This is the moment a young Spurs mascot was seen excitedly preparing for a football match as he did a host of exercises – and melted hearts in the process.
In a video posted by Sky Sports on X The unnamed youngster, formerly known as Twitter, can be seen leading a group of mascots into the football tunnel of the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in north London.
The adorable boy was a giant ball of energy as he passionately completed a series of jumping jacks, push-ups and quad stretches – without any rest in between.
Even more ticklish were his facial expressions, which showed he was taking the game as seriously as perhaps any other Premier League footballer.
The clip was an instant success, with viewers quickly taking to the comments to call him the next ‘Harry Kane’ and a ‘future star’.

Speaking about the hilarious clip, a Sky Sports presenter described the moment as one adults can learn from: ‘A motto to live by. Failure to prepare, prepare to fail.
‘This man is ready for kick-off at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. He’s warmed up, primed and ready to go, as are both sets of players.
Clearly surprised by the boy, she commented: “He’s just beautiful,” while her co-host cheekily took a swipe at Tottenham, saying: “They’ve got so many injuries they might need him.”
She continued, “But we’ll show you the game itself soon when it starts.”
At this point you can see the boy ruthlessly going about his personal warm-up, leaving both hosts in absolute stitches.
“You know what, he won’t have any problems with his quads for this game,” she concluded.
The short clip begins in Tottenham Hotspur’s pre-game tunnel, with a line of young mascots eagerly awaiting their signal to take to the pitch.
You see the group of boys and girls pacing back and forth, perhaps both excited and nervous during the exciting moment – well, all except two.

At the front of the line, the camera shows two mascots doing cardiovascular warm-ups as they prepare for the competition.
However, one of the boys takes it a step further by jumping into a series of jumping jacks, before quickly hitting the ground to complete a series of push-ups.
He shows no sign of fatigue, then jumps up and pulls his left foot behind him to complete a quad stretch. After a few seconds he switches legs and pulls his right leg behind him.
This is followed by another round of jumping jacks, as well as another set of quad stretches, but this time with a more pronounced facial expression.

The little boy scrunches his face and purses his lips as he concentrates on his practice set, before pulling up his socks – perhaps a signal that he’s not quite done yet.
The video has since racked up 2.8 million views and nearly 8,000 reposts.
Many marveled at the boy’s antics, including one person calling him the “future Harry Kane.”
Another person agreed: “A future star there.”
A ‘superhero’, that’s what one viewer called him: ‘Sounds like they could use a superhero! Ready for the showdown!’
“Wow, what a smart and energetic boy,” said another.
