Jason Kelce and woman Kylie KelceThe Christmas card shoot had gone to the dogs.
In a behind-the-scenes video shared via BeatenKylie, 31, teased that it was difficult to round up their “stinky” pups, Winnie and Baloo, for the photos.
“Person on the naughty list [of] Team Kelce is Baloo,” Kylie joked in the Thursday, November 23, video, warning the crew members not to leave snacks out for the dog to steal. “If we lose another loaf of bread to Baloo Kelce…”
Jason, 36, agreed, adding that their dog “will eat everything in sight.”
“The vets say, ‘Hey, don’t give him chocolate.’ We don’t give him chocolate, he chooses chocolate,” the Philadelphia Eagles center joked, with Kylie agreeing that this certainly earned Baloo the “naughty” label.
Jason and Kylie, who married in April 2018, dropped their annual Christmas card in collaboration with Minted earlier this month. The couple wore festive sweaters as they posed with daughters Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 2, and Bennett, 8 months. The two dogs also got into the spirit and wore reindeer headbands.
“The preparation was making sure we had a nutritious breakfast because we were about to bribe these kids’ lives,” Kylie joked on November 16. Instagram video of the recording. “It’s a game of endurance.”
Now that the Christmas cards have been sent out, Jason wants to make sure Kylie doesn’t discover her gift before the holidays.
“I already have Kylie’s gift and I think she’s seen it fifteen times,” Jason told his brother Travis Kelce on the Wednesday, November 22, episode of their podcast “New Heights.” “She helps me organize my entire closet, so I don’t know where to hide it. But it is good. It’s really good.”
Jason didn’t reveal what he bought Kylie, only noting that it’s “cool” and that he’s “pretty excited” when she opens it. For his three daughters, Jason admitted that he was considering gifts starring Disney Junior characters Dino Ranch and Bluey, as the girls are easily impressed.
Entertaining Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett during the festive occasion is similar to how Jason and Travis’ mother, Donna Kelceused to organize the holiday events.
“At Christmas, years ago, we always did that [play] Mario Bros. video games,” Donna recently shared We weekly. “We would say, ‘Okay, it’s your turn. Just see how far you can get,” and then we would make a tag team.”
She continued: “We would travel a lot. We were supposed to be in Florida, St. Augustine, visiting family, Disney [World]Marco Island and Fort Myers. [Jason and Travis’] grandparents [and] uncles, were in Florida, so we were constantly going to Florida for the holidays.
