Real Madrid ‘considering shock transfer for Man Utd mavericks Varane and Casemiro’

REAL MADRID are planning a double shock for Manchester United stars Raphael Varane and Casemiro, according to reports.

The move would see the duo both return to the Spanish giants just a few seasons after leaving for Old Trafford.

Varane, 30, made 360 appearances for Real Madrid before sealing a £41million move to Man Utd in 2021.

Casemiro, 32, followed him a year later for £70 million after winning the Champions League five times with Los Blancos.

But both were supposedly offered for sale by Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

Ineos are desperate to get some of the money spent on them to fund their own expenses.

And according to a shock report from the Spanish outlet FichajesReal Madrid are analyzing whether they should re-sign the duo.

Their experience at the club is considered valuable to manager Carlo Ancelotti.

But Real Madrid could face competition from Saudi Arabian clubs in the race to sign Varane and Casemiro.

And with Ratcliffe planning a squad selection, they may not be the only two players leaving Man Utd.
