The BBC favourite, 39, sizzled in a glamorous animal-print bikini as she posed before a storm as she was kissed by the sun poolside.

The Strictly star kept her blonde locks in an updo bun and sported a pair of oversized vintage shades.

Earlier last week, Helen stunned in another gorgeous Instagram snap, showing off her sense of style in a bright green jumpsuit and brown sandals.

She held her golden locks in a flawless hair dryer as she posed on the stairs.
