And Just Like That… has come under fire for a scene in which a group of women in their fifties ogle a schoolboy.

Episode three of the Sex And The City reboot showed Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) and Lisa Todd Wexley (Nicole Ari Parker) discussing a “MILF list” made by one of the students at their kids’ school.

Flattered to be second and third on the list, the ladies then went to school to discuss who they thought was behind it all.

While chatting with the fellow college moms, a name is thrown into the mix, Milo H, and one mom quips, “the nerds are always the pervs.”

Charlotte begins to intervene by saying, “Guys, I’m not comfortable with this, we’re talking about a little boy here…” but is cut off when the door of the principal’s office opens, revealing the perpetrator revealed.

At that point, the camera switches to slow motion, with the schoolboy (played by Wes Williams) looking the ladies up and down as he parades past.

As one mother remarks, “Is that Milo H?” another jokes, “H for hot?” while another makes a sexy growling noise.

With all the women open-mouthed, Lisa then jokes, “Why do I feel like Blanche DuBois?” referring to the tragic protagonist in A Streetcar Named Desire being kicked out of her hometown for sleeping with a teenage boy.

The ladies are later reprimanded for their behavior by the school principal, who announces at a meeting that “a group of mothers heard objectifying a male student in the hallway.”

When the episode aired on Twitter, fans were left in shock, tweeting, “I’m watching #AndJustLikeThat, and they just had a group of horny 50 year old moms who were on a MILF list ogle but the teen boy who got the list made, and call him hot?”

‘Me, looking for the grown man to appear behind the teenage boy they’re apparently after…#AndJustLikeThat’; “Yes, for women in their 50s to call a teenage boy “hot” was an exaggeration #AndJustLikeThat, but luckily they’re being called out for it in the same episode’;

“Do you support the attraction of adults to children? He’s a damn kid! These are women with influence, money and power, right? Why do they desire a child? Teenagers are children!’

‘WHO WHO APPROVED THIS SCENE #AndJustLikeThat’; “Um…they just harvested a teenage boy.”

MailOnline has contacted Warner Media for comment.

And Just Like That has proven controversial since the reboot brought back beloved characters Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker); Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte.

The series came under fire last year for struggling to find its place in ‘awake’ times, something the show has been heavily criticized for over the years – due to its largely white cast and claims of gender and racial stereotyping and sex shame.

While fans had hoped for more in season two, the first episodes failed to convince critics, with the show labeled “empty” and “unfunny” in initial reviews.

A saving grace for the show could be the return of Kim Cattrall’s character Samantha Jones.

Kim had declined to appear in the reboot following an explosive feud with star Sarah Jessica Parker, but was convinced to make a cameo this season after negotiations with the head of HBO.

According to Variety, Kim will return for just one “cliffhanger” scene, which she shot in New York City on March 22 without seeing or speaking to her former co-stars. The scene was also shot without AJLT showrunner Michael Patrick King.

In the scene, Samantha, who has moved to London, will have a phone conversation with Carrie.

The New York Post claimed that Kim’s cameo was so secretive that her name wasn’t even on the call sheet for the day, leaving people stunned by her presence.
