“I found it quite liberating. Evening wear that I have more trouble with. But in a bikini I thought ‘this is me!’

Fans were quick to honestly praise the star for her.

One fan rushed to the comments and wrote, “You look amazing.”

Another said, “Sorry, but you look AMAZING.” NO IF’S OR BUT’S – GREAT – End of.’

And a third added: ‘This is so important. I’m having my baby soon and the anxiety I feel about loving my pp body is unreal!

“But seeing posts like this really reminds me that I can love my pp body too!”

The star looked stunning in the black two-piece, with a bandeau top and matching high-waisted trousers.

She was seen in her hotel room with her blonde locks down and a gorgeous face with no makeup.

“Look, I just hold myself accountable by posting. Like I have to put on my bikinis. So you know I do when I want to feel better.

“Anyway bikini number one of the holiday. Today is just like a bit of a…”

She got distracted and added, “This light isn’t great for my cellulite.”

She continued, “So today we’re doing a bit of a scouting day, so we’re looking at where to get towels and where’s the best place to sit.

“You just know what the best bottled water is to make formula. So yes.’

Later in the day, Amy took to her social media to update fans on her post.

She began, “Regarding my bikini area this morning – thanks for all your lovely messages. I didn’t do it, so people say “Oh no, you look great!”

“I do and I’ve done this all my life because when I say the negative first, and when someone else does, they just agree with me, they’re not being mean.” Like they don’t have that property and say “Oh I was really mean to her”.

“I like because I already said it. So if I said it, it’s okay, honey. Like yesterday when I put up that video and said “oh I’m not Instagramable” Sam actually sent me eyes like that.

“And it must be really hard to date someone who is so down about their body all the time.

“But I loved my body when I was pregnant. I was literally in love with my stomach. I wore spandex exclusively for nine months. It’s just a bit more difficult now. But yes, I’ll try to be less negative.’
