NEET UG 2023 Counseling Dates:According to reports, the NEET UG counseling process is likely to start in July, the detailed schedule will be available on the official website – mcc.nic.in.

NEET UG 2023 Counseling Dates: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) is the competent authority for conducting the counseling process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test -Undergraduate (NEET UG 2023) for eligible candidates. According to reports, NEET UG Guidance Process will probably start in July, the detailed schedule will be available on the official website — mcc.nic.in. The committee conducts the NEET UG Counseling 2023 in four rounds. These are AIQ Round1, AIQ Round 2, AIQ Mopping Round and AIQ Stray Vacancy Round.

Applicants who have been declared qualified/eligible for All India Quota Undergraduate Seats (MBBS/BDS) are only eligible for the online allocation process for the All India Quota Seats. NEET UG 2023 Round 1 Counseling Registration: Check the step by step process

In the NEET UG 2023 counseling session, eligible candidates are required to register, choose a course and colleges and pay the fee. The seat will be allocated based on the candidates’ choices, NEET 2023 rank, seat availability and reservation. Check out the step-by-step guide to round 1 registration below.

The guidance for successful candidates for seats under 15% All India Quota and 100% including 85% State Quota seats of Central Institutions (ABVIMS & RML Hospital/VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital/ESIC)/ Central Universities (including DU/ BHU /AMU)/ AIIMS /JIPMER and Deemed Universities, will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS for undergraduate medical/dental courses. NEET UG is the single largest entrance exam held for admission to medical and dental colleges.

NEET UG 2023 Counselling: Documents Required for Counselling

What documents are required at the time of joining/reporting to the assigned medical/dental/nursing school?

Original documents (together with certified photocopies of documents) for admission to undergraduate medical/dental/nursing courses for admission to the assigned university are required at the time of entry into the assigned medical/dental college as listed below.

  1. Allocation letter issued by MCC
  2. Admit exam cards issued by NTA.
  3. Result/Rank Letter issued by NTA.
  4. Date of Birth (if the metric certificate does not bear the same)
  5. Class 10th certificate
  6. Class 10+2 Certificate
  7. Class 10 + 2 points sheet
  8. Eight (8) passport size photos, the same as on the application form.
  9. ID (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport)
  10. For NRI candidates, the following documents are required: Passport copy of Sponsor, Embassy Certificate
    b) Affidavit of sponsorship (stating that the sponsor is willing to bear the costs for the entire duration of the study). Affidavit of relationship (relationship of the candidate with the sponsor)
  11. For OCI/PIO/Foreign candidates, citizenship certificate/card number documents are required.
  12. Cabinet certificate (if applicable)
  13. PwD certificate (if applicable)
