Pokémon adds a new super strong 'mon to the game

POKÉMON adds new 'mons' to Scarlet & Violet every now and then, and a new powerful beast is coming for a limited time.

Available as part of seven-star raids, players will need a good strategy if they want to catch one.

Empoleon will be the next target of seven-star attacks and will come with the Ice Tera type.

This Generation 4 starter has an incredible Special Attack stat, meaning it will be difficult to counter.

It also comes with the Competitive option, so the usual stat dropping strategies won't work here.

Although you can drop Empoleon's stats, this will increase its special attack, making it very dangerous.

Empoleon will only be available for a limited time, and players will only have two weekends in which to catch one.

After this, the special Pokémon are gone for good, so make sure you're ready to catch yours as soon as it becomes available.

Empoleon will open the first weekend from Friday February 2, 2024, until Sunday February 4, 2024.

He'll be back next weekend Friday February 9, 2024, until Sunday February 11, 2024.

If you want to catch your own Empoleon, you'll need to prepare a Pokémon to take it out.

This will be a tough fight with Competitive Boosts from Empoleon, and you'll need something properly trained so you can pull it off.
