Inside the shocking undercover ‘bachelor party sting operation’ in Texas that saw female cops forced to buy sex toys, give lap dances and dress as prostitutes to ‘make the other hookers feel comfortable’

A group of female officers inside Texas WHO accused their male colleagues of organizing prostitution stings for bachelor parties as an excuse to get drunk and sexually assault them, a $1.5 million settlement has been imposed.

Harris County agreed to pay officers Liz Gomez, Marissa Sanchez, Felecia McKinney, Jasmine Huff and whistleblower Jacquelyn Alutto the amount Tuesday.

The deputies alleged they were abused and harassed when the undercover operation, set up by Chief Deputy Chris Gore, turned into a drunken “playground for sexual exploitation.”

The women were forced to give lap dances by Gore, who also told them to buy “slutty” clothes and sex toys from him, funded with taxpayer money, the filings show.

One of the most disturbing accusations was that McKinney was the “sacrificial lamb.” was ordered to be raped to secure a bust in a massage parlor.

‘It’s been a long road. My clients are happy to have this in the rearview mirror. It was an honor to represent such wonderful people,” said Cordt Akers, an attorney for the women Click on 2 Houston.

The “bachelor party” undercover operations, authorized by Officer Alan Rosen, were intended to ultimately arrest those behind sex trafficking.

However, the lawsuit said those operations evolved more into parties where officers drank heavily and the female deputies, who received little to no training in undercover work, were fondled and kissed by their supervisor.

The women confided in anti-trafficking attorney Alutto, who worked with police in the human trafficking unit, and she complained about the behavior, the lawsuit said.

Afterwards, she claimed she was then pushed out of her role for speaking out. All the women also said they faced some form of retaliation.

According to court records obtained by DailyMail.com, McKinney was sent to a massage parlor in August 2019 during an undercover vice squad-style operation where she was raped by a known sex offender.

The suspect had previously sexually assaulted Constable Rosen’s chief of staff, but she was told to wait until she was attacked before she could signal her colleagues to go in and arrest the suspect, the documents said.

“McKinney was forced to allow this to happen as she was instructed by her superiors,” the lawsuit alleges, even though there was already “sufficient evidence to make an arrest before McKinney was exposed to this trauma.”

According to court documents, Gomez, the lead prosecutor in the federal lawsuit, was handpicked by Gore for undercover operations despite her lack of training.

The deputy claims she was “constantly subjected to sexual harassment, unwarranted touching, unwanted kissing, molestation and sexual ridicule.”

The complaint alleges that Gore instructed Gomez to buy skimpy outfits to wear to the bachelorette parties and send him photos of the clothes while shopping.

“Gore would deliver the message ‘that’s not slutty enough’ while Gomez was trying on clothes in the store, and was instructed to buy something provocative,” the lawsuit alleges.

Gore also allegedly took Gomez to an adult store to purchase sex toys as props with county money.

The complaint alleges that during the stings, female deputies like Gomez were instructed to have Gore lie on top of them and fondle their breasts and bodies to “maintain cover.”

“However, they were never warned that during this behavior, Chief Gore would be wearing only boxer shorts, fully aroused, drunk, kissing and licking their bodies, and dizzy after each thrust,” the lawsuit said.

Gomez claimed that after requesting to be removed from the case, she was “belittled” for “not having what it takes” before being replaced by Sanchez.

In addition to Gore, Deputy Lt. Shane Rigdon was also accused of sexual misconduct by Huff, who claimed he exposed and groped her during one of the stings.

Rosen was initially included in the complaint before a judge ruled that he could not be held responsible for his subordinate’s actions.

Officers are elected in Texas, and constables and their deputies have the same powers as a city police officer or sheriff’s deputy. They can investigate, arrest and use force if they suspect criminal activity.

In a statement when the lawsuit was filed in 2021, Rosen said an internal affairs investigation by his office found no violations of law or policy and that the women never filed a formal complaint.

DailyMail.com has contacted the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and Gore and Rigdon for comment.
