Tesco shoppers rush to buy £8 duvet set to avoid leaving the heating on

TESCO shoppers are rushing to get their hands on an £8 duvet set that will keep them warm on chilly nights.

The supermarket giant has reduced the prices of Silent Night duvet covers.

The warm covers originally cost £32, but are now being sold for a bargain price of just £8.

One lucky shopper snagged the deal today and rushed to social media to brag about his purchase.

Along with a photo of the King set, they wrote: “Just bought this king size duvet set for my local Tesco Extra, for just £8 it was £32.”

And it's not the first time people have panicked over winter essentials in recent weeks – with a £6.99 Aldi purchase that feels like a warm hug also proving to be a hit.

Delighted shopper called Kat Pearson raved about the 'body wrap hot water bottle', writing: 'I bought my teenage daughter one of these hot water bottles you wear (Koala) on TikTok and saw tonight that Aldi now has them in too for £ 6.99, so I bought one for myself.”

The winter warmer can hold up to one liter of water and is ideal for anyone who wants to stay warm for less this winter.

The online product description reads: “Back warmer with adjustable waist turn-over, with pocket for hands.

Meanwhile, a fashion fanatic has said she has found the world's most comfortable pajamas from Tesco.

In a clip shared on TikTok (@glowybychloe), you could see a fashion fan named Chloe in pink striped pajamas.

And she did indeed give them plenty of praise – with the size 16 fashionista declaring them her 'most favorite pajamas in the world'.
