My $15 beauty budget will get you a lot of Target, the bronzer is underrated

A MAKEUP enthusiast has shared her favorite underrated drugstore products.

Although she loves Sephora, she said the value of her $15 budget cosmetics was unbeatable.

Rachel (@hydrationceo) shared the beauty deals in a video with more than 200,000 TikTok followers.

She took her viewers on a shopping trip to Target to show off her tried and true favorites.

“If you've had a $15 makeup budget your entire life, now you know the best and cheapest products,” she said.

“I love Sephora, but I will always be a girl drugstore at heart.”

For eyelashes, Rachel's choice was the Ardell 420 Naked Lashes multipack$12, which she said almost looked like you had your lashes done professionally.

“Lash extension look on a budget,” she wrote.

For those who prefer mascara, she revealed her favorite affordable mascara.

“My favorite drugstore mascara for long lashes that don't spread,” she said, holding the $15 L'Oréal Telescopic Lift Mascara in her hands.

When it came to lip treatments, Rachel felt like she'd cracked the code with a next-level discovery.

“The best lip treatment at the drugstore PERIOD,” she said definitively of Neutrogena's $11 Lip Sleeping Mask.

The influencer felt that her choice of bronzer was also criminally underestimated.

“The most underrated creamy, blendable bronzer,” she said, holding $7 Elf's Putty Bronzer.

People agreed that just because the price tag was lower didn't mean the quality was.

“I grew up not being able to afford anything, but now that I can afford it more, I still find myself reaching for my affordable products instead of my more expensive ones,” said one commenter.
