Shoppers are going crazy about the new Tango and Vimto flavors hitting shelves soon
TWO iconic British soft drinks will launch new flavors that will leave fans ecstatic.
Tango and Vimto fans will be able to try the four new flavors, according to reports online.
Tango will release Raspberry Blast and Cherry Blast flavors, the two flavors in the Ice Blast slushy.
The announcements were made in a TikTok post by foodie newfoodspotteruk and on Facebook in a budget group.
Vimto Discovery Zero will also release new flavors with passion fruit and lychee and mango and dragon fruit flavors.
Fans of the new flavors were ecstatic and wanted to try the new drinks.
One said: “WHEN IS THE TANGO ICEBLAST COMING OUTTTTTT.”
Another said: “The Vimto ones actually sound nice.”
A third said: “I want to buy some of this new vimto.”
At Tesco, a one liter Vimto currently sells for £2, while a 500ml Tango Orange drink sells for £1.55.
Vimto was founded in Manchester in 1908 after its owner saw a business opportunity in the temperance movement.
In 2023, the brand launched an energy drink and the brand has become a hit with British Muslims.
Tango changed the recipe in 2019 and launched a sugar-free version of the new flavor.
Fans can also get an alcoholic Tango Ice Blast cocktail, but this is only available in one UK bar.
Meanwhile, Marks and Spencer has launched its own soft drink brand with retro styling on the can and retro flavors such as cream soda.
Costa has also launched a winter menu of food and drinks, including a thick milkshake, but heated up.
They are available in three different flavors: white chocolate and strawberry, salted caramel coffee and chocolate hazel.
Vimto and Tango have been contacted for a release date.
