The Kardashians The 43-year-old star will produce and star in the upcoming female-driven comedy The 5th wheelper Deadline. The Skims founder has played a hands-on role in pitching the comedy, appearing at every meeting, according to the outlet.
The 5th wheel is written by Paula Pell And Janine Britoand five studios have submitted bids for the package.
This isn’t Kardashian’s first appearance. The reality star recently appeared on season 12 of American horror story, which aired in September. The final season, titled Delicatealso stars Emma Roberts, Matt Czuchry And Cara Delevingne.
In her debut, Kardashian delivered a surprising NSFW line while playing publicist Siobhan Walsh. “Then tell the Daniels to suck my CT. She doesn’t miss a press day for a King commercial shoot,” she said, before speaking directly to Roberts’ character Anna. “It’s tiring to be better than everyone.”
Ahead of her appearance, a source exclusively revealed this We weekly about Kardashian’s experience on set. “This project has been months and months in the making, and Kim was thrilled when she finally started filming last month,” the insider said in June. “This is the experience of a lifetime, and Kim can’t wait for everyone to see the finished product.”
Kardashian also revealed that she took acting classes to prepare for her role in the series. “You know, it’s a challenge [but] I like to challenge myself,” Kardashian said at the 2023 Met Gala
Prior to her role in American horror storyKardashian made brief cameos Disaster movie, Last man standing, Drop Dead Diva and voiced a role in two Paw patrol movies. She also took on hosting duties Saturday evening live in October 2021.
In addition to her acting, Kardashian also aspires to become a lawyer and will take the bar exam in February 2025. Kardashian confessed that she has considered quitting reality TV to pursue law full-time.
“I joke with my mom, who is my manager, and say, ‘Kim K. is retiring and I’m just going to be a lawyer.’ So you can go help my brothers and sisters [and] you can still have a job,” she said at the Time100 Summit 2023 in April, referring to mother Kris Jenner.
She continued: “I would be just as happy being a full-time lawyer and doing that. The trip really opened my eyes to so much,” she explained. “It’s becoming overwhelming because there is still so much to be done. … I would definitely spend more time on that – cameras, no cameras.”
