A man-made private island modeled on Monaco will have a race track, a helipad, swimming pools and a mini submarine.

F1 Fans can experience a real thrill on a famous Grand Prix circuit, where three karts can stand side by side.

The race circuit extends around the entire boat, passing Monaco's famous landmarks.

But that's not the only similarity with the opulent French city.

The floating island will also feature a casino and a replica of the Hotel de Paris, the city's famous landmark.

The hunt extends for 500 feet and functions swimming swimming pools, tennis Courtshelipad, gym and bar.

The signature architecture and Monte Carlo buildings can be seen atop the yacht, creating the illusion of a real city.

The Oasis is yet another centerpiece of the opulent yacht.

This royal area, which serves as the main boarding point for the ship, is inspired by the beautiful gardens of the Monaco Casino.

When entering the yacht, the attention is drawn to a waterfall in the middle of the lounge.

This area of the ship features multi-level, cascading pools and a serene Jacuzzi.

Guests can also enjoy a SPA equipped with a sauna and steam rooms, massage chairs, a swimming pool with bar and a beauty salon.

The Streets of Monaco has seven guest suites – each with its own bathroom, reception room, Dressing roombedroom and balcony.

And the owner's suite, which spans all three floors and covers a whopping 15,000 square feet.

In addition to the usual amenities and a fireplace, the master bedroom also features a personal jacuzzi and a swimming pool with its own sun deck.

During your stay, you can also board a submarine for a deep-dive tour of the ocean.

The concept images show a beach deck where smaller boats and jet skis can be parked.

Bearing an uncanny resemblance to Monaco, it would be easy to forget you're on a yacht if it weren't for the view of the vast ocean through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
