'They betrayed me', tenant cries after 'little' neighbor complains about 'small' doormat – before it goes missing
A stunned tenant claims her 'little' neighbor 'snagged' her landlord after she was given a doormat and then swept it away when she didn't move it fast enough.
Dominique Beining, 27, was visiting a friend London when she received a text from her 'embarrassed' landlord apologized and explained that her neighbors demanded that the “small” item inside her be moved right.

Despite laughing the request off with her landlord, she discovered her doormat was missing after returning to her home a few days later.
The doormat was a gift from a friend and had nothing on it that could cause damage offence for everyone, she claims.
Suspecting that the upset neighbor had taken it, the singer left a note in the communal hallway suggesting that the 'traitor' should 'relax' – even put up a pin. Boots moisturizing facial mask to rub in.
“I thought it was quite funny,” she said.
'I was actually just laughing about it.
“I just couldn't believe someone had that much time on their hands.”
Dominique, van Brightonhas since bought a new doormat Poundlandwhich she keeps in her flat and advises others to “light a candle for their little neighbors, because they're probably struggling with something”.
The singer mocked her neighbor in a TikTok post with the caption: “The devil works quickly, but probably middle-aged unemployed neighbor works faster.”
The clip went off viral with over 1.4 million views, likes and comments.
Dominique said it doesn't bother her and hopes her neighbors will enjoy using her doormat.
“I have a busy life, so it doesn't bother me that much,” she added.
“I hope they have a happy life with my doormat.
'I think there are bigger problems at play the world Now you don't have to worry about the doormat.”
The singer says she wishes them “all the best” and hopes they can “heal from whatever they are going through.”
