The reality star is due to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on August 3. the Announce sun reported.
Maguire, 37, was reportedly involved in an altercation in March involving a drink being thrown over a customer at The Osborne Rooftop and Bar in Melbourne’s South Yarra.

Anna McEvoy, a former Love Island contestant, said further her podcast Where’s Your Head At? that she witnessed the aftermath of the alleged altercation.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Maguire for comment.
