Kris Jenner put on a brave face to celebrate her daughter Kylie Jenner’s new venture on Thursday – three days after her sister Karen Houghton’s shock death.

Kris’ sister Karen was reported deceased to San Diego County officials on Monday in San Marcos, California, TMZ reported.

The exact circumstances of her passing are currently unclear, with county officials attributing her death to natural causes for now.

Karen and Kris grew up in San Diego and were raised predominately by their mother MJ after her divorce from their father Robert Houghton.

Kris shared a selection of photos with her sister on Tuesday and wrote: ‘It is with the heaviest heart and deepest sadness that I share that my sister Karen passed away yesterday unexpectedly.

‘My heart aches for my mom MJ and my niece Natalie and I pray that God guides us all through this difficult time. Karen was beautiful inside and out. She was the sweetest, kindest, the most sensitive and vulnerable and so so funny.

‘She always felt grateful and thankful for her life and treasured her family and friends and especially her beautiful daughter. She holds such a huge part of my heart and I cherish every single memory we have together.

‘Karen’s passing is a reminder that life is so short and precious and tomorrow is never promised. We must tell those we cherish how much we love them. I love you my beautiful sister.’

Karen is survived by her daughter Natalie, 26, who she welcomed with ex-husband Mark Zettel, mother MJ , Kris and nieces Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and nephew Rob Kardashian.

On Wednesday Natalie shared an emotional tribute to her mother via Instagram.

In it, the 26-year-old, who is first cousins with the Kardashian and Jenner kids, including Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner, admitted that she ‘doesn’t know how to go on’ without her mom.

Kris and Karen had long endured a rollercoaster relationship, oscillating between taking public barbs at one another, to Kris lavishing her little sister with pricey gifts.

In 2019 the pair were revealed to have reunited in an Instagram Story posted by Karen’s daughter Natalie.

The feuding sisters posed smiling with Natalie, her famous cousin Kylie Jenner, and their mother Mary Jo Campbell.

You may think it's the heat that makes people happy on vacation, but I know all too well that being outside in the mountain air all day can get you 'in the mood'.

Ski instructors are a magnet for women. We are generally young, tanned from the sun and very fit – you have to ski all day, every day.

During my single days as a ski instructor, I never turned down offers from the most attractive women; usually there is a different one every week. It takes little effort; they are eager to make their intentions known.

I've even had discreet sex in the snow, on a path to the capital, but that's nothing like…

The chairlift sex club

It's not just the staff that gets steamy. I once witnessed a woman pleasuring her partner on the chairlift right behind me.

To teach in a ski school you must be an excellent skier and know the slopes like the back of your hand.

Many of us were born and raised in the mountains and absolutely love it. We can see what the snow will be like and many of us are second or third generation instructors.

The staff is sleeping in all corners, drunk as skunks.”

But there are times when your instructor may not be in the best shape – we've been known to stay up all night drinking, then pick up our skis and go teach.

When we say white powder, we don't mean the snow.

There's no indication that celebrities are remotely interested, but at a resort it's easy to find drugs – especially cannabis and cocaine.

The cocaine costs between £50 and £100 depending on the quality, and ski instructors often know exactly where to get it.

At a resort where I worked, there was a waiter at a top restaurant who also sold drugs.

When he was arrested, he had a huge suitcase full of drugs. He was, of course, imprisoned, but soon someone took his place.

Celebrities love virgin snow

I think some celebrities like skiing because they can choose to be anonymous and wear huge ski goggles and hats that make them barely recognizable.

And other times they really want to be seen, which can be quite annoying. They pose for their socials and block the track, while you try to get by with a class full of people.

The super rich and famous demand only the best – so they ask the head of the ski school to guide them and be at their beck and call the entire time they are there.

And their needs are endless, from asking for the best racing skis they can buy at their hotel, to starting to find the virgin snow at six in the morning and demanding to be taken to secret slopes so they not having to meet the 'scum'.

One celebrity even demanded to take to the slopes in a skidoo so he didn't have to go up the ski lifts with 'normal' people.

Kim Kardashian was accused of having one of the most boring VIP Super Bowl boxes when in the in the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday.

The SKKN owner was also seen in the company of Odell in Las Vegas on Saturday, as seen in photos obtained by DailyMail.com.  They were spied at a resort.

Kim Kardashian and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. are dating exclusively, according to insiders, who claim the pair are aiming to keep their romance a secret out of respect for his son – and in an effort to avoid a backlash from Kanye West.

The reality star, 43, and the athlete, 31, have been publicly linked since September 2023, when speculation began mounting about a possible connection between the pair.

Now the two have reportedly taken things to the next level and are only dating each other.

“Kim has been dating Odell since last summer and thought she had managed to keep it a secret,” a source exclusively told DailyMail.com. “She's not seeing anyone else at the moment – ​​at least not that her close friends know about.”

The source explained why Kim has been unusually coy about her love life, stating that the couple agreed to keep things private to avoid false speculation that the Skims mogul is a “homewrecker.”

The pair started 'hanging out' following his split from longtime girlfriend Lauren 'LoLo' Wood – with whom he shares one-year-old son Zydn.

Their divorce was announced in September, but it is unclear when their relationship ended.

“Kim really wanted to keep this romance private for two reasons,” the source continued. 'One is that he has a one-year-old son with his ex Lauren Woods.

“They both wanted to avoid any speculation that he had left Lauren for Kim and branded Kim a homewrecker.”

The insider added that another major issue for the new couple is Kim's outspoken ex-husband, Kanye, with whom she has four children: North, ten, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, four.

“The second reason is to avoid Kanye's response,” they continued. “After what Kanye did to Pete Davidson, Kim wants to avoid that at all costs.

“It's only a matter of time before Kanye says something publicly, but he has no hard evidence.”

Kim and Kanye were married for seven years until their divorce was finalized in November 2022 – a month before he married his current wife Bianca.

Kim then publicly dated Pete Davidson, during which time Kanye shocked fans with posts mocking the comedian's appearance and referring to him only by the nickname “Skete.”

When Kim split from Pete in August 2022, Kanye posted on Instagram a photo of a fake New York Times newspaper with the words “Skete Davidson dead at 28.”

A separate source close to the star told DailyMail.com at the time: 'Kim will not tolerate this. She demands that Kanye resign from the position, but he doesn't. She has vigorously defended Pete.

“She will never get back together with Kanye because of the way he has treated the people she loves and respects… She cannot tolerate this kind of behavior from him.”

It wasn't the first time Kanye threatened Pete online, after regularly posting and then deleting attacks on his ex-wife's former boyfriend.

He also shared a screenshot of Pete's defunct Instagram account and took credit for driving him off the social media platform.

“Ran Skete off the gram,” he wrote. “Tell your mother I changed your name for life.”

The rapper was also forced to acknowledge that his social media posts harassed Kim, after he shared text messages with her saying his previous barrage of messages was endangering the comic.

After Kim and Odell were linked in reports she was present last September his 31st birthday party that following November.

Kim was spotted arriving at the party with her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, 39, — who reportedly briefly dated Odell in 2016.

Odell is no stranger to the Kardashain-Jenner family, as he worked with Kim's half-sister Kendall Jenner, 28, for the 2021 Moon toothpaste campaign.

Kim and Odell were rumored to be at the same pre-Grammy party last week, with TMZ claiming they put on an amorous display at the bash.

The star-studded pre-Grammy bash was hosted by Jay-Z at the exclusive Bird Streets club and also saw other famous attendees including Lil Uzi Vert and Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble.
