He explained to his viewers that he hoped to build some of these houses on 13 hectares of land he owned, and rent they are paid at $750 to $800 (£588-628) per month.

Graim said his dream was to eventually become one small house community that could provide him with some residual material income monthly.

After searching the internet for the best tiny At home deals, he said he was told to go to Amazon — where he was surprised to find the homes at a bargain price.

And, unlike all the little houses he'd seen elsewhere, these houses supposedly came complete with a bathroom and a kitchen

Graim told his viewers: 'So we checked Amazon and it was literally a better deal all around and we're getting it for… we're getting it in a week.

“This will be delivered literally within a week, someone has to be present to sign.”

Yet Graim's dreams were quickly nipped in the bud after a childbirth problem persisted.

After his TikTok fanbase started commenting on his page asking for updates, he was forced to respond. He said Amazon sent him an email claiming there was a fraudulent purchase on his account.

The TikTok user claimed that Amazon charged his American Express card five times before emailing him to tell him to change his email address and password.

Graim added: “Amazon charged my card five times, refunded it five times and then charged me twice more. So a total of seven costs.

“Now all costs have been refunded, but I'm still not allowed to buy it.

“I tried to buy it twice more in a row, but they won't let me. It just won't happen.”

Graim said his purchase attempts always go to a page that confirms the order and a delivery date, but it never seems to be processed properly.

He said he has now tried to buy it so many times that the online seller suspects fraud and has frozen his account.

He went on to say that he has heard of people buying small houses AliBaba — but said if Amazon can't get its hands on it, he won't trust it Chinese equivalent.

The TikTok entrepreneur has since said that until he figures out how to work around the ordering issues he's currently facing, he's forced to go back to the drawing board.

However, Graim is hardly the first person to turn to the internet in hopes of buying a small house.

For some, the housing crisis has taken the UK by storm Brits are buying tiny houses on eBay for as little as £2,000.

One budget At home made available for just £2,275, around 0.7% of the average price of an apartment in the Britain.

While other smart Brits have started building their own tiny houses.

One woman bought a shed and completely renovated into a super stylish home – complete with wooden floorboards, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
