‘You should be on this side and see what it’s like’: Moment Prince Andrew is filmed in bizarre altercation asking crowd at Sandringham ‘why they have their cameras filming him’

Prince Andrew has been caught asking why fans who stood out in the cold to see the royal family on Christmas Day ‘had their cameras on’.

The disgraced Duke of York was filmed speaking to well-wishers outside St Mary Magdalene Church on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, as members of the royal family attended the traditional celebratory service.

In the clip, shared exclusively with MailOnline, the prince asks a group who made the hour-long journey from Spalding, Lincolnshire: ‘I find this fascinating. Why does everyone have their cameras on?’

When a fan claims that “we’re not the press,” Andrew adds, “It’s not about whether you’re the press or not. It’s just: why make videos.’

They respond that the royal scenes are simply “wonderful” and lovely, prompting Andrew to complain, “You should come stand on this side and see what it’s like.”

He then labels the experience a ‘bizarre thrill’ before fans shout over him to catch the attention of the Duchess of York, who attended the annual service with her ex-husband for the first time in 30 years.

It comes just a day after Andrew was named in US court documents accusing him of taking part in an ‘underage orgy’ on Jeffrey Epstein’s Caribbean island and groping the ‘breasts’ of an alleged sex slave.

The Duke of York is again involved in the sex scandal surrounding his pedophile friend, just over a year after he settled the multi-million dollar lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre in 2022 without admitting wrongdoing.

In addition to accusing him of “acts of sexual abuse,” documents released in New York alleged that Andrew Epstein would make weekly calls and fly to his private Caribbean retreat, nicknamed the “Island of Sin.”

The duke resigned from his post in 2019 due to his ties to convicted pedophile Epstein. In 2022, his mother the Queen stripped him of his royal patronages and military titles before settling the multi-million dollar case with Ms Giuffre.

Yesterday it emerged that one of Epstein’s alleged sex slaves, known only as Jane Doe 3, claimed she was told to have sex with Prince Andrew during an orgy on Epstein’s island, Little Saint James, in the US Virgin Islands.

A 2014 lawsuit alleges that she was “forced to have sexual relations with this prince when she was a minor, in three different geographic locations.”

The newly unsealed documents allege that Epstein told Jane Doe 3 to “give the prince what he demanded.”

Jane Doe 3 claims Ghislaine Maxwell “facilitated Prince Andrew’s sexual assaults by acting as a ‘madame’ to Epstein.”

Virginia Giuffre claims she had sex with Andrew three times in and around 2001, when she was 17 and 18.

For example, the age of consent in the US Virgin Islands is 18, but it is lower in Great Britain, where it is 16. The age of consent in Florida is 18 and 17 in New York.

The legal documents do not say when the orgy allegedly involving Prince Andrew took place.

Virginia Giuffre gave written evidence to a Florida court in 2015, saying: ‘The third time I had sex with Andy was at an orgy on Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands.

‘I was about 18 years old at the time. Epstein, Andy, about eight other young girls, and I had sex together. The other girls all looked and seemed under 18 and didn’t really speak English.’

She added that Epstein, who committed suicide in jail while awaiting trial on further child molestation charges in August 2019, had “laughed about the fact that they couldn’t really communicate and said they are the ‘easiest’ girls to to deal with’.

The Duke of York has repeatedly denied all allegations.

In Sandringham, Andrew and the Duchess walked behind seniors as crowds lined the road outside the church.

King Charles was accompanied by Camilla, the Queen Consort, at the head of the group, with the Waleses walking close behind alongside their three children George, 10, Charlotte, eight, and Louis, five.

It was the second year in a row that Andrew was allowed to attend the family gathering, despite the scandal surrounding him.
