Who is Rohit Godara, the man who claims he killed Rajput Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi?

Rohit Godara: Sukhdev Singh Gogamedithe national president of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena was shot dead by three men at his home in Jaipur on Tuesday. Even before the police and investigative services could come to a substantive conclusion, infamous gangster Lawrence Bishnoi‘s gang member Rohit Godara claimed responsibility for the murder of Sukhdev Singh. Notably, Lawrence Bishnoi is a prime suspect in the murder of the famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala and sending death threats to the actor Salman Khan.

WHO IS ROHIT GODARA?

Rohit Godara, the name that surfaced soon after the daring assassination of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena national president Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, is said to be a notorious criminal hailing from Bikaner, Rajasthan. Rohit Godara is said to be on the run and evading authorities in India. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken steps to arrest him and filed criminal charges against him.

Earlier in the day, Godara shared on social media that he was responsible for Gogamedi’s murder.

Rohit Godara is known for his connections with the underworld and has more than 32 serious cases against him since 2010. He allegedly demanded extortion money ranging from Rs 5 crore to Rs 20 crore from several businessmen in Rajasthan.

Rohit Godara is also accused of orchestrating the murder of a gangster Raju Theth in Sikar last year, a responsibility he proudly announced on Facebook. In his Facebook post, Godara stated that the retaliation was in response to the deaths of gangsters Anandpal Singh And Balveer Banudaaccording to indiatoday.in.

LAWRENCE BISHNOI, GOLDY BRAR AND ROHIT GODARA

Rohit Godara is said to be working for gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar. He fled from Delhi to Dubai in June 2022 with a fake passport. He is believed to be currently in Canada and a red corner notice has been issued against him.

He is also said to be directly involved in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, who was riddled with bullets in Mansa, Punjab, on May 29, 2022.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is currently in custody in Delhi Tihar Prison.

Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot dead at his residence in Shyam Nagar, Jaipur on Tuesday. According to the reports from the ground, Sukhdev was shot four times after which he was rushed to him Metro Mass Hospital where he was pronounced dead by doctors.
