Prince Harry is said to have joked about a mural he saw while visiting a barbecue restaurant in Texas.

The Duke, 39, and Duchess, 42, of Sussex were nearby when Meghan was part of a panel at the SXSW arts festival panel this weekend.

The visit to Austin’s La Barbecue restaurant on Friday took place ahead of Meghan’s appearance, where she spoke about her cyberbullying ordeal while pregnant with her children Archie and Lilibet.

Harry and Meghan both embraced co-owner Alison Clem in a warm hug before being escorted inside where they greeted other employees.

According to the Express, Prince Harry spotted a mural of rock star Freddie Mercury dressed as the late Queen Elizabeth, placed next to a gender-neutral toilet, and joked: ‘We have to take a picture of this.’

During their visit to the cafe, the couple was dressed casually, Meghan wore a denim jumpsuit and white linen blazer and Prince Harry opted for a relaxed Henley-style shirt.

Meghan complemented her relaxed look with a pair of black and brown Chanel ballet pumps, dark sunglasses and a cream handbag.

Staff reportedly described the former senior royals – who ordered sausages and brisket – as ‘delicious’ during their visit to the restaurant.

After the couple’s meal at the restaurant, Meghan appeared on the panel, which also included Brooke Shields and Katie Couric.

The Duchess discussed ‘breaking barriers and challenging stereotypes’ at the event.

Meghan, 42, spoke out about her use of social media and claimed that most of the online hate she experienced happened while she was pregnant with her two young children.

‘I’m currently distancing myself from it for my well-being, but most of the bullying and abuse I experienced on social media and online took place when I was pregnant with Archie and with Lili, and with a newborn baby, with each of them ‘ she said.

“Think about that and ask yourself why people would be so hateful. It’s not catty, it’s cruel. Why you would do that when you’re pregnant or as a mother, it’s such a tender and sacred time.”

Prince Harry was seen clapping in the front row in support of his wife, along with her longtime friend and confidante Markus Anderson.

Called ‘Mr. Soho House’, Markus is often referred to as the ‘second most important man’ in Meghan’s life – and he was instrumental in bringing Harry and Meghan together.

Just a day earlier, the couple was spotted by onlookers at Soho House Austin, an exclusive members-only club.

‘Harry was very animated during dinner. They were super calm and seemed happy with the cheerful atmosphere in the lively venue,” said a fellow diner.

In July 2016, the couple had their very first date at London’s Soho House and even went back to the club for a second time the next day, as seen in a black and white photo of Meghan snuggling into Harry’s shoulder – the couple laughs.

Those who have discovered the 1920s-style bar rave about their experiences.

Blogger Rose Khater said Bar Messenger had perfect “old fashioned vibes” and a menu designed for sharing.

“I love going to hidden bars and this one was super cool because it was behind a painting!” said another woman.

‘I loved the moody atmosphere inside. It’s the perfect place for a date or catching up with friends over a glass of wine.’

“The thrill of cracking the code to gain access is matched only by a rare level of personal service that is very welcome in a world rapidly moving toward robot service culture,” said another five-star review.

March 21 – April 20

Sherlock Holmes had a great technique for solving mysteries. He knew that if you go through all the clues and eliminate the impossible, whatever remains (no matter how improbable) must be the truth. It’s not like you have to solve a crime. But you’re trying to make sense of a confusing, complicated situation. And the information you receive is not only illogical, but also contradictory. Therefore, it is worth following the detective’s advice. If you look beyond the obvious, you will find clarity.

You don’t have to worry. All you need is some guidance. Your in-depth predictions can help at cainer.com

May 22 – June 22

There’s nothing like a flickering candle or a fire glowing in the fireplace to make everything look beautiful. When the lights come on, the sense of mystery disappears in an instant. What kind of lighting illuminates your world? Is it loud? Or forgiving? Don’t tell yourself something is impossible. Not when the sky promises surprising progress. June 23 – July 23

When we are involved in a tense atmosphere, even performing simple tasks becomes complicated. Simple thought processes start to become complicated. We doubt ourselves. We wonder how we ever ended up in such a difficult situation. And if we are not careful, we take the blame: did we do something wrong? Should we have done something better? As doubts multiply, we can reach a point of ignorance where we are no longer able to trust our feelings. It’s horrible. But it doesn’t have to take long. You can turn a situation upside down today.

ARCHER

November 23 – December 21

Have you noticed that our good deeds are not always recognized, while our mistakes are quickly noticed and our mistakes come back to haunt us? This is partly because we humans find it easier to criticize than to praise. But it’s also because we have a strange tendency to dwell on our mistakes. On a subconscious level, focusing on a recent miscalculation encourages other people to do the same. You can easily change the atmosphere. If you think less about it and focus on what you’ve accomplished, they will too.

Transform your life! To make progress in a positive direction, there is good news when you visit cainer.com

IBEX

December 22 – January 20

Imagine if you thought there was a limited amount of air, and you had to take small breaths to make sure you didn’t use up the supply? Ridiculous, right? Yet we allow ourselves to adopt foolish, negative attitudes toward other abundant resources. For example, we think there isn’t enough love (or happiness) floating around. But there is! If we want to find it, we just have to open ourselves to the possibility of such qualities coming into our world. Make room in your mind for the idea that something your heart desires is available. It is!

AQUARIUS

January 21 – February 19

It’s easy to experience a feeling of powerlessness; you just have to think back and consider all the things that have happened to you that cannot be changed. When you’re in the mood to dwell on regrets, it’s not hard to find things you regret. And if you really go for it, you can fill your heart with reproaches. But if you want to step into your power, it’s just as easy (and a lot more fun) to look ahead with anticipation. Then you can walk into the future knowing that you can handle the inevitable ups and downs with style.

FISHING

February 20 – March 20

Just because you can’t jump over buildings or make yourself invisible doesn’t mean you can’t do great things. You were born special. Just like any other human being, you have a spark of divine energy glowing within you; which means you can perform amazing feats. Today is one of those times when it’s easy to access your powers and do something breathtaking. The situation you are dealing with may resolve itself. But if it needs a hand, you have the power to move it forward, in a much more positive direction.

In the 1960s and 1970s, the horrors of mercury poisoning in Japan and elsewhere shocked the world into limiting emissions of the toxic metal. Since then, mercury pollution from human activities such as coal burning and mining has declined in many parts of the world.

But when a team of French researchers analyzed thousands of tuna samples between 1971 and 2022, they found that mercury levels in the fish remained virtually unchanged.

That’s likely because “legacy” mercury that has accumulated deep in the ocean circulates to shallower depths where tuna swim and feed, the researchers say. a study published this month in the journal Environmental Science & Technology Letters.

Using models, they predicted that even with the strictest mercury regulations, it would take another 10 to 25 years for mercury concentrations in the ocean to decline. Decreases in mercury levels in tuna would not follow for decades.

The conclusion: the world’s fight to curb mercury pollution is far from over.

“Our research shows that we need to cut emissions significantly to even hope for a decline in the coming decades,” said David Point, an environmental chemist at France’s National Research Institute for Sustainable Development and one of the authors of the new study.

Mercury is a naturally occurring element, but human activities such as mining and burning fossil fuels cause the majority of mercury pollution worldwide. From the air it eventually settles, with much of it ending up in the oceans. Along the way, microorganisms convert mercury into a highly toxic form that accumulates in fish and shellfish.

Most people with mercury in their bodies get it from eating contaminated seafood, and even in small amounts this can damage the brain of unborn children and have toxic effects on the human nervous system, digestive system and immune system. The Environmental Protection Agency estimate that more than 75,000 newborns in the United States may be at increased risk for learning disabilities due to mercury exposure in the womb.

The heavy toll of mercury poisoning came to public attention after thousands of people developed neurological and other illnesses in Minamata, Japan, following decades of exposure to mercury in industrial wastewater that had poisoned local fish. (The story was the subject of a 2022 film starring Johnny Depp.)

Given the global scientific consensus on the health risks of mercury, most countries of the world have signed the 2013 Minamata Convention, committing to eliminate its use. Last year, the EPA said it was further tightening standards for mercury and other toxic air pollutants from power plants.

Still, the new research suggests that the Earth is slowly healing.

In an extensive effort that began more than a decade ago, scientists collected previously published findings and combined them with their own data on the mercury content of nearly 3,000 samples of tuna caught in the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Oceans between 1971 and 2022. They looked specifically to tropical tuna – skipjack, bigeye and yellowfin tuna – which make up 94 percent of the world’s tuna catch.

They found that, in contrast to a global decline in mercury emissions since the 1970s, mercury levels in tuna remained virtually unchanged. In striped specimens caught in some parts of the Pacific Ocean, mercury levels rose, reflecting increases in mercury emissions from Asia, they said.

The persistently high levels of mercury in tuna were related to mixing in the ocean, which brings up mercury that has been lurking in the ocean’s depths for decades. Yet the complexities of that process are not yet fully understood. One question: How will climate change, which is rapidly warming the world’s oceans, affect the way mercury circulates?

Not a single tuna sample exceeded health standards; The health effects depend on who consumes the tuna (pregnant women, infants and children are particularly vulnerable) and how often they eat tuna, a low-fat, nutrient-rich protein source with its own health benefits.

Joel D. Blum, a professor of earth and environmental sciences at the University of Michigan who was not involved in the study, said the paper was consistent with best practices and current knowledge about how mercury moves in the world’s oceans behaves. “The data set presented in this paper is the largest I know of,” he said.

Environmentalists and public health advocates say the Minamata Treaty has a major loophole: It allows the trade and use of mercury in small-scale gold mining, a major source of mercury pollution. It is now thought that gold mining belongs to the world largest source of man-made mercury emissions.

Countries needed to take clear action to strengthen restrictions on mercury, including setting a deadline for ending its use in industries such as gold mining, said Lee Bell, technical adviser to the International Pollutants Elimination Network, a nonprofit based in Sweden.

“Business as usual clearly means contaminated tuna well into the next century,” he said.

Mercury is an interesting planet. The first planet to orbit our star, the Sun, Mercury, has been largely ignored in the public eye over planets like Mars. However, recent information collected by the MESSENGER spacecraft indicates that Mercury may be just as fascinating as Mars, if not more so. If NASA or other space agencies ever want to return to our first planet, the public needs to know why such a space journey might be worthwhile. Can people live on Mercury? Maybe not, but there are indications that that idea is not as far-fetched as it initially seems.

With the advent of commercial space companies like SpaceX, new missions to Mercury may be something people can try again. One of the biggest challenges of spaceflight is cost, and with increasing competition and availability of technology, the cost of spaceflight is coming down. The last mission to Mercury was NASA's MESSENGER spacecraft in 2008.

Why should humanity continue to explore Mercury and the rest of the solar system? There are some excellent reasons why Mercury continues to be an interesting target for scientific and astronomical research.

10 Mercury is closer than all the planets to the Sun except Earth

Mercury is heavy, which is useful to remember. Why? Mercury has a dense core of molten iron. When people travel to another object in the solar system, they encounter the effects of zero or low gravity. Low-gravity environments wear out the human body, which functions best on the planet on which humans were born, Earth.

Despite its small size, Mercury has a gravitational acceleration of 9.85 feet per second squared (3.7 meters per second squared). That is comparable to Mars, a larger planet in terms of size. Mercury's relatively high gravitational field, while lower than Earth's, could make it a target for human exploration sometime in the future.[1]

9 Mercury is cooler than Venus

Mercury is the closest planet to our star, the Sun, but does not stand out as the hottest. That title goes to Venus, the second planet from the sun. Mercury does not have a thick atmosphere. The atmosphere is what astronomers call an exosphere, very sporular with little gas content. Nevertheless, Mercury receives enormous radiation from the Sun, which is on average 36 million miles or 58 million kilometers away from our star.

The temperature of Mercury on the side facing the Sun can reach 427°C. Venus, the hottest planet in the solar system, has an even more unpleasant climate than Mercury, with average temperatures of 467°C on its surface. Mercury's thin exosphere prevents the heat from keeping Mercury warm, as it can drop to -170°C on the side facing away from the Sun.[2]

8 No human probe has ever landed on Mercury

Mercury has never had human visitors. This is because the ability to travel into space is only something humanity has been able to do for the past 60 years. Although our technology is still primitive, the ongoing debate over whether humans should travel to other planets continues.

Most people are fixated on the moon and Mars as a likely target. However, there is also the possibility of building a balloon cloud city on Venus and a crater city on Mercury to study the sun. The rise of well-funded spaceship companies like SpaceX could open doors to send people to places they've never been before, including the first planet, Mercury.[3]

7 Mercury provided evidence for the general theory of relativity

The planet Mercury has an orbit that is a distinct ellipse. As Mercury orbits the Sun, its distance from the Sun varies by 14 million miles. Mercury's elliptical orbit has the most eccentricity of any major planet in our solar system. In plain language, this means that the oval of Mercury's orbit is longer and less circular than the other seven planets in the solar system.

Early measurements of Mercury's orbit showed a difference between what Newton's theory of gravity predicted and how the orbit preceeded, or wobbled, as Mercury traveled around the sun several times.

Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity correctly explains the actual behavior of Mercury's orbit. According to a statement from the University of Central Florida, Einstein's general theory of relativity predicts that the precession, or wobble, of Mercury's orbit will be greater than what Newton's laws of gravity predicted. That's what astronomers observe when they measure Mercury's orbit.[4]

6 Mercury has a thin atmosphere with oxygen and sodium

Although it looks a bit like our moon, more recent observations of Mercury have provided information that the moon's core structure and surface exhibit more variation than the moon's. Mercury is heavier than Earth's moon because of its iron core, and its thin atmosphere contains oxygen and sodium. However, Mercury's atmosphere is not sufficient for breathing.

Nevertheless, oxygen in Mercury's atmosphere is a fascinating discovery that could help future technology if humans ever explore Mercury. It is possible that the oxygen on Mercury could be captured and compressed for use by astronauts. Based on data from NASA MESSENGER spacecraft, oxygen comprises 42% of Mercury's thin atmosphere.[5]

5 Mercury is the smallest planet

Mercury is a small and heavy planet. If Mercury were the size of a golf ball, Earth would be about the size of a grapefruit. Mercury is the smallest of the solar system's eight major planets. It has a diameter of 3,032 miles (4,880 kilometers).

Although Mercury is small compared to our planet Earth's diameter of 12,760 kilometers (7,926 miles), Mercury is still a large object that would take a long time for human astronauts or robotic rovers to fully explore. Any rover that spent more than a few months on the planet would probably need to be powered by a small nuclear isotope generator, especially if it were to visit Mercury's shadow side or its craters.[6]

4 To human eyes, Mercury would appear dark gray

What you see depends on the type of eyes or camera you have. As the saying goes, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” The different wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation coming from the Sun would make Mercury appear dark gray to a human observer.

To an alien observer who had infrared vision, half of Mercury would glow very brightly because it absorbs a lot of heat from the nearby sun. The other half would be dark. Mercury would be a relatively dull and boring world for humans to live in. Still, there could be plenty of opportunities to collect light energy for solar panels to power future space bases.[7]

3 There is water in the form of ice on Mercury

The MESSENGER spacecraft found evidence in 2008 that there is water ice in Mercury's dark large craters. This water ice could come from Mercury, or could be the result of comets hitting Mercury. Water ice on the planet closest to the sun seems quite strange.

However, the presence of water ice on Mercury could make it possible to provide coolant and hydration to future human space explorers visiting Mercury. Without water, it is difficult to sustain permanent life on the Earth's surface. Terraforming or aquaponic agriculture will only be possible in future space bases if water is present or brought to a planet from Earth.[8]

2 There is the element chromium on Mercury

We like to use chrome to make stainless steel and shiny plating for our classic cars. Lining spacecraft with stainless steel protects them from corrosion when they come into contact with seawater when they land in Earth's oceans. SpaceX famously makes its Falcon and Starship rockets from stainless steel, which contains chromium in its chemical composition. In the future, Mercury could be an ideal place for mining the element, as Mercury contains a lot of chromium.

The percentage of chromium on Mercury is greatest in its heavy core. Chromium resists corrosion, which is a problem in structures and vehicles exposed to outdoor weathering and toxic acids. According to data from the MESSENGER spacecraft, the average amount of chromium on Mercury's surface is 200 parts per million.[9]

1 Mercury has a gigantic impact crater

Mercury is very susceptible to impacts from objects such as asteroids and comets because of its thin atmosphere, which does not provide much protection. Mercury's surface is covered in craters, some of which are gigantic. The surface resembles Earth's moon, which is also heavily weathered by craters. One of the large craters is called the Rembrandt crater. It is 444 miles (715 kilometers) wide.

This monster crater was photographed by the MESSENGER spacecraft in 2008. Whether an asteroid or a comet created this large crater remains unknown, but the impactor was likely larger than a skyscraper. Craters are better places to build space bases on hot planets because shadows protect life forms from excessive radiation from a star like the Sun.[10]

GEMINI (May 22 – June 22)

We tend to think that fools and geniuses are at opposite ends of the intellectual spectrum. But it's not that simple. Even the smartest people in the world do crazy things. And if we assume, just because someone is smart and in a position of power, that he or she is incapable of making mistakes, we are seriously foolish. Don't underestimate yourself today. When your ruler, Mercury, is in such a powerful position, if you don't feel confident it can be easy to dismiss your ideas as too bizarre to work. But they aren't.

And sometimes in our own world we have to cross the boundaries and trust that we will succeed. The legacy of the New Moon brings the perfect moment to realize a dream. Or even a medicinal plant that helps us with a health problem, it is closer to us than we think. It's a wonderfully comforting way to look at the world. And it's a philosophy well worth adopting. For example, if you think you've lost your house keys while shopping, don't bother looking close to home. Something you are missing is now being made available. Your internal radar system is so finely tuned that you notice signals before other people. Just a hint of deception or exaggeration is enough to set off the inner alarm bells. Therefore, everyone with deceptive intentions tries to avoid you. Yet you are not always so confident when it comes to judging your own intentions. You wonder if you've managed to pull the wool over your own eyes. And questioning the wisdom of a recent decision. Do not be afraid. Stop thinking that something is wrong. You're on the right track.

SCORPIO (October 24 – November 22)

As a sensitive Scorpio, you take the opinions of others seriously. In fact, you worry (probably more than you should) about their opinion of you. You tend to think that they judge you even more harshly than you judge yourself. That is why you sometimes like to withdraw from the world; it gives you time to regain your self-confidence. But that is not an option at the moment. Good. You need to hear what is being said about you. Your recent efforts are appreciated. It's time for some well-deserved praise (not criticism).

Nor am I trying to secretly suggest that you should worry about such issues. No. But you have a tendency to take things to the extreme. And when things don't go exactly to plan, you can start imagining problems that don't exist. They say the truth is stranger than fiction. And interestingly enough, it often hides in plain sight. We think things are going a certain way… and then something makes us blink in disbelief. We may even try to ignore the element of surprise and carry on as usual. That means that sometimes we run the risk of overlooking a golden opportunity; it just doesn't fit into our preconceived idea of how things are meant to be. Mercury's ties to Jupiter and Neptune suggest that great opportunities are coming your way. Today, if you look beyond the 'normal', you can find magic.

Now that Uranus has changed directions, the entire zodiac is marching forward. And since this happened while the planet of innovation was connected to Mercury (which is conjunct Mars) we have extra spring in our steps.

With this heavenly encouragement, we can join forces and take action, inspired by our most innovative ideas.

When creativity and discipline are combined, the possibilities are enormous.

RAM

March 21 – April 20

People who are very successful do not make plans and stick to them strictly. They allow themselves the freedom to experiment. They set a goal and focus on it, but they are willing to adapt their plans to the ever-changing circumstances that life throws their way. And of course they try to learn from their mistakes as quickly as possible. Intuitively, they leave room to be guided by their instincts. With all the planets moving forward, if you want to maximize potential, you have to be as flexible and adaptable as you can be today.

BULL

April 21 – May 21

Who are you? Who am I? Of course we all think we know ourselves. But we base our sense of identity on external factors; like the family we were born into. The culture we grew up in. The education we received. The jobs we've had. The roles we have taken on. But do all these factors really provide a true and accurate representation of our personality? The heavenly energy motivates you to achieve a sincere ambition. Take this opportunity to appreciate your inner gifts and talents and you can make a choice that will help you make a dream come true.

TWIN

May 22 – June 22

What if you look at your to-do list and cross off all the tasks on it… except one? I know this sounds irresponsible/impossible. But really there should be only one goal. Your challenge is to feel overwhelmingly grateful. If you make that your top priority, the other things will take care of themselves. Problems will find their own solutions. Difficult questions will lead to simple and inspiring answers. If you try to do more in the current cosmic climate, you are trying more than is necessary!

CANCER

June 23 – July 23

Why complicate a simple matter? Why ask questions that don't need to be asked? Why ask for an explanation when something is clear? There's no reason to do this… unless of course a situation is more complex than it seems. Sometimes people who challenge assumptions turn out to be the smartest and bravest. Your current questions may make someone feel uncomfortable. But you get to the bottom of a complex matter. Keep going. Ultimately, your efforts will earn you respect and appreciation.

LION

July 24 – August 23

The good news is that you don't have to keep doing things the same old way. While the planets can't force you to give up a habit or shift your priorities, as they all move forward they offer you an invitation to experiment and explore. If you half suspect there's a better way to accomplish a task (or fulfill a desire), now's the time to try an alternative. The heavenly forces are working in your favor. And when you need support to initiate change, you'll find that some people are surprisingly eager to help. You just have to ask.

VIRGIN

August 24 – September 23

Have you noticed how arguments are always caused by other people? Just like miscarriages of justice. It seems we are experts at not recognizing our own unreasonable behavior! That's not as bad as it sounds. Imagine how ineffective we would all be if we allowed ourselves to experience too much self-doubt. As an astute Virgo, you are more aware of your impact on others than most of us. Still, it's worth taking a look at the role you play in an important drama. If you are objective, you will find a wiser way to handle that role.

SCALE

September 24 – October 23

You are not the person you were. It is clear that your memories and past experiences are part of you. And your personality is basically the same. But everything you've been through lately has taught you a lot. And it has given you good strength. The legacy of the challenges you've faced, plus the momentum you get from the current cosmic climate, combine to create reasons to look to the future with a very different mindset. It's time to dust off a bright vision or an inspiring hope. And start to believe it is possible. It is.

SCORPION

October 24 – November 22

You can make positive things happen today. Actually, it might be better to say that you can 'help' positive things happen. 'Making' often implies the need to apply effort or force (which does not always have a positive connotation). 'Help', on the other hand, is always positive. In areas of your world where people need help; or when actions require encouragement and support, you are perfectly positioned to play a valuable and highly appreciated role. When you combine your intuition with your positivity, you can be a force for good.

Decisions are so much harder to make when we worry about the outcome. When we don't worry about how things will turn out, they are easy. They are also easier when we have confidence in our ability to achieve something. When we know what we are going to do and want to achieve it, we can get so caught up in our determination to make it happen that we forget to think about whether or not there is a better option. With its ups and downs, we talk about life being a roller coaster ride. Yet these fairground experiences are intended to create adrenaline rushes. They turn us upside down and make our hearts beat faster… for fun! So maybe it's more helpful to think of it as an elevator ride. After all, we usually go up and down gently, without going to extremes. With Mars in your sign, you may feel like you're on a fairground ride. It's comforting to remember that all problems have a solution. The worst that can happen is that we applied the wrong solution. Or you haven't found the right one yet. But the thing about a problem is that we want to solve it quickly. Which puts pressure on us. And sometimes we are so desperate that we think we have everything under control that we embrace almost anything that seems to have a chance of fixing it – even if it is inappropriate. “Beelzebub has set aside a devil for me.” The words of Freddie Mercury express the feeling we get when life feels so hard that we wonder what we did to deserve so much challenge and difficulty. If you have been thinking that the forces are conspiring against you, and are trying to figure out why you are being punished, here comes some relief. We are in 'Awards season'. But while it's the big names that grab the attention, it's often the teams working behind the scenes that are the key to magical TV/movie experiences.

With Mercury taking center stage today, it's a good time to express appreciation for the unsung heroes in our lives.

And as the Sun and Pluto prepare to merge, by looking beneath the surface we can tap into our own “star powers.”

RAM

The tech giants are constantly releasing new versions of their devices. They are (of course) always better and faster than the model we use. The industry is developing so quickly that we all know that even the latest version will soon be replaced by something superior. But even if we buy into the hype, will we notice a big difference? Selling an idea is one thing; it's another to create something that has real impact on our lives. You don't need a magical solution to your current problem. By taking small steps you will get the desired result.

Even though we all studied many different subjects in school and are filled with facts and figures, we still live in a cosmos full of concepts we cannot understand, and have to deal with situations we are not prepared for. The good news is that the education system is also teaching other skills in addition to academic subjects. Like how to deal with stress. You could use some instruction in that department right now. You are confident in certain aspects of your life. And insecure about others. That's completely normal. This also applies to the fact that there is an area between these two extremes, where you move back and forth between very different ways of thinking. This is where you learn the most about yourself and what makes you feel fulfilled. And it's where you sometimes have to dig deep to find the determination to keep going. When we're in the middle of a drama, we don't feel the impact of stress until everything has calmed down. While we are in it, adrenaline focuses our attention on dealing with whatever comes our way. Only later can we process the mental and physical toll. You have faced some challenging situations. And you handled it well. Even when we think we know what we want, it's not always easy to explain why we want it. Our true motivations are difficult to determine. We give ourselves a reason, and that is enough. We don't ask any more questions about it. With Mercury connecting with lucky Jupiter today and Saturn grounded, instead of jumping to a conclusion and taking action, take some time to consider your options. The option presented to you may seem problematic. But just because it doesn't fit your idea of what's right doesn't mean it won't help you. It will.

Magicians use a variety of techniques to demonstrate their sleight of hand. And as an audience, we like to be misled. But they aren't the only people who have access to this kind of power. We often fool ourselves. We make hasty decisions (and convince ourselves that we are following well-thought-out plans). We jump to conclusions (but think we've considered all options). Yet this ability can also achieve magical results. Don't worry about not following the intended plan. You fooled yourself into a better route.

Emotions are not always easy to deal with. Caring for people (or situations) makes us vulnerable. When things don't go the way we want, we feel hurt. That's why we sometimes try to limit our involvement in issues that touch our hearts. There's no doubt that passion can be problematic. But what's the point of living a life without desire and enthusiasm? You are ruled by Venus, the planet of love. You can't stop yourself from caring. Don't hold back from expressing your feelings today. Your courage will be rewarded.

When we act kindly toward someone, that kindness is passed on. When we treat someone poorly, we contribute to a climate of mistrust. It seems that you have been treated unfairly lately. But what if, instead of spreading that negativity, you chose to rise above the situation and respond in a less obvious way? As the sun moves to connect with your ruler, Pluto, you have a choice. You can pass on a bad feeling, or you can do something constructive. The second option will promote a much-needed solution.

Delhi shivers as Mercury dips to 4 degrees, dense fog affects flights and train services; Check IMD forecast

New Delhi: Delhi woke up to another chilly day as the mercury dropped to a chilling 4 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The drop in temperatures has led to several flights and trains being delayed or canceled due to reduced visibility, causing inconvenience to travelers. Delhiites are bracing themselves for the harsh weather conditions. The cold wave has gripped the city and temperatures are continuously dropping below normal. The biting cold is the result of the prevailing northwest wind that blows over the region.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum and maximum temperatures on Wednesday are likely to be around 4 degrees Celsius and 17 degrees Celsius. The weather department also predicted that a short break in the cold wave is unlikely and the dense fog could continue for another two to four days. The IMD has issued an orange alert for Wednesday and Thursday due to cold wave conditions and denser fog. Yellow alarm was given on Friday and Saturday due to dense fog.

According to the MeT department, fog is considered 'shallow' when visibility is up to 500 metres. 'Moderate' fog occurs when visibility is a maximum of 200 meters. Because visibility is a maximum of 50 meters, the fog is categorized as 'dense'. It is categorized as 'very close' when visibility is less than 50 meters.

Advice on airport issues in Delhi

More than 50 flights were delayed at the Indira Gandhi International Airport on Tuesday due to thick fog. Eight flights were canceled between 9:20 am and 12 noon.

Amid the challenging weather conditions, Delhi airport authorities have advised passengers to stay in touch with their service providers to receive the latest flight status. A message on X from the airport authority said: “Due to dense fog, flight operations at Delhi Airport may be affected. Passengers are requested to contact the relevant airline for up-to-date flight information.”

With Mercury (ideas) now in Capricorn, we can find solutions to recently identified problems. And it's worth remembering that the best answers aren't always found through online searches.

As the technology industry shows off its developments at the start of the CES trade show, you can expect progress in the world of AI.

But nothing beats human communication. And that is what the cosmos encourages today.

April 21 – May 21

While a positive attitude can go a long way, even the most optimistic person in the world will find some things impossible. With the best will in the world, certain goals are simply unattainable in some situations. I don't say this to discourage you. Quite the opposite. It's just that past disappointments can tempt you to underestimate the opportunity now presented to you. You can be really confident today. While there is no guarantee of success, know that the odds are in your favor.

You can only know if you read it! In fact, your prediction will tell you to open your eyes and take a good look at a problem that you would rather ignore. CANCER

June 23 – July 23

I recently watched a documentary about parrots. Their ability to imitate made me think about how people share that skill. We copy words, people and ideas. Sometimes, when we try different ways of being or different points of view, it sounds like we don't know what's going on. We then learn from the reactions of others and adapt. Mimicry is part of our development process. Yet there are times when it seems like we are communicating, but the words and actions have no real meaning. Pay attention to that today.

You don't have to worry. All you need is some guidance. Your in-depth predictions can help at cainer.com

LION

July 24 – August 23

When we are involved in a confusing situation, it is difficult to think of the ideal way to solve it. But are you so wrapped up in the need to avoid a particular problem (or relationship) that you settle for anything that seems better than it currently is? Yes, there are times when we have to shrug our shoulders and deal with whatever life throws at us. But the current cosmic climate gives you options. Don't lose sight of your standards today. Despite the uncertainty you experience, you are close to achieving an important goal.

VIRGIN

August 24 – September 23

Everything in life seems circular. The moon revolves around our planet. Our planet revolves around the sun. And the sun rotates on its axis. And our minds seem to follow the same pattern. The gears continue to turn and activate more gears, which continue to turn. Your mind has been in a whirl lately. With so much going on, it's no wonder you're feeling a little dizzy. With your ruler, Mercury, now settling in Capricorn, things are starting to make sense. You will notice that once that happens, you will regain a sense of balance.

SCALE

September 24 – October 23

Although you see a logical way to get where you want to go, it doesn't look very enticing. Or it will be more expensive than you can afford. Or it concerns crossing a particularly challenging terrain. You hesitate, hoping to discover an alternative route. Yet deep down you know it will be impossible to find one. So your best option is to seek help. There are people around who can help pave the way forward. Explaining your needs takes courage. But the results will be worth it.

SCORPION

October 24 – November 22

Imagine how you would react if everything fell apart? Or how would you do if life only presented you with challenges, awkward people, and impossible scenarios? If you want to imagine an endless litany of worst-case scenarios, no one will stop you. But I hope you see how ridiculous that idea is. Life on planet Earth can be crazy and unpredictable. But don't let your imagination lead you down that useless path. Instead, focus on how to handle an improvement. One is coming your way.

You have a lot to look forward to. The inspiration you need can be found in your in-depth predictions on cainer.com

ARCHER

November 23 – December 21

No matter how convincingly someone explains something, we only hear what we want to hear and believe what we want to believe. And even when something is staring us in the face, we only see what we want to see. And since we're usually much better at talking than listening, it's no wonder there are so many misunderstandings and miscommunications. That means we learn to expect disharmony even when we share common ground. Don't distrust the opportunity that comes your way. Maybe you don't understand now. But you will.

December 22 – January 20

If we scratch beneath any surface, we find something waiting to be discovered. Even a simple, random comment can hide emotions. If you are going to make the decision you need to make now, there are certain things you need to consider. Otherwise, you could let your expectations dictate your judgment and come to the wrong conclusion. With Mercury (intellect) in your zodiac sign, you can carefully weigh all the factors and come to a decision that will have a powerful positive effect on your future well-being.

AQUARIUS

January 21 – February 19

Think back to when you were in school. Each new semester brought more difficult lessons to learn. Even though those days may be long gone, we are all still students in the school of life; and a new year brings a different set of challenges. It doesn't seem to be getting any easier. Once we master something, something else emerges. And if we don't learn the lesson, it will present itself again, in a different format, until we do. With Mercury in a new sector of the sky, you have the opportunity to look at an old problem and deal with it perfectly.

February 20 – March 20

As a chess enthusiast, I am happy to see the resurgence of its popularity. With all the apps and online games, it has become accessible to anyone who would like to take their strategic thinking to a new level. As satisfying as this type of gameplay can be, it's only useful in certain scenarios. You are dealing with a situation that matches your emotional intelligence. And with Mercury (intellect) now in earthy Capricorn, your sensitivity, kindness and generosity are more effective than ever. Don't underestimate your strengths today.
