Kamala Harris has once again engaged in a ‘word salad’ – trying to explain the meaning of ‘culture’.

Harris’s confusing remarks came during the 2023 Essence Festival of Culture at Caesars Superdome Friday, and serve as the sole latest example of the former San Francisco DA being silenced during a public appearance.

Aside from falling flat with the New Orleans public, the statement sparked renewed criticism of Harris’s history of verbal blunders.

That inquiry was largely seen on social media — as Twitter users flocked to their keyboards to taunt the 58-year-old Oakland resident, with several expressing surprise at her “empty” explanation.

That said, it’s not the first time Harris has been mocked for her odd choice of words.

In February, the vice president was ruthlessly roasted for a tirade at a pro-abortion rally in April.

In January, she was ridiculed for yet another speech about Venn diagrams and school buses – a prevalent interest for the politician.

This time around, the internet was just as unforgiving — with many equating Harris’s comments with those of an AI chatbot.

Footage from the Friday flub — which came before performances by rappers like Lil Wayne and Megan Thee Stallion — showed off her thumping definition in full.

“Culture is — it’s a reflection of our moment and our time. Right?’ said the Democrat, going through several of her signature pauses.

She continued, “And today’s culture is how we express how we feel about the moment, and we should always find moments to express how we feel about the moment.

That is a reflection of joy. Because, you know,” she added, before an audible pause and finally a burst of laughter, “it’s coming tomorrow morning.”

In another inexplicable comment, she added, “We need to find ways to also express how we feel about the moment just by having language and having a connection to how people experience life.” And that’s how I feel about it too.’

Social media posts of statement quickly left onlookers confused, prompting comments from actors, political commentators, comics — and even the occasional YouTuber.

Academy Award-winning actor James Woods – known for his roles in Once Upon a Time in America and the voice of Disney villain Hades in Hercules – tweeted: ‘Artificial Intelligence Czar explains ‘culture’.

Journalist Doug Powers, meanwhile, quipped, “Can someone tell Kamala not to eat every gummy in the pack at once?”

Conservative radio speaker Chris Stigall concurred, writing of Harris, “This is the emptiest human being in the world. Honestly. Empty. Vague. Nonsense.’

Fellow commentator Liz Peek, a Fox News contributor, tweeted, “OMG – what’s wrong with this babbling brook of a woman?”

Dallas millionaire Jason Howerton, a prominent investor, likened Harris’s verbal antics to something out of an American sitcom – à la The Office

Kamala Harris is just Michael Scott in female form and Vice President vs. branch manager,” he joked, referring to Steve Carrell’s idle character on the show.

Comedian Tim Young, meanwhile, gave his own playful summary of Biden’s statements.

“Kamala tried to define the word ‘culture’ today,” he wrote, before quickly adding, “It went just as well as if a nine-year-old had to give a book report on a book they didn’t read.”

He then stated, “This is creepier than most Biden talks.”

YouTuber Ranting Monkey snapped, “Kamala will go down in history as the most quotable woman for even being a woman who makes quotes about quotes a woman could quote.”

In a less wordy reply, journalist Karen Townsend simply said, “Good God.”

Collectively, the series of posts have generated tens of thousands of views and hundreds of likes.

The quick reaction comes just months after Harris gave a lengthy speech about the importance of “the moment” at a pro-abortion rally in Washington.

“So I think it’s really important, as you’ve heard from so many incredible leaders for us at any point in time and certainly this moment, to see the moment in time where we exist and are present, and to to be able to put it in context, to understand where we are in history and in the moment, as it pertains not only to the past but also to the future,” she said in an extensive statement in February.

The month before, she expressed her love for Venn diagrams and school buses for the umpteenth time at another strange address.
