CHELSEA fans are furious after seeing the Blues 2024/25 away kit ‘leaked’, with some calling it an ‘England shirt with design changes’.

Nike has already been criticized for their controversial England shirt design, but now they have Chelsea fans behind them too.

Over the years the west London outfit has showcased a variety of jumpers, but some have been more popular than others.

There have been some pretty scandalous shirts on display at Stamford Bridge, including the 1994/95 away shirt as famously worn by Ruud Gullit.

Now a leaked image of the 2024/25 away kit has fans furious.

Footy headlines unveiled the new fit at X, featuring a white shirt with royal blue on the collar and sleeves, along with a red stripe.

The classic Chelsea logo is in blue and red, with a blue Nike check mark outlined in red.

And a few eagle-eyed fans questioned the difference between the Chelsea kit and the England home kit.

One supporter said: “Is there a difference between this and the England home kit?”

A second then added: “England shirt with 5 minutes of design changes.”

While another fan even described the comic as “horrible”.

It appears the club is moving away from the dark color scheme as their current away shirt is “pitch blue and high shades”.

Last season’s away shirt was white and then yellow in 2021/22; light blue in 2020/21, and white, with collar, in 2019/20.

Fans will now eagerly await the unveiling of the club’s third strips, goalkeeper shirts, training equipment and matchwear to see what surprises Chelsea have in store for the coming season.

Meanwhile, the England football team recently made headlines with a new kit that divided fans with their rebranding of the St. George’s flag.

Tory Prime Minister Rishi Sunak slammed the new kit, while Opposition Leader Sir Keir Starmer joined calls for Nike to scrap it entirely.

ROKU fans are divided over what appears to be a controversial change to the app.

Now, users on a Reddit thread have noticed ads appearing on the virtual TV remote.

‘Totally nonsense. Get that out of there, Roku. Enormous failure,” said one irate user.

Another wrote: “I know! It’s also on my homepage! I can’t get rid of it! It irritates me.

“I have the box, not built into the TV Roku device and if I paid for it I shouldn’t have any ads at all.”

But others said the ads weren’t that bad — and made sense for the app.

“That’s pretty unremarkable. I didn’t even notice it right away. Roku isn’t a charity.”

Another said: “This is quite unremarkable and I’m pretty sure all devices will switch to this eventually.”

They added, “Part of the problem is that Roku makes things that last for years, so people don’t buy upgrades as often and they need to continue to have income.”

Roku sells premium devices, but also offers a huge library of free content.

The Roku Channel app is available on a wide range of devices.

And it offers hundreds of channels and tens of thousands of TV shows and movies.

These are all ad-supported, meaning you don’t have to pay for a membership every month.

It’s a way to save money on your monthly TV bills if you don’t have to pay for premium subscriptions.

So while some users are upset about the ad on the virtual remote, it could help fund the freebies available on The Roku Channel.

The American Sun has reached out to Roku for comment and will update this article with any responses.

Mensik left a tight first set behind Klein 8-6 in a tiebreak.

After seeing his serve at 6-7 in the breaker knocked right back for the winner, the Czech teenager couldn’t contain his frustration.

As he walked back to his chair, Mensik launched his racket towards the referee’s chair.

The reckless hurling whistled past a ball boy and fortunately hit no one, despite leaving the small crowd in shock.

Mensik, number 70 in the world, avoided a default and was able to continue the match with a warning.

Mensik has enjoyed a breakout year on the ATP Tour so far.

He qualified for the Australian Open in January before beating Denis Shapovalov in the first round, with his run ultimately ended by Hubert Hurkacz in five grueling sets.

The promising teenager then reached the final in Qatar last month, recording impressive wins against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, Andy Murray, Andrey Rublev and Gael Monfils before falling to Karen Khachanov.

TELLY fans are furious over a “ridiculous” bill increase set to happen in a week’s time.

Disney+ will increase the price of its premium subscription starting March 24.

The streaming giant made changes to its subscription plans late last year, increasing premium subscriptions from £7.99 to 10.99 per month.

It also introduced a three-tier streaming service that allows users to choose from new rates.

The new system is as follows:

• Disney+ standard (with ads) – £4.99 per month
• Disney+ standard (ad-free) – £7.99 per month (or £79.90 per year)
• Disney+ premium – £10.99 per month (or £109.90 per year)

The two standard levels allow customers to stream content at up to 1080p resolution.

Most existing customers automatically switched to the Disney+ premium from November last year.

However, customers who have an annual subscription will see their bill increase this month when the annual renewal is due.

Annual subscribers who have been notified of the price increase are not happy with the change and have expressed their frustration on social media.

One person said: “I can’t believe Disney+ has gone up by £30 for an annual subscription, these companies are really making the effort.”

Another added: “The price increases are ridiculous considering how much the fat cats have in their bank accounts.”

A third person said: “As always there is no reason for them to increase the price, there is no need to.”

How much have Disney+ subscription prices increased?

When the streaming service first launched in 2020, it cost just £5.99 per month or £59.99 per year.

This gives you access to all TV shows and movies on the streaming service without ads.

However, it didn’t take long for the price to rise, as in February 2021 the price rose to £7.99 per month, or £79.90 per year.

The price increase also came with the addition of STAR shows and movies on Disney+ programming.

But the recent increase announced in November last year has caused the most controversy.

This price increase will see some annual bills reach over £100 per year.

How to keep your Disney+ bill low

There are ways you can keep your Disney+ costs low if you enjoy the channel.

Choosing an annual subscription instead of a monthly subscription will reduce your bill regardless of which subscription level you choose.

For example, if you choose the Disney+ standard annual subscription, you will pay €79.90 for the entire year, instead of €95.88 spread over 12 months.

Similarly, the new premium Disney+ subscription costs £131.88 per year if paid monthly, but the annual subscription is £20 cheaper at £109.90.

Choosing to pay annually also means that if subscription prices increase again, your price will be guaranteed until it is time to renew.

By choosing a cheaper plan you can keep costs low.

If you’re willing to watch ads, you can choose the cheapest Disney+ subscription, which costs just £4.99 per month.

Remember that you should always check which services you are using and cancel those you are not using.

If you pay monthly, you’re usually not locked in, so you can always change your services.

Can I get Disney+ cheaper or for free?

There are some hacks you can use to keep your subscription costs low or even get them completely free.

Tesco Clubcard holders can redeem their points for a subscription to Disney+.

You can double the value of your points when you spend them at certain stores, meaning you can exchange £12 worth of Clubcard points for a three-month subscription.

If you’re an O2 customer, you might be in luck too, as the mobile phone provider has also offered up to six months of subscription to Disney+ to new customers or those upgrading their plans.

Similarly, if you switch to a Club Lloyds bank account, you can choose one of five benefits on your account, including a 12-month subscription service to Disney+.

The accounts have a monthly fee that you can waive if you meet the appropriate requirements. So it’s worth checking if the account is right for you.

Many providers, such as phone companies, banks and energy companies, have offers, and some of these include subscription services, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for these.
