The 'ultimate luxury cruise': Voyage costs £239,999 revealed, but comes with a few extras… including a suite with a Steinway and breathtaking destinations from Japan to Alaska

From cherry blossoms in Japan to glaciers in Alaska and Norwegian fjords, a new 105-day 'Ultimate Luxury Cruise' looks to have it all – but start saving now, because it will cost you a whopping £239,999 ($304,000) per person.

To do this, travel in top suites on some of the best cruise lines in the world – and be pampered on classic train journeys Rocky Mountaineer and the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.

The odyssey begins in style on April 12, 2025, with a first-class flight to Tokyo for a 12-day voyage on Regent's Seven Seas Explorer. Besides enjoying the colorful flowering trees, visit temples in Kyoto and take a somber history lesson in Nagasaki.

Expect total comfort on board – the two-bedroom Regent Suite spans over 4,000 square feet and features original Picassos, a Steinway piano and a private spa retreat with an outdoor hot tub.

Back in Tokyo, board Seabourn Quest on April 27 to explore more of Japan's treasures, including the snow monkeys at Hakodate's hot springs, before traveling to Alaska to cruise spectacular Glacier Bay. Excursions offer the chance to spot bears, moose, eagles and whales. Accommodation is in the Grand Wintergarden Suite with spacious terraces and a glass-enclosed solarium.

From Vancouver on May 16, it's time to join the Rocky Mountaineer with a few nights at Fairmont hotels in western Canada before flying to New York to join Silversea's Silver Dawn.

On May 28, you will move into the owner's suite and sail across the Atlantic Ocean via Boston to Southampton.

On June 14, he returns to Seabourn, occupying the owner's suite on Seabourn Sojourn during a tour from Dover to the Norwegian fjords, crossing the Arctic Circle to see the North Cape point of mainland Europe.

After a flight to Paris, a large suite on the Orient Express awaits you to take you to Venice, where you will board Silversea's Silver Spirit on July 2 for a tour of the Croatian islands.

Finally, the small sailing ship Le Ponant, with room for 32 passengers, will take you from island to island through Greece and Montenegro, disembarking in Dubrovnik on July 26, 2025 for a flight back to London.

By then, you might consider that six-figure price tag a bargain, as it includes not only all the cruises and trains, but also business and first-class flights and five-star hotels.

Edwina Lonsdale, director of luxury travel agency Mundy Cruisingwho put together the package, said: 'We wanted to create a cruise that allows people to visit some of the best places on earth on some of the very best ships and in the absolute best suites available.

'Based on the enthusiastic response we have had from our customers in the past to bespoke packages at high prices, we are confident that we will have a number of interested parties – even at almost £240,000 per person – with the opportunity to further tailor the program along the way.'
