Cannibal serial killer Stephen Griffiths was bruised after a prison prison with other prisoners.
The 54-year-old who received a life sentence after he killed three women who worked in the Red Light District in Bradford was involved in the fight on Valentine's Day.
The monster, which fell apart some of the body parts of his victims and ate, was attacked after he reportedly broke with another prisoner in the prison of the high security, HMP Sutton.
After the argument, it is now said that he is 'too afraid to leave his cell'.
A source told the sun: “He went around and said he wanted to kill someone.
“He started talking with a new delay in his cell and suddenly tried to attack him.
“It became a fist fight. There were no weapons – the other prisoner got better from him and he shouted 'Get Off'. '
The Bradford Criminology Student, who told the police that he was studying for a promotion in murder, killed 43-year-old Susan Rushworth, who disappeared in June 2009, followed by the 31-year-old Shelley Armitage in April 2010 and then 36 years old Suzanne was acquitted in May of the same year.

In 2010, Leeds Crown Court was told that disturbing details of the murders by the then-40-year-old, including the shocking revelation, that 81 different pieces of Blamires were found in or through the Aire River in Shipley.
When he was arrested, Griffiths told the police: “I killed loads” and claimed that he had eaten part of Mrs. Blamires' meat, and added: “That is part of the magic.”
He used a powerful crossbow and a knife.
The prison service was approached for comment.
It is not the first time he was involved in a fight in prison, because it was reported in November that Griffiths had the bust with a prisoner who knew Suzanne, the victim of Griffiths, and grew up with her.
The source said: 'He was unhappy on a wing with his friend's murderer.
“I don't know how Griffiths learned that he knew Suzanne.
“The prisoner was afraid that he would be attacked himself.”
It comes as the murderous father of Sara Sharif was left for life after an ambush in prison in which “his neck was lowered with a tuna can lid.”

Two prisoners bounced on Urfan Sharif, 43, in his cell on New Year's Day in HMP Belmarsh, Zuid -London.
Only a few weeks in his 40-year punishment, the murderer was left in a critical condition, but is supposed to have survived the brutal attempt in his life.
Allegedly the couple was sick because of his treatment of the ten -year -old schoolgirl, who was affected, bitten, burned and eventually beaten to death during a campaign of abuse before her body was found with at least 71 injuries in the family in Woking, Surrey, last year.
Allegedly a prison source said that the prisoners believe that the attack “could not have happened to a more earning man.”
The prison service and the metropolitan police have confirmed that officers are investigating an attack in Belmarsh on New Year's Day.
A spokesperson for a prison service said, “It would be inappropriate to give further comments while they investigate.”
In the meantime, Scotland Yard said that officers 'a statement investigated that a prisoner was attacked in Belmarsh', adding that 'the 43-year-old non-lifferring injuries were sustained'.

Other prisoners at the High Security Facility are Grindr Killer Stephen Port, Night Stalker Delroy Grant and Danyal Hussein, who killed two sisters in a London park.
Reports suggested that the murderer was granted cuts on his neck and face and was given medical treatment in prison.
A prison source was quoted as saying: 'Urfan was poorly cut into his cell by two others who ran inside. It was planned and they used an improvised weapon – made from the lid of a can of tuna.
'He was cut and the face and is still in health care and in a very bad way.
“He was lucky to survive, had to be stuck and will have scars as a permanent memory of the attack. The guards tried to keep him safe because he clearly had a target on his back after the case was so big news.
“Something like that was always on the cards, and an attack was probably just a matter of time.
'Sharif has tried to keep his head down since he entered the prison, but the word quickly came for who he was.
'Prisoners were not happy that he is with them and although the other prisoners are for horrible crimes, many of them do not love people who attack children. Many of them say how it could not have happened to a more deserving man. '
During the trial, a court heard that the 10-year-old schoolgirl suffered 'unimaginable pain' during more than two years of abuse and eventually tortured by her father Urfan Sharif, 43, and stepmother Beinash Batool, 30.
Mr. Justice Cavanagh began to describe his conviction remarks by the degree of cruelty towards Sara as 'unthinkable', and Sharif imprisoned to a minimum duration of 40 years, Batool up to 33 years and Malik up to 16 years in prison.
He said that Sharif was particularly responsible as Sara's father, while Batool and Malik had not shown a regret, as he told the court: “This poor child was battered with serious strength time and time again,” and she was a young age. “
Sharif and Batool were found guilty of murder, while her uncle, Faisal Malik, 29, was convicted of causing or allowing the death of a child.
