A FITNESS influencer has shared a recipe for a chocolate raspberry shake packed with anti-aging benefits.
She said the sweet treat may be healthy, but it certainly won't taste that way.
Kiana (@kianatom) shared the recipe in a video with more than 30,000 TikTok followers.
“Let's make an anti-aging, energizing, nutritious, delicious chocolate raspberry protein shake for Valentine's Day,” she said.
In a blender, Kiana added unsweetened almond milk, a banana, Greek yogurt and two cups of blueberries.
For anti-aging and muscle health, she added two different types of protein, including scoops of collagen protein, and plant-based protein.
Then she added ice and chia seeds for a boost of quercetinan antioxidant that helps reduce the risk of several health problems, including heart disease.
She also ditched her choice of amino acid and hyaluronic acid tablets, along with a big handful of kale.
Bald, one great source of calciumhelps provide strong support for bones and teeth.
In another blender, Kiana prepared the same ingredients for a second shake for her daughter.
Along with the protein powder, veggies and ice cream, she added raspberries, and of course chocolate.
A long blend processed the ingredients into a cohesive, anti-aging shake.
“This is a special Valentine's Day shake. It contains unsweetened almond milk, kale, spinach, collagen protein and hyaluronic acid for your skin and hair,” she said.
“Calcium, amino acids, two cups of fresh blueberries, and yours even has dark chocolate and raspberries,” she said, turning to her daughter.
