this. I am currently on maternity leave.

“I spent my entire pregnancy calling Ikea to resolve this.

“I was literally on a drip in the hospital and called Ikea.

“Financially it’s been a struggle having to keep fighting this in court to get my money.

“We were looking forward to getting a new kitchen, but the whole experience was just terrible.

“I have never experienced such poor communication. They have been so rude.”

Jessica claims the kitchen is usable, but the worktops are all cracked, cupboard doors are unattached and there is a cutout for the boiler that “looks like it was made by a child”.

She says she has spoken to Ikea and their legal team will contact me again, but she has not received any further correspondence.

Jessica continued: “The judge was shocked. He said he couldn’t believe the state of the kitchen.

‘Ikea ​​didn’t even have the decency to come to court. We have now sent bailiffs to collect the debt.’

An Ikea spokesperson said: “Ikea was not informed of the court hearing, which took place in our absence, and a judgment was therefore entered against us without our knowledge.

“Having received a copy of the judgment, we are now working to ensure the customer is fully reimbursed and to resolve the issue to his satisfaction.”
