Dak Prescott’s girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos is pregnant with her first child
The Dallas Cowboys cheer section is about to get a lot more fun at quarterback Dak Prescott and pregnant girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos welcome their first child.
“A little piece of heaven sent to earth 🤍” Ramos, 30, wrote via Instagram share pregnancy photos on Saturday, November 24. “Our blessing beyond measure. I can’t wait to raise a strong, confident, beautiful daughter with you.”
The Cowboys quarterback, 30, was one of the first social media users to respond to Ramos’ upload.
“I can’t explain how grateful I am to be able to do this with you! God makes no mistakes and nothing is coincidental and for that I thank Him daily! ❤️,” Prescott wrote via an Instagram comment. ‘I love you, and you can always count on me ♥️🙏🏽 Let’s do this mom 😍.”
Prescott also reposted Ramos’ pregnancy portrait on his Instagram Story, noting that he is “beyond blessed” to become a father. “Girl daddy is coming,” he added.

“Entering a new decade with so much gratitude,” Ramos wrote via Instagram on November 17. “Blessed and grateful for my family and friends who celebrated with me in my new home ⭐️ I truly have everything I could want and have a feeling this next chapter will be the best yet 🥰🎂💘 #30.”
Prescott replied: “So much love in this post! Welcome to 30 club, my love.

Courtesy of Sarah Jane Ramos/Instagram“It didn’t really hit me until someone texted me and said, ‘Enjoy your last day in your twenties,’ and I think that was more shocking than anything,” Prescott joked during an August interview with WFAA, the Dallas ABC affiliate. “But it was fun and I think I can celebrate it here during training with CD and the boys [wearing] the shirt that says ‘Happy Birthday Dak’, it’s nice. It’s a blessing to be able to do what I love on my birthday, especially now that I’m 30.”
Before Prescott found love with Ramos, he dated Natalie Buffett for almost three years. They broke up in 2022.
Prescott was drafted by the Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft after playing college football at Mississippi State University.
“[Dak’s] all football. He loves everything. The workout,” Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy told CBS Sports after their Nov. 18 game. “If you look at this match, Sundays are really free. What he does Monday through Saturday is so impressive, and it’s important because we’ve made changes from last year. These guys have worked hard to do the things they were asked to do and it’s nice to see it coming together. … He’s definitely playing at a high level.”
