The 51-year-old movie star headlined the MAKERS Conference, an annual three-day summit with a focus on high-achieving women.

At this year’s edition, Gwyneth was on hand to speak about her wellness brand Goop, a lightning rod for publicity and controversy since its inception.

Gwyneth let her signature flaxen blonde hair fall into silky drapes that framed her unmistakable features for a sleek black look.

She modeled an elegant spotted blouse tucked into sturdy trousers, opting for naturalistic makeup and the previous jewelry.

Gwyneth was interviewed on stage by her friend Ella Bell, co-author of the book Our Separate Ways: Black and White Women and the Struggle for Professional Identity.

The pair also found a moment to pose together offstage during the red carpet portion of the event, where Gwyneth hobnobbed with the organization’s brass.

She and Ella had their photo taken with MAKERS Women’s Chief Partnerships Officer and its President Alicin Reidy Williamson.

As Gwyneth wandered around the conference, she mingled with fellow wellness influencer Latham Thomas, who is known online as GlowMaven.

Backstage at the party, Gwyneth could be seen having a green room conversation with trailblazing fashion model Bethann Hardison.

Before leaving for the conference, Gwyneth treated her fans to a Q&A about her Insta Stories, during which one of them brought up the topic of her family.

Gwyneth was asked about her favorite photo of herself with her 17-year-old son Moses, and she responded with a selfie that was “Not favorite but recent.”

She shares Moses and a 19-year-old daughter named Apple with her ex-husband, smoldering Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

The Italian heiress, 19, turned heads in a striking suit with scarlet polka dots as she stepped out at the Giorgio Armani show during Paris Fashion Week.

Her sister Princess Carolina, 20, and their 'momager', Princess Camilla, Duchess of Castro, 52, joined her at the star-studded event – with guests including Gwyneth Paltrow, Glenn Close and French actress Juliette Binoche.

The heiress' father, Prince Carlo, Duke of Castro, 60, has a claim to the now-defunct throne of the former House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies.

Chiara was romantically involved with 18-year-old Prince Christian of Denmark, the son of King Frederick

Chiara looked typically stylish and turned heads in her statement blazer and matching trousers, teamed with a scarf. She carried a black handbag and matching heels.

Sharp, who turned 84 last month, served her last order Friday morning to another McDonald's employee, Dottie Sims, who is also her granddaughter.
According to BISharp, Business Insider said in a statement that McDonald's also gave her the flexibility to work as a single mother.

During her 45-year stint at McDonald's, Sharp held various crew and manager positions, but spent the past nine years working the front window of the drive-thru, a spokesperson for McDonald's franchisee Tri County Management told BI. Her role included greeting customers, taking orders and accepting payments.

On Dot's last day on the job, “the drive-thru line was all the way around the building because so many of her patrons wanted to wish her well,” the Tri County Management spokesperson said.

The Princess of Wales looked effortlessly elegant in polka dots as she opened a new charity building in Southampton today.

The 41-year-old royal opted for an Alessandra Rich midi dress – which she wore to last year’s Wimbledon men’s final – to reveal Hope Street in the city centre.

Hope Street was developed by the charity One Small Thing, which provides community centers for women in the justice system.

Five women will be accommodated in the redeveloped building, who are classified as ‘low risk’ after committing a non-violent crime.

The new center will provide a community alternative for women who would otherwise be unnecessarily confined due to a lack of safe housing or concerns about their well-being.

In that way, Hope Street will provide shelter for women and also allow them to stay with their children in a homely environment.

During today’s engagement, Kate was given a tour of the newly renovated facility by Lady Edwina Grosvenor, an English criminologist and founder of the One Small Thing charity.

The philanthropist is good friends with Kate, as she is married to Prince George’s godfather, the Duke of Westminster.

Speaking to staff, supporters and partners, the princess heard how Hope Street wants to avoid the trauma of mothers being separated from their children in the justice system.

Lily Lewis – who helped create Hope Street – spoke of her experience in the justice system, telling the princess, “For me, prison is barbaric.”

The project – which has been independently audited by The University of Southampton, The Prison Reform Trust and EP:IC – hopes to demonstrate how a compassionate and supportive approach to women in the justice system can have a transformative impact on lives.

Earlier this year, Kate outlined the scope of her campaign, describing it as a long-term project that began with how a child develops and the importance of the formative years.

Scientific evidence has shown that early experiences can influence children not only socially and emotionally, but also in their physical development.

Reports from the Early Childhood Center have shown that the first five years are more determinative of future well-being than any other stage of development, with our brains growing faster than any other period.

It also hopes to ‘break the cycle’ of parents who themselves experienced a difficult childhood.

Palace assistants say the idea for the project started before Kate became a mother.

Italian-born, London-based designer Alessandra Rich has become a go-to for Kate in recent years — the Princess of Wales previously wore her designs at Prince Philip’s memorial service and on a royal tour of the Bahamas.

The designer has previously said she was inspired by history’s “polite rebels” such as Princess Diana.
