A PROUD homeowner has found a way to keep unpleasant dog odors at bay.

Her new puppy smelled, but her routine kept her house from smelling.

Even her neurotically clean family says her house doesn’t smell.

She shared her tips after seeing a call on Reddit.

“Has anyone figured out the best way to keep your house from smelling like dog?” the Redditor asked.

“So any tips or advice on methods anyone has tried to reduce this?” she wrote.

She couldn’t have asked for a more detailed answer after.

When one woman summed up the extent of her efforts, it seemed she had every angle covered.

No stone was left unturned in her quest to rid her home of dog odors.

Other dog-loving Redditors were quick to share their methods.

But the size of her surpassed all others.

She has gone to great lengths to keep her home fragrant and free of dog odors.

“This is my routine, and honest family members who are neurotic about cleanliness have told me that my house doesn’t stink,” she said.

“This may be OTT for most, but I need a cleaner environment than usual,” she added.

She summed up her enormous efforts in the field of odor-eating:

• Provide wooden floors with sealed holes, combined with washable Ruggable carpets
• Roomba Hoover does its thing every day and mops weekly
• HEPA filters were left running all the time and the windows creaked all the time
• The sofa and dog bed have removable covers that are washed weekly
• All laundry is rinsed in Dettol detergent (antibacterial/viral), just like the Roomba filters
• Unwashable upholstery sprayed weekly with Dettol surface disinfectant
• The dog is bathed every two to three weeks, or whenever she rolls in the poop, whichever comes first

Other Redditors also shared their tips.

“I started putting baking soda on the couch once or twice a month at night and vacuuming in the morning. It removes the odors that penetrate deep into the fabric.” one person said.

“I throw a blanket over the couch where they are because it’s easier to wash the blankets than the couch,” said a second person.

Another Redditor suggested using a HEPA purification filter, as well as a few other tips.

“Open the windows to air out the house once a day and wash their toys and bedding regularly,” they said.

“Maintain oral hygiene, brush regularly and before having guests, I open all the windows for an hour and boil water with cinnamon sticks for 30 minutes,” she added.

But for this dog owner, eliminating bad odors started from within.

“I don’t know if there is scientific evidence to back this up, but after I started giving fish oil to my pup, the smell was no longer strong,” they said.

Embarrassed former This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield cut a somber figure as he walked his puppy in west London on Monday as the new presenters made their debut.

Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard launched the new era of the ITV daytime product after the pair were revealed as the new additions last month following weeks of speculation.

The future of the ITV show was thrown into chaos after its star presenter was forced to resign in May and Holly Willoughby made her shock departure in October.

As the show entered a new chapter, Phillip kept a straight face as he enjoyed a walk with his new dog.

The former presenter dressed in a dark padded jacket with a cream-colored fluffy collar while keeping it casual in jeans.

It comes five months after the broadcast bowed out of the spotlight after an affair with a much younger man who worked with him on This Morning, leading to his departure after more than twenty years on the show.

After much speculation about his private life, his affair finally became public and he admitted he had been left ‘broken and ashamed’ but insisted he was not a groomer.

He said the affair “never came across” as an abuse of power because he and his lover were “buddies.” He told The Sun: “I was unprofessional once in a 41-year career. There is no excuse. No one has done anything wrong except me.”

In his first interview since leaving the broadcaster and This Morning, the presenter said: ‘I didn’t do that, I didn’t do that [groom him].

‘There are accusations of all kinds of things. It never came across that way because we became friends. I do not know. But of course I understand that there will be a mass judgment, but keeping that in mind, I have never done that before.’

It has emerged since then He paid his much younger lover keep quiet about their relationship.

Schofield paid his former colleague, who is 34 years his junior, a six-figure sum to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that prevents him from talking about their affair.

The TV presenter has been in the wilderness since he admitted the affair and lied to his ITV employers in an extraordinary mea culpa to the Mail last May.

A lawyer acting for the former This Morning presenter has now confirmed that a deal was signed with his former lover last year, including a ‘mutual confidentiality clause’ and a payment to compensate the man for the losses suffered.

The man was just 15 when he met Schofield, who helped him land a coveted job as a runner on This Morning at the age of 19.

A romantic relationship between the pair began when the man was in his 20s, after which he moved to another ITV daytime show, Loose Women. He later left the channel with a separate payout.

Despite the clause preventing either party from talking about the affair, Schofield revealed intimate details of their relationship when interviewed by the BBC’s Amol Rajan last June.

A source familiar with the NDA told The Mail on Sunday: “The young man has been vulnerable for some time. That’s no secret.

“Several matters were paid for following Phillip’s decision to speak out about his relationship and as part of this a non-disclosure agreement was drawn up and signed.

‘It means Phil knows his young ex will never be able to talk about their relationships again, which means he can probably sleep a lot better now.

‘He [Schofield] has lost a lot, but imagine if the full details were to become known – that would be quite disastrous for him.

‘As for the young man, let’s hope he can now move on with his life and rebuild it – but that’s not easy.

‘And it’s a bit of an exaggeration to present an NDA after Phil had his say at the BBC last year.’

New presenters Cat and Ben said they were ‘so excited’ when they finally made their debut on Monday.

During the show’s opening moments, Cat said: “We’re so excited to be here, this show has been part of our lives for so long.”

Ben, who left Good Morning Britain last month after ten years, added: “Everyone has been so lovely. thanks to everyone who sent us messages of support.’

Cat and Ben also received messages of support from some of their famous friends, with Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly sharing a sweet tribute to their former SMTV co-host.

Ant said, “Kat, Ben, good luck!” while Dec continued: ‘Have the best time! You’re going to be amazing, we can’t wait to watch.”

Noting their wild parties during the heyday of their children’s telly, Ant said: ‘A little bit of advice for Ben about Cat, because we’ve worked with Cat and she may be very sweet and light, but that girl can party! Don’t think she can’t do that.’

Declan added: ‘Keep a lock on the drinks cupboard.’

Back in the studio, Cat admitted with a smile on her face, “Look, my motto in life is work hard, play hard.”

Cat went on to reveal: ‘Well, actually Ben, I actually got a little word of warning about you too – from one of your best friends, check it out!’ Before the clip played, Ben joked: “That’s even more worrying when it’s from one of my friends!”

Viewers then heard Chris Kamara, affectionately known to many as Kammy, say: ‘Let me tell you Cat, he’s like a bear with a sore head when West Ham get beaten and the rest of the time he’s just miserable!

“I’m just kidding, let me tell you that Cat was one of the best things that happened to me and I’m sure you’ll see that, and vice versa of course. Good luck to both of you, I think you’re going to screw it up.’

Ben said, “Aww Kammy! He never manages to move me, that man. On Sundays we often woke up together on Sky… You have to learn that! But thank you Kammy for that message.’

Gardeners’ World star Monty Don has delighted fans by sharing a sweet unearthed photo of his beloved dog Ned as a puppy.

The British horticulturist and presenter, 68, is known for his love of dogs and regularly invites his furry friends to join him on screen – and Ned is no exception.

Viewers have grown to love the adorable golden retriever, who Monty and his wife welcomed into their family in October 2022.

Yesterday, he shared a never-before-seen photo of the pooch when he was a puppy on Instagram.

In a heartwarming moment, Ned lies on the presenter’s lap and drifts off to sleep while his owner watches lovingly.

He captioned the throwback image: “I stumbled across this photo of Ned and I a few days after he joined us in September ’22.”

One fan gushed: ‘Aww Ned, he’s so happy with his new life.’ A second joked: “Honestly, there’s nothing like this feeling.”

Meanwhile, a third wrote: “Nothing beats puppy days, they keep you on your toes but it’s also priceless,” alongside a heart emoji.

Another fan said: ‘They grow so fast. Our Lab came to us in August and now he looks all grown up, but his only ambition is to still sit on my lap.’

Others commented: ‘Too cute. I can’t wait for more Ned in the new season’ and ‘Love Ned. I can’t wait for Gardeners World to start.’

“Such a beautiful picture of perfect love” and “So beautiful Ned,” fans of the pup added.

Someone else commented: ‘Beautiful. Time doesn’t fly, it seems like only a short time ago he was a puppy.’

Although no longer a little puppy, Ned is still the younger of Monty’s two dogs, with Yorkshire Terrier Patti being the older of the pair.

But as a fan of Golden Retrievers, whose names all start with an N, Monty has had quite a group of furry friends over the years.

Monty’s website even has a section dedicated to man’s best friend, which states: ‘I have lived with dogs all my life and therefore it is completely normal for me that wherever I am in the garden I have to be accompanied by one or two dogs.

‘It’s their garden as much as it is mine or any other member of the family. What I take for granted is that they generally do absolutely no damage and completely respect the garden.

‘They (rarely) dig holes or break through the flower beds. They treat the long paths like bowling alleys that they run along in pursuit of the ball we are obliged to throw, but it is harmless enough.’

Broadcast dog Nigel became the surprise star of BBC Two’s Gardeners’ World, receiving his own fan mail, fan accounts on social media and even lending his name to Don’s book Nigel: My Family And Other Dogs.

However, the beloved pooch sadly died in May 2020 after ‘suddenly falling ill with violent, unstoppable seizures’.

The television personality paid tribute to his ‘old friend’ via his Twitter and Instagram accounts at the time, telling his followers that Nigel was ‘happy, healthy and his usual calm, sweet self’ until the end.

In October last year, three years after the loss of Nigel, Monty sadly announced that his other beloved dog Nell had died of cancer – also a golden dog.

He wrote on October 21: ‘I wanted to tell you about my new book coming out next week but that can wait as my dear sweet Nell passed away last night.

“She was diagnosed with cancer in June and every day this summer has been a gift, but it’s over now.”

He added: ‘We buried her in the garden next to Nigel, wrapped in one of my jackets with flowers, balls and her favorite biscuits.’

Ned’s new photo comes just after Monty returned to our TV screens, having recently dismissed rumors that he was leaving the much-loved Gardeners’ World show.

But while he continues to delight audiences, the horticulture presenter has also spoken openly about the challenges he has faced in the past with his physical and mental health.

Speaking to Radio Times Magazine last year, the media personality revealed he is likely to give up the hit show’s ‘relentless treadmill’ as he approaches his 70s.

However, last week he told The One Show that he would be staying at Gardeners’ World for ‘at least another three years’.

In the meantime, he starred in three episodes of ‘Monty Don’s Spanish Gardens’ – the first two have already aired and the third will be released on March 8.

It was filmed last year when the presenter spent seven weeks in Spain in April, May, June and October, covering more than 40 different gardens across Spain.

Puppy bowl “ruffree” Then Schachner is ready for the big game on Sunday, February 11th to become the “puppiest Puppy Bowl ever”.

“We have 131 rescue dogs representing 73 shelters across the country. That is our highest amount ever,” Schachner said exclusively We weekly on Monday, February 5, along with several adorable rescue dogs. “By the time Puppy Bowl finishes airing, they'll all be adopted. That happens every year. We have a one hundred percent adoption rate, but it's really puppies that take over. We have puppies in the control room, puppies on the sidelines with the cheerleaders operating the cameras. They are the cheerleaders. It's pretty incredible.”

Debuting in 2005, the Puppy Bowl recreates the NFL's annual Super Bowl championship and features rescue dogs “competing” in a football game. Dogs are divided into two teams, Ruff vs. Fluff, while scoring touchdowns with pet toys.

This year's broadcast features even more behind-the-scenes footage of the main event, with clips of the dogs entering the stadium and waiting by the water bowl. Additionally, the Temptations Sky Box kittens return along with sports reporters Steve Levy and Taylor Rooks to provide play-by-play commentary. Schachner will also carry a GoPro to provide a close-up camera angle.

Schachner has been the head referee – affectionately known as the “rufferee” – for thirteen years.

“The way I prepare is by staying alert and in shape and getting a lot of sleep,” he said Us. “Because with 131 dogs you really just have to pay as much attention as possible. You must report the violations!'

Schachner's work on the Puppy Bowl roster even inspired him to become a dog owner.

“I started [refereeing] 13 years ago, but about 10 years ago, I said, 'I better get into this dog thing,'” he explained. “I didn't want to adopt right away. I wanted to learn, so I've been adopting dogs for ten years and in that time I've adopted over 40 dogs. It's a great way to learn so much.”

All Puppy Bowl participants are rescue dogs, and Schachner brought several pups to the We weekly studio while previewing the game, even mentioning that Mr. Miraculous “did a fantastic job” with Team Fluff. (In addition to Mr. Miraculous, Schachner introduced us to five other puppies—Anelle, Vivi, Adiri, Yan, and Omy—all of whom are available for adoption through New York City's The Sato Project.)

“He's more wonderful at knowing when dinner time is than anything else,” Schachner joked about Mr. Miraculous. 'He knows exactly what time the dinner bell rings, but he can sit comfortably [and] mate [commands].”

Besides Mr. Miraculously, several Puppy Bowl puppies have been named after athletes competing in the 2024 Super Bowl. (The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers will play in Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday.)

“Watch out for Bark Purdy because he has a human namesake, but I feel like this guy is a little more athletic and definitely cuter,” Schachner said, referring to the 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy. “No offense to anyone else, you're cute too. I would [also] watch out for Snack Prescott. I'd be looking out for Jared Wolf. I would look out for Patrick Mabones.'

The Puppy Bowl will also feature the largest dog yet: a 72-pound Great Dane named Levi.

“Since it's Puppy Bowl XX, we have our largest dog ever, Levi the Great Dane, who weighs 70 pounds and is only three months old,” Schachner said. “I mean, he's like three times [of Mr. Miraculous] and our smallest dog ever, Sweet Pea, [who] weighs 1.7 pounds and fits in the palm of your hand.

Puppy Bowl 2024 airs on Animal Planet on Sunday, February 11 at 2pm ET. The TV special will be simulcast on Discovery, Discovery+, Max, TBS and TruTV.

UNAMED HORSE (2017)

One of Katie’s horses was tragically struck and killed by a car on the A24 in November 2017, after escaping from its field.

She shared a photo of the car with its smashed up windscreen to her Instagram, writing: ‘Last night our friends horses including one of ours escaped from their field and ran onto the Road we are devastated.

‘We are extremely upset to find out one of our horses was killed last night being hit by a car… 

‘Thank god the driver of this car was very lucky and escaped and wish him well, police were amazing and so was the local community and thank them all!

‘Our friends other 4 horses thank god are alive with a couple of them injured and are still being treated by the vet and will be ok!’

DOBBY AND HAGRID (2017)

Katie owned two Sphynx cats named Dobby and Hagrid after the characters from Harry Potter.

However, in December 2017 she said she was selling them for £1,300 each because her dogs didn’t get on with them.

Yet, she continued to post photos of the cats on Instagram until 2021, so it is unclear whether she sold them.

QUEENIE (2018)

Katie was left ‘devastated’ after her German Shepherd, Queenie, was killed in a hit and run accident.

The dog was gifted to her on her 36th birthday by her now ex-husband Kieran Hayler.

In a since deleted Instagram post, Katie said Queenie was hit by a ‘heartless’ delivery driver who left the dog to die.

She wrote: ‘I’m absolutely devastated heartbroken my faithful loving family dogs life Queenie has been shortlived as she was killed by a heartless delivery driver who ran into our dog seeing her struggle and drove off without telling and left her to die.

‘Very disappointed a human being can be this heartless! Security cameras show this and we have reported to police! DEVASTATED is a understatement.’

MARVIN (2018)

Katie has owned a string of different animals, and even had a pet chameleon named Marvin.

However, Marvin died in November 2018 with Katie allegedly claiming the lizard died ‘of a broken heart’ after her son Junior moved in with his dad Peter Andre.

A source close to the star told The Sun: ‘Marvin didn’t go with Junior when he moved in with his dad over the summer. And now Katie thinks that the reptile has died of a broken heart.’

But the insider added: ‘However, with all of her money troubles Katie has been unable to heat her mansion, and chameleons needs to be warm at all times.”;

They also revealed she had wanted to keep the children’s pets at her house, as she hoped it would mean the kids would visit her more. 

They said: ‘Katie is blaming Peter for Marvin’s death as she claims that he wouldn’t take Junior and Princess’ pets when they moved in with him.

‘But Katie didn’t want him to take them as she thought the children would visit her more if the pets stayed with her.

‘The whole family has been left devastated by Marvin’s death, but especially Junior – he is heartbroken.’

While a source close to Peter said: ‘He was never asked to look after it. It’s outrageous that she’s blaming him.’

PEGGY (2019)

Katie sparked backlash from fans in February 2019, after gifting her daughter Princess with a pet hedgehog.

Fans slammed Katie for bringing the spiky mammal, named Peggy, into her home with her dogs, saying Peggy would be ‘terrified’.

In October of that year, Katie then lost Peggy for two weeks in her ‘Mucky Mansion’.

In a YouTube tour of her home, she admitted the hedgehog had gone missing somewhere in the house.

A source later revealed that she had since found Peggy again, saying: ‘Peggy is back – Katie always knew she’d find her again.’

BEAR (2019)

Katie bought another Alsatian named Bear in November 2018 for £1,000, who is the half-sister of Sparkle.

However, she gave away the dog only six months later in April 2019 after he had three near death experiences in a matter of weeks.

Both Bear and Sparkle kept escaping from her house and were nearly run over several times.

In February 2019, Bear ran onto a busy dual carriageway but was luckily saved by a passerby who took him to a vet.

The following month, he escaped again and was rescued by a passing police officer near the A24.

Katie eventually rehomed Bear in April, with a source telling The Sun: ‘Bear kept getting out on the main road and Katie doesn’t want to risk him getting hurt or worse.

‘A breeder is going to have him neutered and find him a permanent loving home, and Katie will still have plenty of pets around to keep her company.’

SPARKLE (2020)

Katie’s third Alsatian, Sparkle, tragically passed away in a very similar way to her late German shepherd Queenie.

The dog allegedly escaped from the star’s home and was hit by a car on the A24, near her ‘Mucky Mansion’, the same road that Bear was nearly run over on.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Katie said: ‘Hey guys, really f***ed off this morning. I’ve just woken up to realise that one of my dogs has been killed on the road. 

‘I’ve just checked with the neighbours and everything seems to be how it was when they left the dogs so I don’t know how they escaped but yeah, one of my Alsatians has been hit and killed.

‘I was away last night with my PA and I left my neighbours to feed the dogs because that’s what they do when I’m not there.

She added: ‘Obviously something has happened in the night.’

ROLO (2020)

Katie’s pet dog Rolo suffocated at her home after apparently getting trapped in an electric armchair. 

Despite receiving CPR, the French bulldog – a gift for daughter Princess’s 13th birthday – could not be saved. 

Katie told YouTube followers: ‘There was nothing they could do, but they did say he wouldn’t have died in pain, it was quick.’ 

The dog had only been with the family for a few weeks before its tragic death leading to anger from the public towards Katie and the breeders who sold her the puppy.

The breeders took to their Instagram to defend themselves, saying they had done ‘everything we possibly could’ to ensure Rolo went to a good home, including background checks and a home visit. 

They wrote: ‘Rolo’s death was a tragic accident that had nothing at all to do with his health or @jrcbullies’.

Katie commented on the post, saying: ‘It’s nobody’s fault and something that happened tragically we are all devastated about so instead of pointing fingers think of how we are all feeling so respect us all.’

However, she later revealed she was illegally advised to give Rolo cannabis oil, after she was gifted the substance in a ‘puppy hamper’ from the dog’s breeders.

Rolo fell asleep under an electric chair after having the non-psychoactive cannabis derivative and later ‘suffocated’ after the family’s nanny sat on the chair.

Katie told the Mirror that a vet told her giving the puppy CBD oil may have encouraged him to seek out a cosy place to sleep, such as the chair.

A spokeswoman for Katie said: ‘Katie was told the oil was for dogs and safe. It was endorsed by the breeder. Katie will join forces with Peta and any other groups that need her to speak out.’

A source close to her added: ‘As awful as it sounds, this will bring some comfort to Katie in understanding why Rolo crawled into the space.

‘She feels let down too by a system that allows CBD oil to be marketed for pets despite it being illegal. Katie had backlash, hate mail, death threats and trolling over Rolo’s tragic passing. As a family, they continue to mourn.’

PRECIOUS (2021)

Katie gave the family’s French Bulldog to a builder working on her Channel 4 show Mucky Mansion little more than a year after getting her.

The dog was a gift from her on-off fiancé Carl Woods, to celebrate their six month anniversary.

‘She’s a French bulldog called Precious – [my daughter] Princess came up with the name,’ Katie told The Sun.

‘It’s my six-month anniversary present from Carl. We might not have a baby, but this is our new baby together.’ 

CAPTAIN, BUDDY, COLIN AND BATMAN (2022)

Katie currently has four Chihuahuas named Captain, Buddy, Colin and Batman.

However in January 2022, fans feared for Buddy after she took him horse riding, by stuffing him down her jacket.

That same year, she was left ‘devastated’ and ‘in bits’ after losing Captain while on holiday in Dorset with Carl.

A source told The Sun: ‘Katie was in bits. She thought Captain would be fine off his lead as they were staying on a friend’s private property which was very secure but he managed to run off’. 

They went on to tell the publication: ‘Katie was devastated thinking she has lost him for good, or that he might get run over.’

After eight hours of searching she then received a phone call to say Captain had been found after being taken to a local vet, where they were able to identify him via his microchip. 

SHARON (2022) 

In November 2022, Katie’s beloved dog Sharon was killed when she allegedly escaped and ran onto the road where she was hit by a car.

The Pomeranian was picked up off the A24 by the driver of the vehicle and taken to to Arun Vets in Pulborough, West Sussex, where her death was confirmed. 

A source close to Katie told The Sun that the tragic even was ‘rotten luck’ and claimed that Katie was ‘in bits’. 

BLADE (2023)

Last June, Katie confirmed the death of her protection dog Blade, who was also struck by a car near her West Sussex property.

Taking to Instagram. she wrote: ‘Words can’t express the lost of my best friend my protector my absolutely everything who had sadly passed away today. I have no words to say how I’m feeling but numb and shocked rip Blade.’ 

She revealed that the RSPCA had visited her house after Blade’s death, but then claimed that someone had deliberately killed him.

Katie said: ‘Update – RSPCA have been up to my house not having any concerns about my animals and never had.

‘We are trying to put together how Blade has been killed and his last steps as this is a deliberate target to kill him.’

TANK (2024)

Katie bought German Shepherd Tank in July of last year, a month after Blade’s death.

However, in August she was accused of hitting the puppy in a TikTok live as he sat on her clothes.

She could be heard yelling: ‘Get off! You’re sitting on my jumpers, my love jumpers that I love. Get off. Jesus Christ… Anyway, as I was saying…’

As Tank moved out of shot, Katie could be seen raising her hand to the animal, with users claiming they heard a ‘loud smack’. 

Then last month, she gave Tank away, reportedly because he no longer ‘looks cute on Instagram’.

The Sun reports that the mother-of-five got rid of the dog after ‘losing interest’ in him because she needed to ‘train’ him.

A mischievous dog destroyed his owner's sofa with muddy paws as they enjoyed a night out.

Hayley Richey, from South Brighton, Adelaide, returned from an overnight trip to be welcomed home with a mud disaster by her crafty dog ​​Remi.

The nine-month-old Golden Retriever was left alone with a sitter and decided to give Hayley a welcome gift.

It turns out the pet sitter accidentally forgot to lock the door, allowing Remi to rearrange the furniture with her muddy paws.

Despite the mess, Hayley remained calm and responded with “genuine laughter.”

Hayley said: 'I was away for the night so my puppy had a sitter, the door was accidentally left open and there was an unexpected storm.'

The nine-month-old pup soon discovered that the door was unlocked and went straight to the cream-colored couch.

But Remi was seemingly oblivious to the mud that coated his paws and ended up on the furniture.

First, the Golden Retriever left mudslides all over the wooden floor.

But the real disaster was the dirt that spread across the sofa and seemed beyond repair.

Not only was the couch broken, but there were muddy paw prints on the cushions.

There was so much mud all over the sofa that Hayley herself got muddy after briefly touching it.

Remi's cuddly toy was also smeared with mud and left on the dirty couch.

But nine-month-old Remi seemed completely unaware of her creation.

Then Remi went to the bedroom and spread her paws over the bed and made even more of a mess.

Completely oblivious to the damage she had just caused, the puppy lay down on Hayley's bed.

In one photo, Hayley cupped Remi's face in her hand, and she looked very pleased with herself.

Fortunately, Hayley saw light in the messy situation.

The owner took a relaxed approach and chuckled at Remi's attempt to decorate the furniture with mud.

But while Remi had fun, Hayley acknowledged that it came at her expense.

Nevertheless, she concluded that you can't blame a dog for creating a mess because that's in his nature.

She said: 'My reaction was genuine laughter at the thought of how much fun she was having at my expense.'

The owner concluded: 'Dogs will be dogs and she really seized this opportunity.'

Kevin Costner starts the new month with a new addition to his family.

The Yellowstone star, 69, revealed via Instagram on Thursday, February 1, that his new housemate is a puppy, and that he is very happy with his canine friend.

“Newest addition to the family,” Costner captioned a series of photos with his dog. “I am already in love with this special man.”

In one photo, the pup runs outside as Costner leans on his truck, and in another, the two-time Oscar winner cuddles the dog. Costner also captured his puppy in a solo shot.

The good news comes four months after Costner and his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner finalized their divorce in September 2023 after almost 19 years of marriage.

After dating for four years, the duo married in September 2004 at Costner's ranch in Aspen, Colorado. Baumgartner, 49, filed for divorce in May 2023, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The former couple have three children: sons Cayden, 16, and Hayes, 14, and daughter Grace, 13.

Costner was previously married to Cindy Silva from 1978 to 1994. They share three children: daughters Annie, 39, and Lily, 37, and son Joe, 36. He also has son Liam, 26, with his former partner Bridget Rooney.

Baumgartner has since moved on to become a financier Josh Connor, who was previously her and Costner's neighbor. She was spotted with Connor last summer before finalizing her divorce, but an insider spilled the beans Us last month that Baumgartner insists the couple's relationship only became romantic “relatively recently.”

Costner was coy when asked about their romance.

“I don't have a neighbor,” he told a photographer on Jan. 25 when asked if he had any thoughts about Baumgartner dating his “neighbor,” according to footage obtained by Entertainment tonight. When the paparazzo tried to rephrase the question, Costner declined to comment further.

Last month, an insider spoke exclusively Us that Costner suspected there were sparks between his ex-wife and Connor before they went public with their romance.

“Kevin had strong suspicions that something was going on between Christine and Josh,” the insider said Us. 'Their close [bond] was a real elephant in the room.”

As for Costner, a second source said Us in December 2023 that he was quietly dating singer Jewel for some time after forming a friendship. “Kevin and Jewel had an extremely high opinion of each other and always got along well,” says the insider. “They check a lot of boxes for each other.”

The couple was recently spotted together on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands. The source added that the pair bonded over their shared love of music before “organically” taking things to the next level – but that they aren't putting any “pressure or expectations” on the relationship.

“He really loves him [band, Modern West], and sings, and she's very much a part of that country-and-western world,” the source explained. “Some of their mutual friends joke that it's surprising they didn't get together years ago.”

Annie Kilner showed off her tattoo tribute to her cheating husband Kyle Walker as she stepped out with her new puppy on Tuesday. 

The WAG, who is thought to be six months pregnant with her fourth child, was spotted with the new cockapoodle after splitting from the Manchester City star earlier this month.

Annie also showed off a K tattoo tribute on her ring finger, having previously sported the ink in snaps taken back in March 2023. 

Revelations that Kyle fathered a second child with influencer Lauryn Goodman, 32, a daughter who was born five months ago, comes as the latest blow to his marriage which has been marred by cheating allegations. 

Bundling up against the freezing weather, Annie sported a cropped black padded jacket and leggings as she carried the dog to her car.

Annie and Kyle were together for 13 years and share three children, Roman, Riaan, seven and Reign, five, with Kyle also unmasked as the father of Lauryn’s first child, Kairo, three, in April 2020. 

Kyle said to be ‘doing all he can to avoid a very expensive divorce’ from his pregnant wife Annie after she ended their marriage.

The footballer shared pictures of himself brandishing his wedding ring on social media on Monday after he attended The Best FIFA Football Awards – and in doing so, he made a very public statement that he still considers himself a married man. 

Despite his efforts, friends of the Manchester City star are convinced his two-year marriage to Annie, 30, is ‘irreparable’ after she discovered he has fathered two children with mummy blogger Lauryn.

And while Kyle and Annie are both thrilled about becoming parents again – she is said to be expecting his fourth child, friends say they are expecting an ‘expensive divorce’ for the England star. 

One friend told MailOnline: ‘There is no question now that Annie is going to start asserting herself after what Kyle has done to her.

‘She has put up with it all for a long time now but now appears that it is her turn to start calling the shots.

‘It is impossible to see any way back now, the only way forward seems to be a divorce, a very expensive one. You wouldn’t be surprised to see her take him to the cleaners.

‘It is terrifying to think how much it could cost him but it’s a mess and it seems this is the only way forward now.’ 

Kyle currently earns £180,000 per week playing for Manchester City but also has lucrative deals as the face of brands such as Puma and boohooMan.

It has also been reported he is worth as much as £30 million.

Yet those close to Kyle say ‘there is no way back’ for him and Annie – with whom he has enjoyed a 13 year relationship.

MailOnline revealed last week Annie is pregnant and on Sunday her bump could be seen as she met with her estranged husband in a Cheshire car park to hand over the couple’s eldest son Roman, 11.

On Monday night, the footballer took Roman to The Best FIFA Football Awards in London where father and son were dressed identically.

His wedding ring was on full display, no doubt making a statement about his commitment to his marriage. 

Kyle was named in the FIFA Men’s World 11 alongside his Manchester City teammates Erling Haaland, Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne.

The England star put on a brave face despite moving out of the £2.4 million family home in Cheshire and into a nearby home.

Last week, Walker publicly apologised to Annie for his infidelity.

In a statement, he wrote: Annie is an amazing woman and I can only apologise for the upset I’ve caused her.

‘She’s been part of my life for so long and that will never change for the sake of our children.

‘I would ask for privacy for all of our family, and especially our young children, whilst we work through these difficult times.’

His words came after Annie announced the split last Wednesday.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘I am posting this in response to growing recent media enquiries about my marriage to Kyle and in an effort to protect my family against the intensity of the media spotlight.

‘Sadly, after many years of marriage and three wonderful children together, I have decided to take some time away from Kyle.

‘I do not wish to comment on the position any further. For now, I ask that the privacy of myself and our 3 young children is respected during this difficult time.’

Meanwhile, Lauryn, who accused Kyle of living a ‘double life’ told how she spoke to Annie via FaceTime before going public about Kyle fathering her daughter.

She has since lashed out at the decorated footballer in a tell-all interview with The Sun.

She told the publication: ‘I told Annie that I would keep it quiet but now that is impossible after what they have done so I have to speak out.

‘In his statement he said ‘our’ children, not all of ‘my’ children. They put this out there. Kyle had a chance here to include all of his children and didn’t.

‘He isn’t thinking about his kids, he’s thinking about himself.’

She added: ‘I don’t blame myself for their breaking up — other women have reached out to me saying they’ve been with Kyle too.’

It was previously reported that Annie is six months pregnant with her fourth child.

A source told The Sun: ‘Annie is six months pregnant with their fourth child. It should be a time of great joy and excitement’.

‘Instead, she’s struggling greatly with the fall-out from his latest sex scandal.

‘She’s understandably fragile but doing everything to protect her children and prepare for the arrival of their fourth.

The source also claimed that Kyle was trying his best to limit the damage to his family following the scandal however it was ‘a little bit too late’.
