The long-awaited new fantasy film Wonka premiered in the US at the Regency Village Theater in Los Angeles.

Former Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland looked fantastic and brought along her son Noah, who turns three in January.

The singer and actress, 42, wore shoulder-length turquoise hair, matching her dark blue and white polka dot top with matching gloves and trousers that flared from the knees.

To complete her overall look, the This Is Love star wore black leather boots and white retro sunglasses.

Along with Noah, Rowland also has a nine-year-old son with her husband, Tim Weatherspoon.

Directed by Paul King from a screenplay he co-wrote with Simon Farnaby, Wonka tells the origin story of Willy Wonka, a character from Roald Dahl’s 1964 novel Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, about his early days as a chocolatier.

Chalamet stars in the title role alongside newcomer Calah Lane and an ensemble cast including Keegan-Michael Key, Paterson Joseph, Matt Lucas, Mathew Baynton, Sally Hawkins, Rowan Atkinson, Jim Carter, Tom Davis, Olivia Colman and Hugh Grant. among many others.
