Trad-wife ‘influencer’ sparks backlash with stinging advice to feminists, minorities and LBGTQ groups

A white “trad-wife” influencer who was already under fire for using the “n-word” in a relationship video has sparked new criticism for targeting feminists, minorities and LGBTQ groups.

TikToker Lilly Gaddis claimed that minority groups should be “grateful” to live in America and stop playing the “victim card” in a video posted to her now-deleted account.

“One thing that is absolutely inexcusable is people playing the victim card while living in America,” she said in her video rant, shared with X on Monday.

“B***h, you live in the freest and safest country in the world and you have the nerve to play the victim card?”

She then turned her attention to minority groups, claiming that their lives are better because they live in the US.

“Do you realize there are slave traders in Africa?” she said, wearing a blue Maui tank top with her hair pulled back.

“Look, look up that video of all those African slaves at auction. That’s happening right now! And you have the nerve to complain about racism in America.”

At that point, Gaddis turned her anger on feminists, telling them, “Women are being stoned in the Middle East because they have been raped.”

“And you have the audacity to play your victim card and act like a victim in this country, and you’re so bad about this country?

‘I have news for you, stupid, something has happened to everyone. Everyone has had a hard time in life, you are not unique, okay?

“You are not unique because you are a minority, or because you are part of the rainbow community, or because you are a woman,” Gaddis said, apparently referring to the LGBTQ community.

“We’re all lucky to be born in this country where you can’t just be trafficked as soon as you walk out of your house, or beheaded if you’re raped,” she said, before correcting herself. “I mean stone to death.”

“Just like maybe being grateful that you live in a country instead of some ungrateful, stupid, delusional prick,” she closed the video.

Gaddis already faced backlash for using the ‘n-word’ while ranting about gold diggers

It’s unclear when she posted the video rant as her TikTok page is temporarily suspended, but it was shared with X on Monday as Gaddis faced backlash for another video in which she used the “n-word” while talked about relationships.

Gaddis put on a floral apron and sprinkled garlic powder, pepper and olive oil into a bowl and made references to “stupid wh***s” and “immigrants just off the boat looking for a green card” as he talked about gold diggers.

More than 400 people posted their reactions to the video, with some expressing outrage while others were confused.

Another contacted her employer directly, Rophe of the Carolinas, a home care company for the elderly and disabled in Wilmington. North Carolina.

“I find it absolutely disgusting that you all associate such a dirty, racist and disrespectful person with your company,” the X user wrote. “She’s disgusting!”

The company has since confirmed that Gaddis has been fired from her position as marketing and sales manager.

In a statement on Tuesday, executives at the home care agency noted that Gaddis had recently been hired by the company and emphasized that her “inflammatory comments… do not align with our company’s values ​​and beliefs.”

“We want to make it clear that these sentiments are not representative of our organization, and we do not tolerate or support such behavior.”

Noting that the company is owned and operated by an African American woman and an immigrant, they wrote that they are committed to “promoting a diverse, inclusive and respectful work environment in which all individuals are valued and respected.”

“We understand the importance of upholding our principles of equality and understanding, and we will continue to strive to create a culture of respect within our organization,” the statement concluded.

“We appreciate the trust and support of our community, and we are committed to regaining the trust that may have been damaged by this unfortunate incident.”

But so far, Gaddis has only doubled down on her beliefs.

On Tuesday, she thanked the Black community for “helping launch my new career in conservative media.”

As the backlash spread, she released another video on X in which she acknowledged to her thousands of followers that the video “seems to have upset members of a certain community.”

But, she said, she did a “deep dive and some soul searching and in the end I still couldn’t find care.”

She then thanked the black community on Tuesday “for helping launch my new career in conservative media.”

“You all played your roles well, like the puppets you are.”
