The married mother-of-three, who worked at a school in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, also sent him X-rays Snapchat.

Barber was jailed for six years and two months in 2021 after being found guilty of involving a child in sexual activities.

She has now been automatically released halfway through her sentence, the Ministry of Justice confirmed.

A spokesperson told The Sun Online: “Sex offenders face some of the toughest licensing conditions and could be put back behind bars if they break the rules at any point in their sentence.”

Barber’s release comes despite her having done so secret agreements with her convicted fraudster lover while she was on work release.

The Sun revealed how she had posed for selfies in the street with Jay Delaney and was ‘planning a life’ with the thug.

The pair, who were both on temporary release at the time, were seen cuddling and holding hands on their walks to and from work before sneaking off for secret romps.

It is understood that Barber and Delaney planned to live together once they left prison.

The teacher’s crimes began in 2018 when she started messaging the student after taking his phone number during an awards ceremony on school sports day.

Their texts soon turned ‘sexual’ and Barber later picked him up early in her 4×4 car the driving to a field.

Barber then had sex with the boy in the remote area.

The teacher continued to send the boy nasty text messages even while teaching him in class.

One message read: “You can’t make me blush when I teach now, poker face.”

She also ‘threatened’ to take down the boy if he reported her and falsely accused him of rape.

What rules does released sex offender Barber have to follow?

KANDICE Barber has been released from prison but will still have to follow a strict set of guidelines.

The teacher was given a lifetime sexual harm prevention order for her vile crimes.

This means she will be sent back to prison if she breaks the rules of her license conditions.

According to the MOJ this means:

  • Sex offenders released from prison are managed under strict licensing, which may include conditions to protect victims’ families from unwanted contact, such as exclusion zones, staying in approved premises and adhering to curfews and GPS tagging .
  • If offenders are judged to pose an unmanageable risk in the community because they have breached their license conditions, the probation service does not hesitate to recall them to prison to protect the public.
  • Registered sex offenders must provide the local police department with a file that includes their: name, address, date of birth and social security number. This happens annually and whenever their details change.
  • Those convicted of serious sexual offenses are managed by MAPPA (Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements), which ensures they are robustly managed by the probation service, the police and a range of other agencies. MAPPA monitoring allows for greater interagency information sharing and more robust monitoring of offenders.

The mother of three was branded “beyond despicable” by the judge who sent her down.

Her husband Daniel Barber, who had represented her during the trial, did so continued since then and is expecting a baby with another woman.

Barber, who was given a lifelong sexual harm prevention order, was given that deleted from the education register January indefinitely.

The Education Regulation Service heard how the sex-crazed form teacher still denies that anything is wrong.

In a poorly spelled note, Barber wrote: “Despite the convictions, I have always proclaimed my innocence. [sic]”.
