CLAT Advisory 2024: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will publish the second provisional allocation list under the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) counseling 2024 for admission to the five-year integrated Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs from the academic year 2024-2025. As per the CLAT advisory scheme, the Consortium of National Law Universities will release the document second merit list on January 8, 2024. After the second merit list of CLAT counseling is released, the candidates who have secured a place on the list will have a two-day option: from 10:00 AM on January 8, 2024 to 1:00 PM on January 12, 2024 – for their seat to freeze, float or retract.

The CLAT is a national-level entrance examination for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs offered by 22 national law universities in India. Only candidates who have successfully completed the registration process for the Admission Counseling Process will be considered for seat allotment.

• Visit the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2024/.
• Click on the link that says ‘2nd Provisional Allocation List’.
• Click on it and you will be redirected to a new web page.
• Click on the link of an institute under UG or PG. A new PDF will appear on the screen.
• Find your admit card number using the shortcut Ctrl+F and download the PDF.

The second tentative allotment list contains details such as All India Rank, Admit card number, vertical reservation and horizontal reservations. The allocation is made on the basis of merit and preferences expressed by the candidates in their advice form. CLAT 2024 Advisory Process – Explained

Any candidate who has been allocated a seat at an NLU may exercise any of the options ‘Freeze’, ‘Float’ or ‘Exit’ in an advisory round subject to the conditions below:

• Freeze option: If the candidate is satisfied with the seat allocation, accepts it and is not interested in participating in further rounds of seat allocation/advice, he or she can ‘freeze’ the seat allocation.
  To ‘freeze’ their place in the first, second or third counseling round, the candidate must pay the confirmation fee within the time set in the admission counseling calendar in paragraph 7 below.
• A candidate who selects the Freeze option and pays the confirmation fee (in the first, second or third round) will NOT be considered in subsequent rounds of advice.
• A candidate who chooses the freeze option in the first, second or third counseling round will be required to pay the remaining University fee (after adjusting the counseling registration fee and confirmation fee) to the concerned NLU before May 14, 2024.
• Floating Option: If the candidate has not got his first preference NLU and chooses to leave the option of a higher preferred NLU seat ‘open’, he can choose the ‘Float’ option. To exercise the Float option in the first, second or third counseling round, the candidate must pay the confirmation fee within the time specified in the admission counseling calendar. Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has begun counseling and is expected to remain sidelined for at least the next three weeks due to suspension, league sources said.

The NBA announced an indefinite suspension for Green on Wednesday for punching Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkić in the face during a game the night before. Joe Dumars, the NBA’s executive vice president and chief basketball operations officer, said in a statement that Green’s “repeated history of unsportsmanlike conduct” was a factor in the decision.

League sources said Green, 33, was expected to receive counseling and work with the Warriors and the NBA while suspended. People around Green and the organization said the four-time NBA champion has shown understanding and willingness to undergo the process necessary to return to the team at full capacity. These sources declined to reveal the details of Green’s guidance out of respect for his privacy.

A three-week term would mean his suspension would be approximately twelve games.

Green’s latest incident – ​​his 20th ejection of his career – came in the third quarter of Tuesday’s game between the Warriors and Suns. Green appeared to struggle for post positioning against Nurkić near the corner, turned and nailed Nurkić in the face with a wild right arm. Nurkić fell and stayed down for about a minute.

Officials stopped the game for a review, which didn’t take long. Green was ejected and didn’t even contest it. He immediately ran to the locker room.

After the match, Green apologized to Nurkić. He said it was unintentional and that he was trying to sell a foul by waving his arms.

“As you know, I am not one to apologize for the things I intended to do, but I do apologize to Jusuf. Because I didn’t mean to hit him,” Green said. “I sell phone calls with my arms.”

Green’s suspension is the sixth of his NBA career and his second this season. The league also suspended Green for five games in November for his involvement in an altercation against the Minnesota Timberwolves when Green deadlocked Rudy Gobert. Last season, he served two separate one-game suspensions: once for 16 technical fouls, and a second time in the playoffs for stepping on Sacramento Kings power forward Domantas Sabonis.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said he thought an indefinite suspension for Green made sense to help the 12th-year veteran make a change.

“For me, this is about more than basketball. It’s about helping Draymond,” Kerr said. “I think this is an opportunity for Draymond to take a step back and make a change in his approach and his life, and that’s not easy. That’s not something where you say, ‘Okay, five games and he’ll be fine.'”

The Warriors (12-14) are 2-1 since Green’s exclusion. During his previous five-match suspension, the score was 2-3.

An application fee of Rs 1,000 will be charged for Maharashtra general category candidates. Reserve category candidates including SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC, EWS and PwD applicants will receive Rs have to pay 800. NEET RUG Counseling 2023: The Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Itanagar declared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2023 counseling process. According to the schedule, candidates can register for NEET UG 2023 counseling on the official website – apdhte.nic.in.

As per the NEET UG Counseling schedule, the online registration and documents will be uploaded from 7th July while the last registration date is 18th July and then the list of eligible candidates will be released on 26th July.
