Where do the Radfords live?

The Radfords, Britain's largest family, call the coastal town of Morecambe in Lancashire home.

They live in a 10-bedroom former care home, which has been renovated to accommodate all the children, plus mum and dad.

It is the house we have been dreaming about for years. It has a nice big garden around it and there is enough land for what we want. It is a house where we can put our stamp on.

The huge property's garden features an outdoor bar and cinema, as well as a £27,000 swimming pool.

Of their 22 children, 19 still live at home with their parents.

Chris, Sophie and Millie have moved away, but they still pop in for local visits, which can be seen in their Channel 5 series, 22 Kids and Counting.

In addition to their home, Noel and Sue have a £30,000 Range Rover car, an £80,000 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid Quarzite and a camper van for sale for £40,000.

Sue and Noel make their money through various ventures, including their bakery and their TV show.

The couple also make a huge amount of money through social media, including YouTube, where they can receive up to £10,000 per sponsored post.

How long did they live there?

The Radfords have lived in their home since 2004.

Although it is now referred to as the “millionaire's house”, due to all the expensive renovations to the house, Sue and Noel only paid £240,000 for the property when they originally bought it.

Despite this, the family started looking for another place to live in 2022, telling fans they were looking for a piece of land to build their dream family home.

Responding to questions in a YouTube video about their living situation at the time, Noel said: “We are doing our best to find a plot so we can build our own house.

“We have found four so far, three of them have been sold and the other one we will know on Monday if it has been sold, so fingers crossed.”

He continued, “We're only going to build this one house, so it has to be good. We want a place where there is enough land for us.

“We want to be about an acre so we can build a big house for all of us, but we also want there to be enough space so the kids can go outside and play.”

Sue added: “It is so difficult to find land that is available and in the right location where you want it.

“We want the children to have their own space, it really needs to be bigger, we have outgrown this house.”

But in June 2023, the family announced that they had found their dream home and made an offer.

Noel explained: “An offer has been accepted on a house. We absolutely love it, it's just so perfect for us.

“It's the house we've been dreaming about for years. It has a… Nice large garden around it and there is enough land for what we want. It is a house where we can put our stamp on.”

Although the family has yet to move into this house, Sue revealed how the big move is going on an episode of 22 Kids and Counting in January 2024.

She revealed that as neither house is big enough for them, they will split the household in two, with the older children staying in the original house.

Sue said this would give her eldest children “more independence”.
