The sex and relationship expert, 32, was forced to grab one of the love heart shapes on her dress as she posed for photographers at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion.
Chantelle seemed to fix her gown at just the right time, avoiding disaster.
The flame-haired beauty looked absolutely sensational during the music-filled night as she posed next to Dylan.
The bombshell chose to pair her daring ensemble with silver heart-shaped earrings and a matching clutch.

She wore her dyed red locks slicked back and opted for a glossy makeup palette for the star-studded evening.
Dylan opted for orange tinted sunglasses, a black t-shirt and a white blazer.
The sports star will act as a presenter in one of the 29 categories this year, alongside other names such as Troye Sivan and Pia Miranda.
The couple looked more in love than ever after being forced to quash the rumors that surfaced last month.
Chantelle cleared up the rumors in October during a Q&A about her stories and revealed that she recently decided to keep her love life private.
‘Yes, we are together. I just like my privacy. I want my offline life to be my offline life,” she said when a fan asked if she and the Paralympic tennis star were still dating.
‘I think I already share a lot and in recent years I have only become more isolated. It makes me feel good and it suits me.’

It comes just a few months after Chantelle gave a big update on the couple’s plans to start a family.
The therapist took to Instagram in June to tell her followers that she is currently undergoing hormone fertility therapy.
This is the second time Chantelle has chosen to freeze her eggs since she first started dating Dylan in 2018.
