THE Nintendo Switch 2 hasn’t been officially announced yet, but seven years after the launch of the first console, it seems inevitable that a new device will arrive soon.

The Nintendo Switch is one of the best-selling platforms of all time and players can’t wait to see an updated version.

Nintendo’s financial reports suggest that a new console will be released in fiscal year 2025, i.e. between April 2024 and March 2025.

While it was initially believed that the console would be released in time for the holidays, industry experts suggested that this could be later.

Now sources say the Switch 2 wouldn’t release until March 2025, leaving many fans disappointed.

However, financial paper Nikkei has reported that there is a good reason for the delays.

When the original Nintendo Switch launched in 2017, there were a limited number of copies available for purchase.

This meant that some people had to wait a long time before they could get their hands on one, unless they could afford to spend extra on a console from scalpers.

Nintendo apparently wants to prevent this from happening again and is delaying the release of the Switch successor to ensure there are enough units in reserve.

If this is the case, there will be plenty of models available at launch and people won’t have to resort to scalpers to get their hands on the long-awaited console.

Nikkei also reported that the Switch 2 will likely have a larger screen than the current model, at around 7 inches.

It was also stated that the Switch 2 will continue to feature the hybrid home and portable console design that made the Nintendo Switch so successful.

RAIL passengers have been hit again this morning by new travel disruptions that have caused chaos for commuters.

Dozens of Thameslink and Southern trains were canceled from as early as 4am this morning.

Dozens of train routes were canceled this morning

Transport companies say a signaling problem has seen train routes canned as they urged Britons not to travel.

If you experience disruptions this morning or at any other time and are unable to catch a later train, you may be entitled to a refund.

Can you get a refund for tickets if your train is canceled or delayed?

If you have purchased a train ticket in advance and it is affected by the cancellations, you can claim at least some of your money back, although in most cases it will be a full refund.

You are only eligible for a full refund if you are unable to board a later train.

Read more about consumer rights

Both Thameslink and Southern Rail have refund forms that you can access online.

You must be able to refund a paper or e-ticket if your train journey is interrupted due to disruption.

To claim you need a photo or screenshot of your ticket. If it is an e-ticket, it must contain the barcode.

You must clarify whether your ticket was unused or disrupted by writing the reason on your ticket.

Then you need to cut your card in half diagonally, space the two pieces apart and take a photo.

You must keep this ticket for 90 days after submitting your refund request.

You can contact your training agency via telephone, email or social media.

Once you have submitted your refund, you will receive an email and text message with your reference number and a link so you can check the status of your refund.

You will likely get your money back using the same payment method you used to purchase your ticket.

Both Southern Rail and Thameslink also offer Delay Repay, which means you are entitled to 50% of your ticket price if you arrive at your destination 30 minutes to an hour late.

If your train is delayed by more than an hour, you will receive a full refund.

To claim this, you must complete a form via Delay Repay. This form is separate from the train cancellation form.

You have up to 28 days after your delayed trip to request your money back.

How much can I get if I fill out a refund form?

Normally if your train is canceled you should be able to get some of your money back, if not a full refund.

If you were to catch a canceled train from Luton to East Grinstead and you are unable to get on another train, you are entitled to a £35.50 refund.

A train from Hemel Hampstead to Littlehampton costs £47.60. If you did not board another train due to the cancellation, this must be refunded.

Anyone going from Rainham to Southampton Central would have paid £58.50, and they should get that back.

If you purchased a first class ticket, the amount you get back may vary.

Can train season ticket holders receive compensation?

If you have a seasonal or flexi ticket it is more difficult to get a refund as it is assumed that you can get on the next available train if your train is cancelled.

If that is the case, you can claim compensation through Uitstel Pay.

(If you are a Season or Flexi ticket holder and cannot get a later train after your train is delayed, you will need to contact your train company.)

How much you can get if you are a season ticket holder or Flexi card holder and your train is delayed:

  • Between 15 and 29 minutes you are entitled to 25% of the cost of a single journey
  • Between 30 and 59 minutes you are entitled to 50% of the cost of a single journey
  • Between 60 and 119 minutes you are entitled to 100% of the cost of a single journey
  • From 120+ minutes you are entitled to 100% of the costs of a return trip (a full travel day)

Can I travel with another service?

It is possible that tickets will be accepted on different trains and routes during disruptions, but this will depend on the individual operators.

It is best to first contact the train company that operates your planned route before seeking an alternative journey.

Do not board another train until you are sure your ticket/fare will be accepted.

You can contact your train company via telephone, email or social media.

How can I check if my train has been cancelled?

National Rail’s journey planner is the best way to check if your journey has been affected by the disruption. This is available on the website and app.

Individual train companies also have their own apps and websites with details of timetable changes.

Both Southern and Thameslink are on social media to share updates on the affected trains.

Thameslink has a live map showing which routes are affected.

Taylor Swift’s first concert in Sydney kicked off late Friday night after storms and rain caused the Accor Stadium to be temporarily evacuated.

Despite the set for support act Sabrina Carpenter being canceled, Swift ultimately took the stage a little after the scheduled time of 7:30 PM.

Looking on proudly was her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who caused a roar from the crowd as he arrived to proudly watch his beloved pop star do what she does best.

In videos shared on social media, the NFL star was seen walking into the stadium before taking his place in a special VIP box.

The footballer couldn’t wipe the smile off his face as Taylor took to the stage in one of her iconic sparkly tights.

Travis opted for a smart shirt with blue patterns and matching shorts, as well as a pair of white sneakers.

He had walked through the crowd to applaud him before being led to his VIP seat, where he was seen beaming as he watched Taylor perform.

Sydney’s wild weather caused chaos on Friday evening for the 80,000 Swifties heading to her first show of the Eras Tour in the city.

Fans seated on the ground and lower bowl levels of the stadium were asked to move inside after lightning struck just 6 miles (10 kilometers) away shortly before 6 p.m.

A statement from Accor Stadium, issued just before 6 p.m., told concertgoers that the three-hour show had been postponed.

“Please note: Due to weather, the show start time has been postponed,” it said.

‘Remain undercover until further notice and follow the site screens and staff instructions.

“Stay safe and remember to be kind to those around you.”

Swift took the stage around 7:50 p.m., while her supporting act Sabrina Carpenter was suspended from Friday night’s performance.

“We’ve got a bit of a weather situation, maybe some rain, but I’ve never known an Aussie crowd to let that get in the way of having a good time,” Taylor told her fans as she started her performance .

Earlier, a male voice could be heard over a loudspeaker in the stadium telling fans that lightning had struck 10 km away and that ticket holders should evacuate.

Following the announcement, a stream of concertgoers, most wearing plastic rain ponchos, were seen heading to covered areas of the stadium.

Accor Stadium had said the show will go ahead unless there is “severe weather that could affect the safety of performers and visitors.”

“I’m just really nervous about the rain, it’s pretty obvious here, but Accor still hasn’t announced when the show is going to start,” Sydney Swiftie Annabelle told Daily Mail Australia before the show started.

“I’m just a little stressed with the sound clock and everything.”

Accor Stadium is believed to have an 11pm curfew. Swift’s Eras Tour shows last just under three and a half hours.

Taylor spent time relaxing before the show. She and her boyfriend Travis visited the Sydney Zoo.

The pop star and her NFL star partner were on a date at the 16.5-acre property earlier this week ahead of Swift’s three concerts in Australia’s largest city, when they even petted a small kangaroo.

The pair are sparing no expense for their overseas reunion in Australia, staying at one of Sydney’s swankiest and most extravagant hotels.

The pair will stay at the chic Crown Towers, the city’s first six-star hotel, located in the harbor district of Barangaroo, during Swift’s four-day stop in Sydney for her Eras Tour.

With upscale dining, lavish facilities and high-end amenities throughout the property, the venue offers a guaranteed luxury experience, something both Taylor and Travis are more than accustomed to.

Yet the loved-up couple still opted for the most lavish – and most expensive – room the hotel had to offer: the Crown Presidential Villa.

The palatial residence is so chic that guests should inquire about nightly rates, which typically start at an eye-watering $16,300 (AUD$25,000) per night.

Billed as the property’s largest villa at 80 sqm, the two-storey hotel room is located on the 88th floor and offers stunning panoramic views of Sydney and Sydney Harbor through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Taylor’s visit comes after she literally stopped traffic while out for dinner in Sydney on Tuesday night.

The global superstar shocked onlookers at Pellegrino 2000, a community trattoria in Surry Hills.

Looking every inch a local hipster, Taylor opted for an understated black gypsy top paired with a brown suede skirt for the outing.

She made the most of her evening off with fellow singer Sabrina Carpenter, who is currently supporting Taylor on her sold-out Eras Tour.

The Girl Meets World star dazzled in a red mini dress with white fringes and simple tights at the back.

Sabrina accessorized her look with a classic Louis Vuitton handbag and wore a black leather jacket to protect herself from Sydney’s unpredictable weather lately.

Taylor is currently enjoying time off in Sydney after her Eras Tour took Melbourne by storm, selling out three days at the famous MCG.

Swift will perform four shows in Sydney from Friday February 23 to Monday February 26.

Two men ran onto the field after entering from the Chiefs' end zone.

They took off his shirt before being tackled to the ground by security.

“Oh, we have people on the field!” CBS color analyst Tony Romo screamed as the incident occurred.

Jim Nantz chimed in, saying, “Oh my god, we do! We got a streaker on the other side, well…”

And Romo noted, “There's a partial streaker… Shirt off.”

The ex-NFL quarterback then pointed out that the announcers “couldn't talk about” the disruptors.

Patrick Mahomes turned around to see the guards interfering.

The disruption came at an unfortunate time for Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, who was setting up for a field goal.

Fortunately for Butker, the incident did not last long.

The former Georgia Tech standout then hammered home a 57-yarder to cut Kansas City's deficit to 10-6 – and set a new record for the longest kick ever made in the Super Bowl.

The streaker episode coincided with the moment the momentum shifted in the Chiefs' favor.

A few drives later, Mahomes connected with Marquez Valdes-Scantling on a 16-yard touchdown, giving the defending champions their first lead of the game.

The Chiefs had a terrible first half and trailed 10-3 at halftime.

Before halftime, a frustrated Travis Kelce had a sideline with head coach Andy Reid.

Kansas City also lost linebacker Dre Greenlaw to an Achilles injury, which he suffered when he slipped while jogging back onto the field.

The collision between two subway trains that injured dozens of people in Manhattan last week started with what has become a routine problem on New York City’s public transportation system: pranksters pulling the emergency brakes.

All New York City subways are equipped with emergency brakes, Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials said, meaning most passengers can stop a train suddenly as long as they can reach and pull the mechanism — often a dangling cord or handle .

The number of vandalisms involving emergency braking has increased over the past five years. For every time the brakes are applied in response to a legitimate emergency, there are more than 50 instances where they are deployed unnecessarily, amounting to thousands of subway delays each year, according to data from the MTA, which monitors public transit in New York. York City manages. .

In 2023, the agency counted 1,748 unjustified emergency brake pulls, which rippled through the subway system and caused 7,365 delays. Only 30 uses were justified, the authority said. The number was down from 2022, but more than double 2019’s, even though passenger numbers have fallen due to the pandemic.

But last week, transit officials said, marked the first time in recent history that the daily annoyance contributed to a serious incident.

Although often misused, MTA officials say emergency braking remains an important safety feature common to most transportation systems in the United States. They can be drawn for valid reasons if a passenger collapses, if a passenger becomes trapped in a subway door or if a violent argument breaks out on the train.

But some experts said the MTA is using outdated technology and emergency braking should not be so accessible to passengers.

“This is a bit alarming,” said Katsuo Kurabayashi, chairman of the mechanical and aerospace engineering department at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

The Jan. 4 incident began when the No. 1 train came to a stop at 79th St. after vandals activated the emergency brakes, MTA officials said. Transit workers reset all brakes except one that remained stuck.

The train was taken out of service and continued to a storage yard, forcing the other No. 1 trains – which connect the west side of Manhattan to the Bronx – to be rerouted to parallel tracks. A slow-moving accident occurred near the 96th Street station when a train carrying approximately 300 passengers attempted to return to normal track and passed in front of the out-of-service train.

The prank became more than an act of vandalism, said Richard Davey, president of New York City Transit, the MTA division that oversees the subway. “There are consequences to what people might think are harmless or joking activities,” he said.

Emergency brakes usually work using compressed air. When a brake is activated, it releases air pressure, Mr Davey said. The braking mechanism that caused problems for transit crews on the out-of-service No. 1 train was damaged after the vandals activated it, he added. To get the train moving, workers disabled much of the braking system, disabling a fail-safe that could have prevented the collision, Davey said.

The collision injured 26 people, derailed both trains and disrupted service on some of the city’s busiest transit lines until service was fully restored more than 60 hours later. None of the injuries were serious. Mr Davey said the crash will cost at least tens of thousands of dollars in damage.

Another subway train derailed in Brooklyn on Wednesday afternoon, less than a week after the previous derailments. There were no injuries. Officials said the incidents were unrelated, and they tried to reassure passengers that public transport was safe.

Federal law requires emergency braking to be available to passengers on commuter rail trains such as Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad. And most local transit agencies, although governed at the state level, have adopted this standard as a safety best practice.

“Historically and routinely, transit systems provide the riding public with the ability to activate the emergency braking system in the event of safety-related and medical incidents on board trains,” Mr Davey said.

Bryan Sooter, standards director for the American Public Transportation Association, a trade association, said most subway systems in the United States have emergency brakes similar to those in New York City. Mr. Sooter said transit officials must balance preventing misuse of emergency brakes with keeping them accessible in case of true emergencies.

“What can probably really help is trying to educate people and certainly bring attention to a situation like this where several people were injured,” Mr Sooter said.

The MTA is trying to crack down on emergency braking vandalism. During a radio interview on WNYC earlier this week, Janno Lieber, the chairman of the MTA, noted that surveillance cameras are being installed in every train car.

The authority has tried to discourage vandals by placing advertisements on train cars letting them know that pulling the emergency brake when not necessary is a crime potentially punishable by a $100 fine.

The technology used in New York’s emergency braking system was invented more than a century ago, said Mr. Kurabayashi, who noted that New York’s subways have primitive safety features compared to cities abroad. He said systems in some Asian cities can prevent the brakes from being applied when it is dangerous to do so, such as in a tunnel.

“I think people here really need to invest more in safety,” Mr. Kurabayashi said. “Otherwise we could have a very big tragedy in the future.”

Mark Walker reporting contributed.

On certain rare occasions, ordinary people have changed history in the middle of an average day.

In 1947, Muhammad edh-Dhib, a young Bedouin shepherd searching for a lost sheep, discovered a hidden cave containing the Dead Sea Scrolls, the earliest known version of most of the Hebrew Bible. While on his rounds in 1972, Frank Wills, a Washington DC security guard, noticed a piece of tape holding open a lock in a building where he worked – and as a result exposed the Watergate break-in, which ultimately led to the president’s resignation Richard M Nixon.

But neither has shaped so many lives as directly as Maureen Flavin, a postal worker on a remote stretch of the northwestern Irish coast who, in 1944, on her 21st birthday, helped decide the outcome of World War II.

She died Dec. 17 at a nursing home in Belmullet, Ireland, near the post office where she worked, her grandson Fergus Sweeney said. She was 100.

The events that brought Ms. Flavin to her unforeseeable moment of global impact began in 1942 when she saw an advertisement for a job at the post office in the coastal town of Blacksod Point.

She got the job and discovered that the remote post office also served as a weather station. Her duties include recording and transmitting weather data. She did that work diligently, even though she didn’t even know where her weather reports were going.

In fact, they were part of the Allied war effort.

Ireland was neutral in World War II, but quietly helped the Allies in various ways, including by sharing weather data with Britain. Ireland’s location on the northwestern edge of Europe gave the country an early sense that the weather would turn towards the continent. Blacksod Point was just about the westernmost point of the coast.

Weather forecasting proved to be an essential part of the Allies’ most famous war game: D-Day, the invasion aimed at gaining a foothold on mainland Europe.

It took two years of meticulous planning. American General Dwight D. Eisenhower, who led the attack, decided to send more than 160,000 troops, nearly 12,000 aircraft, and nearly 7,000 seagoing vessels to invade an 50-mile stretch of beach along the Normandy region of the French coast.

The Allies settled on June 5, 1944, which promised a full moon, which improved visibility, and low tide, which made access to the beach easier.

A successful invasion would also depend on clear skies for the Allies’ air attacks and calm seas for their landing. And the relatively primitive technology of the time – no satellites, no computer models – meant that the Allies would have only a few days’ warning about the weather.

By 1944, Ms. Flavin’s work orders had increased from the top down: she and her colleagues now sent weather reports not every six hours, but every hour of the day.

“You wouldn’t have finished one until it was time to do the next one,” she recalled in a documentary made by RTÉ, Ireland’s public broadcaster, in 2019.

On her birthday, June 3, she had a night shift: from 12 noon to 4 a.m. When she checked her barometer, she registered a rapid drop in pressure, indicating a chance of impending rain or stormy weather.

The report went from Dublin to Dunstable, the town where the English meteorological headquarters were located.

Ms. Flavin then received an unusual series of phone calls about her work. A woman with an English accent asked her, “Please check this.” Please repeat!”

She asked the son of Blacksod postmistress and lighthouse keeper Ted Sweeney if she was making a mistake.

“We checked and checked again, and the figures were the same both times, so we were happy enough,” she later told Ireland’s Eye magazine.

That same day, General Eisenhower and his advisors met at their base in England. James Stagg, a British military meteorologist, reported that bad weather was expected based on Ms. Flavin’s readings. He advised General Eisenhower to postpone the invasion by one day.

The general agreed. On June 5 there were rough seas, strong winds and thick clouds. Some commentators – including John Ross, the author of “Forecast for D-Day: And the Weatherman Behind Ike’s Greatest Gamble” (2014) – have argued that the invasion could well have failed if it had taken place that day.

Delaying the invasion after the 6th brought other problems. The tides and the moon would not have been favorable for several weeks, when the Germans expected an attack. The element of surprise would have been lost. Mr. Ross told USA Today might have postponed that victory in Europe for a year.

Yet Mrs. Flavin’s reports indicated not only that June 5 would be disastrous, but also that the weather on June 6 would be just good enough. General Eisenhower ordered an invasion stating, “We will accept nothing less than complete victory.”

By noon on the 6th the sky cleared. The Allies suffered thousands of casualties, but captured a European bridgehead.

‘We owe a lot to Maureen from the west of Ireland, to us who invaded France on D-Day’ Joe Cattini, a British D-Day veteran, said in the RTÉ documentary“for if she had not read the weather, we should have perished in the storms.”

Maureen Flavin was born on June 3, 1923 in the southwestern village of Knockanure, Ireland, where she grew up. Her parents, Michael and Mary (Mullvihill) Flavin, owned a store.

She married Mr Sweeney, the lighthouse keeper, in 1946. When his mother, the postmistress, died, Mrs. Sweeney succeeded her in the job.

She first learned about the significance of her weather forecast in 1956, when officials discussed it after moving the local weather station from Blacksod Point to a nearby town. It received further publicity during the 50th anniversary of D-Day, when meteorologist Brendan McWilliams wrote about the episode in The Irish Times.

Mr Sweeney died in 2001. In addition to Fergus Sweeney, Mrs Sweeney is survived by three sons, Ted, Gerry and Vincent, all of whom worked in the Irish Lighthouse Service; a daughter, Emer Schlueter; 12 other grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In interviews, Ms. Sweeney marveled at the contrast between the immense forces in need of a weather forecast and the small world of the Blacksod Point Post Office.

“There were thousands of planes there and they couldn’t tolerate low clouds,” she says said on Irish public radio in 2006. “We’re glad we put them on the right track. Ultimately, we had the final say.”

Delhi Weather Report: According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, the air quality in the national capital was in the ‘very poor’ category on January 2 and the overall AQI of Delhi stood at 346 at 6.30 am.

On Tuesday, 26 trains were delayed due to heavy fog in the national capital.

New Delhi: Indian Railways services were affected as 26 trains were late on Tuesday due to heavy fog in the national capital, according to the Indian Railways. Due to poor visibility on the first day of the new year 2024, almost 21 trains were late in the region, while on the last day of 2023, over 23 trains were late in Delhi due to dense fog, resulting in poor visibility in the region .

Meanwhile, the IMD predicted that the mercury would fall further between 10 and 7 degrees Celsius in the first week of January 2024 at the Safdarjung Observatory in the national capital.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, the air quality in the national capital was in the ‘very poor’ category on January 2 and Delhi’s overall AQI stood at 346 at 6.30 am.

Earlier, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) withdrew phase III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR with immediate effect. Notably, GRAP-III was invoked across Delhi-NCR on December 22 to address poor air quality and rising air pollution in the city.

New Year’s Day was a bitterly cold day in the national capital as people woke up to a cold snap and dense fog on an unusually lazy Monday. As the minimum temperature in the capital stands at 9°C, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), locals called on the government to take necessary measures for the needy or those taking shelter in night shelters.

As the mercury went into freefall, locals were seen huddled around the bonfires in the cold, drawing much-needed warmth from the leaping, crackling flames.

The IMD, meanwhile, warned of ‘dense fog’ in the national capital in the first week of 2024, with the minimum temperature likely to hover between 8 and 9 degrees Celsius.

“The fog layer (circled spot) over Punjab, North Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Northwest Madhya Pradesh, South Uttarkhand, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal is visible in a satellite photo at 6:15 am on January 1 . ” read a post on the official IMD handle on X.

According to the IMD, ‘very dense’ fog is when visibility is between 0 and 50 meters, while ‘dense’ fog is when visibility is between 51 and 200 meters.

Furthermore, the fog is considered ‘moderate’ if visibility is ‘moderate’ between 201 and 500 meters, and ‘shallow’ between 501 and 1,000 meters.

Meanwhile, as dense fog enveloped the entire north Indian belt, several trains to Delhi were delayed due to reduced visibility on New Year morning.

A massive storm is hitting southeast Queensland, delaying several flights from Brisbane at the busiest time of year.

A car was reportedly struck by a lightning bolt in the city’s north at around 9.20am and golf ball-sized hail was reported in Tara, about 300 kilometers west of Brisbane.

Gold Coast residents have lost all TV and radio broadcast signals after the transmitter on Mount Tamborine went dark on Saturday morning.

The transmitter was powered by backup generators after massive storms on Christmas Day.

The Bureau of Meteorology warned on Saturday that “several waves of thunderstorms” would cause extensive damage near Brisbane.

“Likely a thunderstorm, possibly severe with damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain that could lead to flash flooding,” the Bureau predicted.

“Light winds will become northerly 15 to 20 km/h in the early afternoon, then become light in the evening.”

The poor conditions have already delayed a number of flights from Brisbane Airport.

One traveler posted a grim picture of the storm, writing: ‘No flights in or out at the moment. It’s wild again.’

Brisbane Airport advised travelers to check the status of their flights.

A male driver was taken to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition after his vehicle was struck by lightning.

He was traveling on the Bruce Hwy in Burpengary, north Brisbane, when lightning struck him at about 9.20am.

There were reports of minor flooding on the northbound Bruce Hwy at Burpengary, with traffic at a standstill.

Beerburrum recorded 110mm of rain in the two hours to 11am, Landsborough recorded 67mm in thirty minutes to 11.15am, while Wamuran in the Moreton Bay region recorded 66mm in the hour to 9.19am.

Kylie KelceThe woman’s Christmas plans include a postponed party with her husband Jason Kelce and their three daughters.

“We actually celebrate Christmas on the 26th,” Kylie (31) said. People in an interview published on Saturday, December 23. “Luckily for us, our girls can’t read a calendar yet, so we’re going to take full advantage of that and pretend Christmas is the 26th. And I mean, from head to toe, with presents and all, December 26.”

Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 2, and Bennett, 10 months, will open their presents from Santa on Tuesday because dad Jason has a soccer game. He will play football at Lincoln Financial Field with the Philadelphia Eagles as they take on the New York Giants.

Since it’s a home game, Kylie plans to take the little girls along to watch their dad, but she cautioned that she can’t be 100 percent sure that all three kids will be there.

The Philadelphia Eagles center married Kylie in April 2018, almost three years after matching on dating app Tinder. Less than a year after their wedding, they welcomed eldest daughter Wyatt […]

“The plan now is to take the girls,” Kylie said. “I always say the idea is to take the girls because if push comes to shove, we can make other arrangements for them, whether it’s because of the weather or because they just don’t feel like it. But they’ve talked about getting back to work, so that’s the plan now.”

The girls already had some one-on-one time with Santa earlier this year when he surprised the Kelce family with their Minted Christmas card photo shoot. Elliotte quickly asked, “Can I have dinosaurs?” Meanwhile, Wyatt hoped she would find a Barbie doll under the Christmas tree.

December 25 is all about football for the Kelce family. While Jason plays in Pennsylvania, brother Travis Kelce plays in Missouri as the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Las Vegas Raiders.

Travis and Jason’s mother, Donna Kelce, is a big supporter of both her boys, but the holidays are about the little ones. She revealed she will be spending Christmas with Jason, Kylie and their three girls. “I will be in Philadelphia for Christmas, spending time with my grandchildren as we cheer on their father,” she said People on December 21.

Earlier this month, Kylie revealed that Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett are learning more about the sport from their family. “You can see how they pick up on those little hints and cues and learn how to watch football,” Kylie shared, noting that Elliotte “will cheer at the right moments, almost feeling like she understands the game.”

But it is only when the girls see their relatives that they are really locked up.'[They] I like to watch the TV for times when Jason might have his helmet off, or Uncle Trav might have his helmet off,” she said. “Those are the moments when I can really suck them into a game because they don’t look like everyone else on the field. When the helmets are off, they can say, ‘Oh, that’s definitely Dad.’
