ALDI shoppers can’t wait to get their hands on the new Easter-themed Kevin the Wortel toy unveiled by the retailer.

The discounter has started stocking the cuddly toys in the Specialbuys section from today.

Shoppers can buy a sheep or lamb themed version for £3.99, but stocks are limited so you’ll need to be quick.

Please note that Aldi does not do delivery, so you will need to go to your nearest branch to pick one up.

You can find your nearest store using the retailer’s online search tool.

Aldi shoppers have already noticed the toys making their way onto the shelves – and it’s safe to say they’re buzzing.

Post to the Money Saving Bargain Hunters Facebook page, someone said: “I have to go to Aldi!”

Another, positively bubbly, said: “Yes!!! Too cute!!!”

Meanwhile, a third said “know where I’m going today” and a fourth, who posted a photo of two of the toys after buying them, joked “a carrot is for life, not just for Christmas”.

It’s not the first time Aldi fans have panicked over Kevin-themed toys.

The retailer, which currently runs more than 1,000 UK stores and plans to open another 500 in the coming years, sent shoppers into a meltdown when it launched new toys from Kevin de Wortel and William Conker last Christmas.

In 2022, some shoppers lined up outside their local branches at 4am in an attempt to be the first to get their hands on Kevin toys.

Others were forced to wait in an online queue on Aldi’s website.

And in previous years, fights have even broken out in aisles as parents fought to get their hands on them.

How to save money at Aldi

Look for products with red stickers that staff add to items when they have been reduced in price.

Aldi usually adds these to products in the morning, so get to the nearest branch as early as possible for the best discounts.

Also keep an eye on the discounted fruit and vegetables: according to deal expert Tom Church, the retailer tends to cut six items every two weeks to “crazy low” prices.

It often announces upcoming deals across its two channels, so you can be the first to get the best prices.

Kevin McKidd And Arielle Goldrath have settled the terms of their divorce, We weekly can confirm.

The pair reached an uncontested written agreement regarding their property, child custody and support, according to court documents obtained by Us.

Us confirmed in June 2023 that McKidd, 50, and Goldrath had finalized their divorce. According to the filing, the former couple signed a prenuptial agreement prior to their 2018 wedding, which was honored.

The Grey’s anatomy star announced in July 2022 that he and Goldrath had split.

“I don’t often share my personal life on social media, but today there is something I want to share with you,” he wrote at the time via Instagram. “A few months ago, Arielle and I decided to end the marriage part of our relationship. It has all been worth it to get where we are today: a deep and honest relationship as parents and true friends with an amazing shared history, beautiful children and family.”

He concluded: “Please wish us much happiness and happiness in the future, as we wish for all of you. It feels good to share this part of my life and let you all know that even with challenges, it is possible to reach happy conclusions if we stand up for each other and stay open. Arielle and I will always be there for each other. I hope everyone can be so blessed: that they can raise their children with one of your very best friends.”

Following their split, McKidd has been linked to another Shondaland star Danielle Savre. The pair were first spotted together in June 2023 when they packed on the PDA in Lake Como, Italy.

McKidd and Savre, 35, have appeared together on the small screen in several films Grey’s anatomy And Station 19 crossover episodes, starring Owen Hunt and Maya Bishop respectively.

Princess Anne paid tribute to ‘extraordinary’ Rob Burrow at a Rugby League reception honoring the community for their work to raise money for motor neurone disease.

Speaking about her conversation with Princess Anne, she added: “She just asked us about the MNDA [Motor Neurone Disease Association] and how they supported us as a family.

‘She was talking to the children about having time off from school. Very down to earth, she was sweet.

“She talked about the fundraising Rob and Kevin had done. That’s why Rob told his story, to help people who had no voice and to increase awareness. People now know what MND is.’

The former Leeds Rhinos player was diagnosed with MND in 2019, two years after retiring from the sport, and was given just two years to live.

Since then he has not only existed, but remained alive defiantly and triumphantly; with the intention of raising money and awareness for the brutal disease that has left him completely paralyzed.

In honor of his friend, Kevin has in turn undertaken a series of epic endurance challenges, raising £13 million for MND charities.

First he ran seven marathons – more than 300 kilometers – in seven days. Then in 2021 he ran 100 miles in just 24 hours.

In 2022, he ran seven ultramarathons in seven days, covering as much as 60 kilometers per day for a week.

Last year Kevin even carried his former teammate across the finish line of the first Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon in May; the tenderness of the gesture touched the hearts of a nation.

Rob was pushed around the course in his wheelchair as Kevin completed the 26.2 miles and at the end Kevin took his old friend in his arms, rocked him like a child, gave him a kiss and carried him so they could finish the race could drive out. together.

As he toured the stadium, Rob told the royal family it was ‘an honour’ to meet him and revealed his daughters had been practicing their bows.

He also revealed that he recently met Zara Tindall – William’s cousin – and her husband for his podcast, in which Mike Tindall revealed that the Prince of Wales is nicknamed One Pint Willy ‘because he’s not the best drinker’.

“You got the nicknames from him,” William laughed. “He apologized to me for that!”

Rob’s daughters also left the Prince of Wales touched as they presented the royal family with bags full of presents for his three children, including a hat, shirt, fleece and a book.

“You are so sweet guys, thank you very much,” he said. ‘Look, it’s a book! How fantastic, I haven’t seen this book yet. Thank you so much.’

William was greeted at the stadium by Rob and Kevin and said: ‘I don’t know how surprising it is that I’m here to see you. Rob, nice to finally see you. How are you feeling today.’

“My father turned to me during the day and said, ‘Do you know why we’re in the K section?’

“He kept saying ‘Keegan, Keegan,’ and that made me feel very connected.

“That’s my favorite memory growing up as a Newcastle fan because the atmosphere of St James’ Park just washes over you.

“As a seven-year-old I didn’t know these places existed.”

Stobbs’ career has seen her play for nine clubs, including Reading, Everton and Crystal Palace – and last summer she joined Newcastle.

The midfielder believes her experience can help Newcastle – who last year became the first team at their level to go full-time – make the leap to the Championship.

Stobbs, who is studying for a counseling diploma, has spoken in the past about the impact the sport can have on mental health.

She said: “The transition from part-time to full-time for the team was a big one, but the group handled it really well.

“My greatest passion is supporting people’s well-being and ensuring that everyone enjoys life and their dream of playing football.”
