Trinh Georg shared her simple anti-aging hack via a video on her TikTok account, where she is known as @trinhgeorg.

The 40-year-old often uses the account to share videos about her natural wrinkle-fighting methods.

Trinh's videos are extremely popular among TikTok users and she has amassed over 270,000 followers on the video sharing platform.

The caption for Trinh's video reads: “Regular forehead exercises and massages can help reduce wrinkles.

“These activities promote blood circulation, strengthen muscles and improve skin elasticity, ultimately reducing the appearance of fine lines.”

Trinh's skin is flawless, not a wrinkle in sight, and she shared the simple exercises she does every night before bed to achieve her perfect skin tone.

She said: “If you have forehead lines and wrinkles, here's everything you need to know to reduce them.”

Trinh's first tip is to control the movement of your forehead.

She said: “The main reason we have lines and wrinkles on our foreheads is because the muscles are shortening.

“So always try to relax your forehead muscles.”

Trinh said using medical tape while sleeping is a good way to minimize the movement of your forehead while you sleep.

The beauty whiz explained that it's also important to strengthen your forehead muscles, and demonstrated a simple exercise to do this.

She rubbed her palms together and then placed a hand over her forehead, before raising her eyebrows without moving her forehead.

Trinh recommended repeating this twenty times.

She said that because we raise our eyebrows many times throughout the day, it is important to strengthen our brow muscles so that we don't have to move our foreheads as often when we raise them.

The skincare professional added that it is important to keep the forehead moisturized to reduce wrinkles.

She recommended using a moisturizer or peptide for this.

Trinh's last tip is to massage your forehead muscles to reduce tension.

She said, “If we have too much tension in the forehead, the muscle also shortens.”

To demonstrate massaging her forehead, Trinh balled her hands into fists and pushed them from her eyebrows to her hairline.

She then placed her fists in the center of her forehead and repeated the movement sideways.

Trinh also suggested using a facial roller to massage, if you have one.

She added that it's also important to massage your skull to prevent it from drooping.

Trinh's video has clearly impressed many as it has been viewed almost 30,000 times.

TikTok users rushed to the video's comments section to share their thoughts on Trinh's facecise routine.

One user said: “You are so honest and consistent, I love your channel.

“I've noticed a lot of improvement, thank you.”

Another user added: “So helpful.”
