Dancing On Ice fans were outraged when Adele Roberts came third in Sunday night’s dramatic final.

As the three finalists waited to find out who would make it through to the final two and skate the legendary Bolero, fans were shocked when it was revealed that Adele’s time in the competition was over.

As Ryan Thomas and Miles Nazaire skated away to prepare for another performance, viewers were shocked by the outcome, with fans insisting the result was a resolution.

Bookies called it the ‘closest final in history’ with the odds on who would win as Ryan Thomas and his partner Amani Fancy lifted the trophy after a spectacular set of skates.

Still, the second and third place results sparked further outrage after Miles took a dramatic fall during his performance, while Adele scored a perfect 40.

Fans on Twitter insisted the outcome was a resolution, while shouting that Adele had been robbed.

One shouted: ‘That has to be a FIX!!! Adele has been much more solid than Ryan & Miles throughout the series. Plus Miles fell tonight’.

A second wrote: ‘Adele has been robbed. MILES FALL OVER! What is this?!?!’

A third simply wrote: ‘Don’t worry about who wins now, stall’.

A fourth surprised fan wrote: ‘Really SHOCKED that Adele didn’t get through to the final of Dancing on Ice. Miles (who even now I have no idea who he is!!) is done instead!!!! RYAN HAS TO WIN FOR ME. He’s a nice guy AND he’s a NORTHMAN. Come on Ryan, you can do it!!!!!’

Another commented: ‘Needs to be fixed. Adele was way better than Miles,” while another shouted: “#DancingOnIce Really??? Miles should have been third!’

Another posted before the show’s results: ‘Ryan needs to win! I really don’t want the extremely smug Miles & Vanessa to win!’

Another wrote: ‘I’m sorry, way better than miles and Vanessa really hopes Ryan and Armani win now.’

Another annoyed fan added: ‘Oh, what shocking multi-millionaire miles they’ve experienced.’

Another sarcastically wrote: “Miles and Vanessa, shock horror” and another added: “How did Miles get through it?”

However, some fans came out in support of Miles, exclaiming, “I can’t believe it, ahhhh!! come on Miles & Vanessa!!”

Another wrote: ‘Great final right decision Miles and Ryan are great skaters.’

Miles, 28, who admitted he signed up for the show because of his desire to be seen as ‘more than a Chelsea boy’, finished second in Sunday’s final alongside his partner Vanessa Bauer.

His romantic skate with partner Vanessa seemed like it would be a dream, but just seconds into the performance, Miles fell.

The reality star slipped and fell on his butt as he turned a corner, before turning around and getting to his feet to continue skating.

After the routine, he told presenters Holly Willoughby and Steven Mulhern: “I feel bad because I let her down. It was a stupid mistake.’

Actor Ryan was left ‘speechless’ after being announced as the winner of the 2024 series, beating Miles, and dedicating the trophy to injured Greg who missed the final.

He said: ‘I’m speechless, I can’t get over this. Greg, if you’re looking at this, this trophy is for you!’

Being the good sport, Miles told Ryan, “Good job, you deserve it, good job.”

The traitors were left in total shock after Anthony was set to be banished from the castle on Friday night's episode of The Traitors.

Anthony, 45, from Birmingham, was banned after Evie, Charlotte, Zac, Mollie, Miles, Jasmine and Ross all wrote down his name and then eliminated him from the competition.

Before host Claudia Winkleman asked all the players for their votes, chess coach Anthony implored them after Jasmine accused him of being 'a bit suspicious' for not contributing to the round table and Evie said his 'personality had changed'.

He said: 'I'm bringing something to the table because I'll be honest: if you decide to write my name down, you're going to be 8/1, it's as simple as that. Think about that. Just let that sink in. You're 8/1 behind.'

Viewers were quick to react to Anthony's banishment, with many praising him for staying true to who he was.

Despite his plea, video director Ross, 28, from Lancashire, cast the final vote and the players were left completely shocked when Anthony announced he was in fact a Faithful before leaving.

He said, 'Well, this is indeed a great game to play. For those of you who are left, I really hope you take this opportunity to really look around you. Try to see through the fog in this game.”

Before pausing for dramatic effect, he then announced, “I am and always have been 100% faithful.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Paul and Jaz clashed, after Paul took him along to try to convince him that he is a believer.

When he discovered that Jaz had his suspicions after telling Harry to go after Paul, he took Jaz into the hallway to ask him if he had done so.

To which Jaz replied: 'Yes, I did. Are you a believer?'

True to the game, which revolves around deception, Paul replied: “100%. I think we're past the point of fighting and saying that to each other.

“I want us to be close and for you to think I'm a believer, and I want you to be a believer, but if I always look at you and you always let me see into your head, then we're fucked.”

Later in the show, National Account Manager Jaz, 30, admitted he gets a 'dodgy vibe' from Paul and the whole conversation sounded 'suspicious'.

He admitted that he could tell that no one else in the group wants to approach him and that the power he has is “incredible.”

Jaz opened up about his 'rocky upbringing', adding: 'I know what it's like to be lied to. I don't trust anyone here, never have.

“Never forget kindness as weakness. I still have my eye on him.'

Breathless bodycam footage has revealed the moment an Israeli reservist fended off two Hamas gunmen in a deadly close-range firefight that unfolded in the corridors of a Gaza City building.

The adrenaline-filled clip shows the soldier from the Israel Combat Engineering Corps’ Yalam unit being confronted by Hamas fighters as he walked through the structure in the city’s Shajaiya district.

Entering a room with the door blown off its hinges, the soldier initially appears to be alone, but the moment of calm is immediately shattered when a pair of Hamas gunmen appear from the rubble and begin shooting.

The reservist reacts with incredible speed, jumping back into the hallway for cover before peeking around the corner and shooting a terrorist just a few feet away.

The soldier takes cover again and pauses for a moment of rest.

But seconds later he is blindsided by the brutal explosion of a grenade thrown into the hallway by his enemy.

For a split second it seemed that the ferocious explosion might have taken out the fearless soldier.

But he heroically dragged himself to his feet, waded through the rubble and forced himself back into the room to track down the sole remaining Hamas fighter.

As he turned the corner, the terrorist appeared at the top of a staircase and squeezed a single shot from his pistol, but missed.

His lack of marksmanship proved fatal.

The Israeli reservist immediately returned fire and pumped five bullets of hot lead into the Hamas attacker from almost point-blank range, causing him to collapse to the ground.

The stunning images highlight the intensity of the fighting between IDF and Hamas fighters in Gaza.

The Israeli army said on Wednesday that 115 soldiers have been killed so far during the offensive in the Gaza Strip.

It said 10 soldiers were killed in fighting in the north of the area on Tuesday, the deadliest day for the army since the ground assault began on October 27.

But now Israel is facing increasing pressure from its allies over its war in Gaza, with its main backer – the United States – criticizing the bombing in response to the October 7 attacks as “indiscriminate”.

The United Nations General Assembly yesterday also overwhelmingly backed a non-binding resolution demanding an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in the devastated area.

The war began after Hamas militants launched an unprecedented attack on Israel on October 7, killing about 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and taking about 240 hostages, according to Israeli authorities.

Israel vowed to destroy Hamas and bring the hostages home and launched a devastating offensive against Gaza, which is ruled by the militant group.

More than 18,400 people, mostly women and children, have been killed in the war, according to the Hamas-run Health Ministry.

The ministry said on Wednesday that at least another 50 people were killed in the latest wave of Israeli airstrikes over the territory.

Biden told a campaign rally in Washington that Israel “supported most of the world” after the Hamas attack.

“But they are starting to lose that support because of the indiscriminate bombings that are happening,” he said.

Washington has been calling on Israel for weeks to take greater care to avoid civilian casualties in Gaza, because too many Palestinians have been killed.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also said there was “disagreement” with Biden over how Gaza would be governed after the conflict, reflecting a rare rift between the allies.

And the leaders of Australia, Canada and New Zealand – other allies of Israel – called for a ceasefire, saying in a rare joint statement that they were “alarmed about the dwindling safe space for civilians in Gaza.” .

Their statement came after the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution on Tuesday demanding a ceasefire, with an overwhelming majority of 153 member states out of 193 voting in favor.

While the United States and Israel voted against the resolution, Australia, Canada and New Zealand all voted in favor.

The vote came as the head of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, Philippe Lazzarini, described the situation in Gaza as “hell on earth.”

‘Back in #Gaza, endless tragedy. People are everywhere, living on the streets, needing everything. They plead for safety and an end to this hell on earth,” Lazzarini posted on X at the end of a visit to the area.

Meanwhile, fears of a wider conflict continue to grow, with Iranian-backed groups targeting US and allied forces in Iraq and Syria, and gun battles taking place daily along Israel’s border with Lebanon.

The Israeli military said projectiles had been fired from Lebanon and Syria on Tuesday and that it had retaliated by attacking launch sites.

I’m a Celeb Displaced Nella Rose has been reunited with her brother who flew to Australia to be by her side after becoming the second campmate to be voted out of the jungle.

The 26-year-old influencer has postponed her television appearance on ITV’s Lorraine, which was due to take place on Tuesday, after needing a day of ‘rest and recovery’.

Nella’s brother Albert, 27, landed at Brisbane airport hours after being given the boot by hosts Ant and Dec, with the star not met by anyone as she crossed the show’s famous bridge.

Friends of Nella told MailOnline she needs a day to ‘process’ her time on the ITV series, which saw the presenter challenge politician Nigel Farage and fall out with Fred Sirieix.

It is understood Nella will join Lorraine’s show on Wednesday, but for now her priority is catching up with her brother, who she saw emotionally again after weeks in the Aussie camp.

A source close to Nella told MailOnline: ‘All Nella needs at the moment is a day to relax and process all the events from her time on I’m A Celeb.

‘While she absolutely loved her experience, there was also a lot to process and discuss with ITV and her team, but she did not feel ready to be interviewed by Lorraine on live television.

“Her brother Albert arrived in Australia shortly after she was kicked off the show, and it means the world to her to have him by her side.

‘It may have seemed like no one from her area had met her as she crossed the I’m A Celeb bridge, but her brother wasn’t far away.’

Ant and Dec revealed that Nella had received the fewest votes from the public on Monday.

She became the second celebrity to leave the camp, after 52-year-old jockey Frankie Dettori, who blamed his elimination on his lack of airtime.

Nella endured eight Bushtucker Trials during her appearance on the show, but her biggest challenge was living with former UKIP leader Nigel and First Dates star Fred.

The YouTuber’s relationship with Fred became strained after he remarked “I could be your dad” during a conversation about their age difference, prompting a negative response from Nella, who lost her father in 2020.

Discussing Fred’s comment, Nella explained to the food expert, “To me it doesn’t matter how you say it, to me that’s disrespectful, and I don’t want to talk to you. I don’t want to talk to you, I don’t want to be near you.

“Only once will I allow people to disrespect me. Don’t start about my dead parent, are you stupid? “You know I could be your father, right?” You’re a fool.’

After their disagreement, Nella and Fred made up while taking part in one of the show’s challenges.

But its fallout sparked a debate among viewers, with some feeling Nella overreacted and others sympathizing with the terrible loss she has suffered.

A top Hamas official has claimed that the terror group is “not far away” from launching a “war of liberation” that he believes will be bigger than the October 7 invasion of Israel.

Osama Hamdan, a member of Hamas’s political bureau, made the stark claims in an interview with Lebanese media outlet Bel Moubashar Online.

In the interview, translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), “he promises[d] that a war of liberation is coming, and not just another October 7,” adding that he thinks such an event is not far away.

Hamdan, in his late 50s, also expressed no remorse for “shattering an entire division of the occupying army,” referring to the 1,200 Israelis, almost all of whom were civilians, killed by Hamas in the Oct. 7 raid.

The group targeted young women and children, as well as families, killing thousands and kidnapping hundreds in the chaos of the raid.

Gunmen from the terror group paraded in the back of a 4×4 truck with the body of 22-year-old Shani Louk, who hours earlier was partying with her friends at the Nova festival near Kibbutz Re’im.

Although her family hoped she was still alive, her family confirmed her death in late October, although the circumstances of her death, as well as where and how the bone from her skull was found, are currently unclear.

Hamas kidnapped 26-year-old Noa Argamani from the Nova festival, where Shani was also taken.

Phone footage of the horrific day showed Noa being torn from her friends and begging for her life from the back of a motorcycle.

She was heard shouting: ‘Don’t kill me!’

It is currently unknown where she is being held or if she is even alive, as she was not one of the more than a hundred hostages released by Hamas last week in exchange for a temporary ceasefire.

Her dying mother, who is currently battling stage four brain cancer, called on US President Joe Biden and the Red Cross to intervene and shared a message for her daughter: ‘If I can’t see you… know that I love you very much of you.’

The stark warning from Hamas’s political leader comes as Israel’s spy chief has vowed to hunt down and kill the terror group’s leaders “wherever they are in the world,” even if it takes years.

TV station Kan broadcast secret recordings of the head of the country’s security service, known as Shin Bet, Ronen Bar, 58, in a news program late on Sunday evening.

Bar, who has been Shin Bet boss for two years, likened the Oct. 7 massacre that left at least 1,200 dead and more than 200 kidnapped to Gaza as “our Munich.”

In the segments broadcast by KAN, Bar can be heard saying: ‘The war cabinet has given us a goal: to eliminate Hamas, and we are determined to do that. This is our Munich.’

In 1972, Palestinian terrorists attacked the Israeli team at the Munich Olympics, killing eleven athletes. For years, the country took bloody revenge on those responsible.

A later operation codenamed Wrath of God targeted nine members of the group responsible, and they were tracked down in Rome, Paris and Beirut and murdered over a period of seven years.

Bar added: ‘We are already learning our lessons from the events (of October 7).

“It will be done wherever it is needed, in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Turkey, Qatar. It will take a few years, but we will be there to do it.

‘The responsibility for safety lies with us. It is our duty to provide both security and some degree of security.

‘Unfortunately we were not able to do that on October 7. I think we’re on an upward trajectory.”

In a letter to staff after the attacks, Bar said: ‘The responsibility lies with me. Unfortunately, despite a series of actions we took on Saturday, we were unable to achieve sufficient deterrence to thwart the attack.

‘There will come a time for investigation. Now we’re fighting.’

Senior Hamas leaders are known to live outside Gaza and the West Bank, with key figures in Lebanon, Turkey, Qatar and Iran.

Ismail Haniyeh, 61, chairman of the movement and head of Hamas’s political bureau, travels between Istanbul and Doha and is known to stay in luxury five-star hotels when he does so.

He is often accompanied by Khaled Masha, 58, when flying between Doha and Istanbul.

Salah al-Arouri, 57, deputy head of Hamas’s political bureau and responsible for the movement’s military activities in the West Bank, is in Beirut, Lebanon.

Last week, The Wall Street Journal said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered spy agencies to draw up plans to assassinate the group’s top leaders outside Gaza, who live in Turkey, Qatar and elsewhere.

According to the report, some called on Israel to immediately kill Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal, who lives in Doha, and others after the October 7 attack.

However, such actions on Qatari or Turkish soil could have strained or torpedoed diplomatic efforts to free hostages, and the idea was shelved.

The IDF has already taken out several key Hamas targets and this weekend eliminated the mastermind behind the October 7 Kibbutz Nahal Oz massacre.

IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari said this weekend that Wissam Farhat was killed in an airstrike in the Gaza Strip.

He added: “Farhat planned and sent the terrorists to Kibbutz Nahal Oz and the nearby army post on October 7, where a brutal massacre was carried out.”

Hagari said Farhat was responsible for an attack on IDF forces in Gaza City’s Shejaiya neighborhood in 2014, in which seven soldiers were killed.

Dancing with the stars participants relived some of pop culture’s most iconic moments during Music Video Night.

The Tuesday, November 7 episode started with a guest judge Paula Abdul came in as her 1989 hit “Forever Your Girl” was played. Cohost Julianne Hough pointed out that Abdul, 61, was the perfect person to help judge the theme night.

“You are one of the world’s biggest music video icons,” Hough, 35, told the “Straight Up” singer. One of the participants who impressed Abdul the most was Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix.

“You were a dazzling mix of finesse and anger and you channeled Britney Spears seamlessly,” Abdul told Madix, 38, after she and DWTS pro Pasha Pashkov played a Cha Cha to Spears’ 2001 song “I’m a Slave 4 U.” Madix got nines from Bruno Tonioli, Derek Hough And Carrie Ann Inababut Abdul gave her a perfect 10.

Other contestants didn’t fare as well during the episode. Inaba, 55, shared Harry Jowsey that his performance suffered after his backup dancers left him on stage. “When the boys were no longer in front of you, it wasn’t so good,” she told 26-year-old Jowsey as the crowd booed.

Jowsey and his partner, Rylee Arnoldwas visited by Lance Bass themselves during rehearsal before dancing to ‘NSync’s ‘It’s Gonna Be Me’. However, Bass’s advice to Jowsey to “get out of your head and just perform” did not stop Jowsey and Arnold, 18, from being disappointed with their score: six from all four judges.

At the end of the night, Barry Williams And Peta Murgatroyd and Jowsey and Arnold had the lowest scores of the evening. But it was Lele Pons and her partner, Brandon Armstrong, which were eventually eliminated. Pons, 27, said she was “so, so grateful” for the experience, while Armstrong, 29, said: “This one burns.”

The couple with the highest score of the evening, Madix and Pashkov, 37, do not have to participate in the dance-off next week.

Derek then told Jowsey that he had ‘invented’ his power. “You are not a soloist, you are a team player,” he said. Jowsey’s team received a perfect score of 40 from the judges, while the other team received a 37.
