Growing old is a privilege, but unfortunately, most women worry about their aging bodies, with every lump and bump scrutinized.

Honor Marks may not look like your usual influencer, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t follow her on Instagram.

Better known as @eerlijkmeteerthis content creator is a self-proclaimed “midlife champion” who helps other women embrace life to the fullest.

Whether she’s heading to a beautiful retreat abroad or working with them through her amazing support network, this influencer is all about enjoying the aging process.

She even challenges societal expectations with her fashion, refusing to give up her bikinis and miniskirts – even as she’s about to turn 60.

The life coach even took to social media to support Amanda Holden after the then 52-year-old woman was criticized by sexist influencer Andrew Tate for wearing a bikini.

Posing against crystal clear water, Honor wore a stunning blue and white bikini and posted the photo with a pointed caption about the incident.

“This is not an unnecessary photo of me in a bikini. This is a provocative photo of a #womanover50 no #nearing60 wearing whatever the hell she wants,” she wrote.

Shocked by the amount of sexism surrounding older women, the content creator pushed back on the idea of women passing their “peak.”

“The problem is that this contributes to the stereotypical attitudes that I can’t believe still exist in such abundance today,” Honor wrote.

She added: “We must stand together to suppress these attitudes. Age is not a measure of someone’s worth or attractiveness.”

I’m a Golden Gilf who won’t stop dancing and posing in mini dresses – I’m a confident cougar and men say I’m a ‘bada**’

It’s the only time this 50-something has addressed society’s expectations, as she also shared a follow-up post questioning the idea of a bikini body.

After seeing the huge number of women supporting Amanda Holden, Honor urged them to keep posting bikini photos – even as trolls targeted their page.

She even uploaded a tongue-in-cheek video showing off her body with hilariously bad editing while asking if she was “too old” and “too fat” for a bikini.

In the caption, she told her followers: “…What [has] I was shocked by some of the nasty comments made towards them! Seriously, if it’s not for you, scroll on!

“Old, young, fat, thin, who cares? Please stop worrying about what others think of you and wear the short skirt, bikini and sleeveless top.

“So go out and show those t***s what a real woman looks like. Cellulite and all.”

Unsurprisingly, her post has been liked hundreds of times, with women flocking to the comments in support.

For Honor, these messages are not about gaining admiration, but about supporting women like her and being able to enjoy the fashion she has loved since she was a teenager.

We couldn’t agree more and can’t wait to be like Honor one day.
