A TikTok star said he had the “worst British Airways flight in history” after sitting in first class next to a child who he said kicked his seat for 10 hours.

Jack Remmington, 29, from Lincolnshire, boarded a flight from London to Orlando, Florida earlier this year – after saving a 'fortune' in travel points.

However, the social media star – who appeared on The X Factor series in 2017 and has more than 200,000 TikTok followers – says their experience was ruined by a young child who kept putting his feet on the plastic divider between their seats.

Additionally, Jack also claims his private capsule was “filthy” and described the flight as 10 hours from “hell.”

Earlier this month, Jack shared his bad experiences with the airline with his 82,000 X followers.

Furious, he said: 'The worst flight in British Airways history.

'I saved a fortune in Avios and spent a lot on this ticket and it was a NIGHTMARE.'

The social media star claims a child sitting next to him kept kicking his seat throughout the journey.

He then posted a photo of the child resting his feet on the clear plastic divider between the seats.

He also shared a video of rubbish littering the grooves around his private first class pod, where tickets can cost thousands of euros.

Jack added: “The chair was filthy.

'I'm not an online complainer, but what on earth are we paying for British Airways?'

Jack's post infuriated his followers, with several people around him agreeing that the conditions were unacceptable.

One raged: 'What the hell are they doing?! Disgusting!'

“Seeing this makes me sick,” another added. 'Frantic for you!!'

Meanwhile, a third said: 'Why does this look like a scene from a horror movie?'

However, others said Jack's problem lay with the child's parents and not British Airways.

One critic said: 'How is that a BA problem? Does the child work for BA?'

Another asked: 'Didn't you say anything? [to the parents] on the run?

As followers expressed their disgust at the videos, Jack added: 'It was 10 hours of that hell.

“I just wanted to chill for ten hours, I didn't know that would be too big of an ask.”

A spokesperson for British Airways said: 'We are sorry about our customer's experience and we are being in touch to resolve the matter.'
