Tourist ‘raped by seven men at knifepoint and beaten’ while camping in India as three arrested – The Sun

A SPANISH tourist visiting India with her husband was allegedly raped by a group of at least seven men.

The horror incident took place in a dark forest camp in the state of Jharkhand.

Disturbing footage shows the 31-year-old woman terrified as she talks about the harrowing experience.

“The men beat and robbed us, although not much, because what they wanted was to rape me,” the woman said in a video.

“They brutally beat us,” the man, whose lower lip was swollen, added in Spanish in the short clip.

“They also put a knife around my neck and said they would kill me,” he added.

“Something happened to us that we wouldn’t wish on anyone. Seven men raped me. They beat us and robbed us, although not much, because what they wanted was to rape me.

‘We are at the hospital with the police. It happened here in India tonight.”
