Biden predicts Democratic House takeover in remarks at bipartisan congressional picnic where he lauds ‘camaraderie’ of yesteryear

President Joe Biden predicted Democrats would wipe out Republican control of the House of Representatives in the November elections — scattering the comment in remarks praising bipartisanship.
