The evil Josef Fritzl reports sick in a distorted letter before the parole hearing
INCEST monster Josef Fritzl has written an apology for his crimes – and bizarrely claimed he is a good father.
The 88 year old enemy is eligible for parole after serving fifteen years of his life and tries to prove he has reformed.

Fritzlwho had seven children including one daughter Elizabeth after raping her repeatedly while he held her captive in his basement for 24 years, said in his note: “I deeply regret all my actions.
“Kind regards, Fritsl.”
He added: “I was actually a good father.
“I specifically saved money to help raise children.
“I often visited the children and helped them when they had chores to do.
“I helped them and encouraged them to play musical instruments and so on.
“I know I made a mistake with one of my daughters, and I regret it.
“But other than that, I think I was actually a good father.”
The enemy added, “I am no longer dangerous.
“I'm the opposite.
“I have no sexual desires for women, none of that.
“I have to say that in a strange way I'm probably freer about it jail than I ever was in the outside world, because after all I led a double life for ten years.
“I've given up all that now, and this has allowed me to give up all this pressure.
“I don't have to pretend anymore and carry the weight of this hiding, pretending and secrets.”
This week our exclusive photo showed Fritzl arriving court in Krems, Austriawhere he was told he could move to a more lenient prison.
He could be completely out of prison within a year and plans to “live in nature” and own a goat.
He added: “What I miss most is just going for a walk and having a beer.”
His dungeon house has since been converted into apartments, but Fritzl turns them away pink shadow.
In another story he added: 'Prison was a huge shock.
“I was a successful businessman and was used to doing everything myself and being on the road.
“Then suddenly I had to live like a real, classic criminal.
“So I had to learn to deal with the loss of freedom and living on a very low budget.
“I was bullied quite a lot by others, so it was not a nice world.”

Fritzl also said that he has enjoyed the pleasures of sunlight in prison after spending so much time underground.
He added: “I like to go out to the courtyard in the sunlight, but I always do it later to avoid other people so I often don't feel the sun on my face.
“And unfortunately some waste is burned there, so it's not Nice place to be.”
Fritzl started molesting Elisabeth when she was 11 years old in 1977.
At the age of 18 he imprisoned her in his secret cellar in Amstetten.
Several of the seven children born through rape were kept in the basement until his crimes were exposed in 2008.
The oldest was 19.
One died at a young age.
Fritzl was sentenced to life in prison in 2009, but… Austrian parole laws Allow prisoners to apply for release after fifteen years.

The twisted father asks his daughter Elisabeth to help him install a door in his basement in 1984.
She agreed and moments later she is drugged with an ether-soaked towel, tied up and chained to a bed.
She would spend the next 24 years in the hellish prison of Amstetten.
The evil Fritzl then raped her more than 3,000 times in a rat-infested bunker.
He hit and kicked her and forced her to perform humiliating acts, including reenacting scenes from violent pornographic films.
Elisabeth gave birth to seven babies in the basement without medical care.
Kerstin, born in 1988, Stefan (1990) and Felix (2002) were left behind with their mother in the underground hellhole.
But Lisa, (born 1992), Monica (1994) and Alexander (1996) – were raised upstairs by Fritzl and his wife Rosemarie after he convinced her that Elisabeth had left them on their doorstep.
Alexander's twin brother Michael died shortly after birth as the cruel Fritzl threw his body into an incinerator.
In the family's nightmare, Fritzl is threatened if they dare to escape and is punished by turning off the electricity.
Their nightmare came to an end when Kerstin became seriously ill in 2008.
Fritzl allowed Elisabeth to take her to the hospital, where she revealed the shocking horrors she had suffered.
Despite trying to argue, Fritzl tried to be a protective father was sentenced to life in prison in 2009.
